I'm a retired health care exec..managing. Senior care facilities..so I know senior residences. Wife and I have been residents for 6 months...CCC is just right. You want independance and they assure that here..Just enough group activities to be fun..Great deck on the river..A grill..fire pit..flower boxes to grow ..Watch the tubers flow by in the summer..Restaurant on site..On Washington ave with many restauranrs..full of School of Mines kids.busy and energetic. And CCC is small..no 200 residents..Do your own meals..Time to move your home? Move here.

This area is beautiful. Walking the creek path is an experience. It is full of animals and people enjoying themselves. Our building is conveniently located in the heart of Golden. It is city living with all of the beauty of nature.

Such a beautiful place to live! Highly recommend as the best Senior Living Community. If you are a Senior looking to move do not go anywhere but to Clear Creek Commons. Nice, quiet, great neighbors and downtown Golden. The staff Cathy and Leah are truly the best.

Truly love my home, my neighbors, the view, the location. Then Kathy and Leah really are so kind and thoughtful all the time. They bring us our packages, they cook for us. They truly make living here the best experience. My children are so happy this is my home. This is truly the best Senior place in Golden. I call my Boutique Resort.

Great place to live! Great Location, Golden truly is the best city to live in. My neighbors are so kind and friendly. Great place to live, I have lived here since 2011 and never plan on moving. The staff Leah and Cathy are so wonderful. They take me to get my hair done, to blackhawk so I can gamble and they cook for us. They truly care about all of us.

Great Location, my view of the mountains is priceless. Living downtown Golden is the best. My neighbors are just wonderful. The office staff Cathy and Leah truly are amazing. They are kind, compassionate, caring, thoughtful and really understand us oldie folks. Hope they both never leave.

The views, location, neighbors, walking paths right out my door, restaurants right out my door, beauty shop right out my door. What else can an old person ask for everything is right here, by far best Senior Place to live at in Colorado. So glad I moved here.

A Great Place to Live. Cathy is so kind, Leigh is so exuberant, and Karl who can fix everything has a warm sense of humor. Very convenient location and mini-bus is available for short trips. Patio with umbrellas and flowers so nice for lounging in fresh air in the summer.

I am so happy my family found this place. I lived out of State so my children did everything for me. Then I spoke over the phone to Cathy and Leah many times with questions they were so helpful and appreciated. My family looked at other places in Golden for Seniors and nothing compares to my home at Clear Creek Commons. There is a new place being built on highway 93 and my son said he went there. The staff was not pleasant and very stuffy feeling. He said he went back to Clear Creek and was so impressed of how everyone treated him and cares. I love my home I see the Creek. I really enjoy my neighbors and again the entire staff is so helpful and they truly care.

So happy with my choice that I made to move into Clear Creek Commons. I looked at other places in Golden. I looked at the new place off of highway 93 and they do not compare at all. You walk in the door and you can feel the warmth and care. The team here is amazing and really cares about each of us. Thank you for all your fun activities and communication during this epidemic. We all cannot wait for Cathy to cook for us again and the fun trips Leah takes us on. It will be fun to see everyone again. Thanks again Cathy and Leah you both are truly amazing.

Best Place to live in Golden for Seniors. The remarkable Clear Creek Commons is located where I can walk out my front door and I am right downtown. I can walk to many different Restaurants or take a nice stroll along Clear Creek. The minute you walk in the door you will feel at home because Cathy and Leah care so much about each of us, they take pride in their job and it truly shows. They even cook for us with a smile on their face. I would not live anywhere else in Golden but here if you are over 55. The neighbors are so kind and what a joy to talk with. Thank you Clear Creek Commons for making my home the BEST!!!

What a wonderful place to call home. The best location, great city, and I can walk anywhere and not worry about traffic. Then the office staff Kathy has been so helpful, anytime I need something she is there and so attentive to everyone. Love the new patio with fire pit.

Clear Creek Commons community is such a perfect environment for retirement at any age! We have we deliver healthy and classic meals each week to the customers wanting in-home meals, we also get to experience the energy, fun and laughter first hand. I cant rave enough with how beautiful, clean and inviting the property is and on top of that the managers onsite make it even more of a perfect location to nestle down and call home! Always going above above and beyond with making this community more than just a property.. the love is felt by everyone. Not to mention the spot is right downtown Golden with gorgeous Rocky Mountain views, breath of clean air, Clear Creek waters streaming by and lively folks strolling the town downtown make it nearly impossible to be anywhere else.
