We have been in one of the patio homes at Rigden for 3 1, 2 years. In addition to the usual support services at an independent living senior center, there is a private pay home care agency on site for those who need a higher level of care, but you dont have to pay for assisted care if you dont need it. For couples, & there are several here, if only one of the two needs some assisted care, they can stay together, rather than being separated in two different facilities. The overarching corporation, Spectrum, as well as the local staff, have been friendly & diligent in protecting us since the onset of the COVID-19. We are deeply appreciative!

Rigden farms is about the best senior facility that we have toured in the last two years from Denver through Fort Collins.Kirstyn was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. She took the time to listen, didnt try to sell us anything,listened to what our goals were and patiently answered our every question and concern. The facility is over ten years old, but you would never know it, everything is bright and sunny, and the services cannot be touched by anyone else. We move in this Friday and we feel we have finally found Home.

My mom has lived at Rigden Senior Living for over a year now. She loves it there. And we love her living there too. The staff are delightful and helpful from the office workers to the kitchen staff. They have transportation to doctors and other places. Crafts, entertainment etc. The restaurant is as good as an outside restaurant. I highly recommend it. They have once a week housekeeping too.

My father recently moved into Rigden Farm after living in his Fort Collins home for 37 years; quite a transition for him to say the least! As his daughter, I had a plethora of questions, all of which were graciously answered by Kirstyn thereby easing my concerns. She expertly guided him to select his perfect new apartment.

Moved my folks in here a little less than a month ago. It was difficult to convince them they needed to be near family, but they have found RF to be a lovely place to live. Ive also found the staff to be extremely responsive to me as I try to help my folks learn the ropes regarding meals, laundry, hair salon, etc.

Rigden Farm is a very special place to retire! The building is beautiful, but you can build a beautiful building anywhere. What makes Rigden special is the people who live and work there. Before you even walk through the doors, when its warm out of course, you see the residents there enjoying the patio-seating and truly LIVING. Then when you walk in, you continue to see how truly at-home the people here are. The staff who work there have a passion for seniors and it is evident. I would encourage anyone to take a tour and feel the difference. We provide home health services within the community and truly enjoy our time there!

Very friendly staff, great community. Everyone seems happy, and always out and interacting. My father in law has been there since Sunday, and seems to be happy and making friends. We have eaten there a couple of times, and the food is very tasty!! Clean, friendly and inviting...Apartments are nice setups, with balconies, and enough room for what is needed.

After my mother passed away, my family agreed that dad needed interaction with other adults of his generation and was ready to settle into a smaller community that could cater to him. Rigden Farms in Fort Collins is an incredible facility with similar minded seniors. Dad and I toured several facilities in the Fort Collins area (where dad had retired to 22 years ago) and found the facility and STAFF to be just outstanding. Dad was welcomed right away by everyone and he is happier than he has been in months. So busy he barely has time to talk on the phone. 🙂

My Mom has been enjoying life at Rigden Farm Senior Living for 9 years now! Its been an excellent social life for her and I recommend it highly. Best senior living in all of Northern Colorado! Excellent food and wonderful staff. I have been an art teacher on and off these past years and I love hearing my senior students say You taught me how to play again! Those art attendees smiles keep bringing me back. Thank you Rigden for taking such good care of my Mom.

My Mom chose Rigden Farms, after visiting several Fort Collins independent living homes and one in Northern California, near my sister. She liked Rigden Farms because the people she saw were more interactive than the other homes; she liked the fact that each apartment has a patio or balcony; she liked the amount of activities available and the size and price of the apartments.

My father has been a resident for about 7 months, moving from an assisted living facility. The building and facilities are bright and cheerful, it feels like a county club, not at all institutional. Everything is clean, the staff knows the residents by name, great exercise room, and opportunities for group activities if the residents want to participate.

Both of my parents have relocated to Rigden Farm this year. My dad is bananas over this place, and my mom is having the time of her life. Great staff, great community, great activities, and great food! I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing place for my folks in their retirement years. As a family member, I also feel supported by their staff. Check them out, you wont regret it!

I was able to learn about of the amenities at Rigden Farms and also share with them information about my senior move management company. I was treated to a tour of the community--its truly beautiful! In walking around the community, residents seem very happy here. I wouldnt hesitate recommending Rigden Farms to my clients.
