What am outstanding experience it was getting my loved one into the Brookdale - Fort Collins community. It was an unexpected occurrence as my loved one experienced a medical emergency and could neither return to her previous living arrangement nor be discharged to a rehab facility. Once contracting Brookdale, Patty Brown moved heaven and earth to get my loved one admitted—in _two days_!! She arranged the assessment of my loved one _that same day_! This required nearly nonstop efforts: guiding me on a virtual tour (I live many states away), acquiring sheets, towels, toiletries, etc. for a furnished room till we could get the furniture moved, helping find a moving company, walking me through the forms (one from her home at 8p!), getting the sign offs needed, and supervising the move, all with complete good cheer and above-and-beyond persistence. My loved one even got to keep her cat! It was a fantastic experience. And my loved one is so happy with the community. There are exercise classes, choir participation, special outings (the community took a Christmas lights tour just days prior!), and lots of opportunities to socialize. It’s an active community of terrific people, my loved one reports. I highly recommend this lovely community if you are seeking a place for your loved one. My mother moved from her home to Brookdale Ft Collins AL about 14 months ago. After getting through COVID driven quarantines and restrictions, she has improved significantly and steadily. She is very happy and engaged with staff and many other residents. We are fortunate that we found and selected Brookdale Ft Collins AL!

Brookdale ft Collins went above and Beyond for my client in helping move her from Illinois to colorado. They stayed late, went over paperwork made sure we had everything In place for when we arrived. Rebecca and Tauren thank you for taking amazing care to me and my client. I am truly greatful.

A year ago today I buried my husband. He entered Brookdale in mid Feb 2020 because of his advancing dementia. My first impressions of Brookdale were good. However, when my husband did not receive two necessary prostate drugs for 18 days resulting in an ER visit and two day hospitalization I was extremely upset. From that time forward he struggled with catheters and complications. In addition to the huge medication error, some of his bedding was lost, others ruined. I personally cleaned his bathroom floor after asking on two different visits for someone to mop the floor. This was all prior to the Covid shutdown. In April, less than 3 months after moving in, I moved him to another facility.

Brookdale Ft Collins is a wonderful community for those needing a little extra help. A close relative stayed there recently for 3 weeks, and was very satisfied. The food was great, there was plenty to do, and the people were friendly and interesting. Tony, Sara, and Greg helped us through the complicated process, and things went smoothly. Plus, the fees were very reasonable. We couldn't have asked for more.

I visited Brookdale during their Renaissance Festival dinner a few weeks ago. The food was very tasty. All the administrators pitched in with serving. Everyone was helpful, kind, and knew the residents names. During my conversations with Greg, the Executive Director, I got very good vibes from him. He is warm and accessible. I feel confident that Brookdale will take good care of my father if I choose to relocate him from Florida.

Everything is going very well for my client. She has settled in and is enjoying her new surroundings. She is finding the staff and residents to be very friendly and nice she feels very welcomed. The food is good no complaints.

I love it here! It is very clean and very homelike. I feel like I'm in my own apartment. They helped me get all of my knick knacks put away on my bookshelves. There are numerous activities to participate in, my favorite is Bingo! They take us out to go shopping where I love to buy pies, and Target is nearby so that I can satisfy my chocolate cravings. There are lots of delicious food choices, Boston cream pie is my favorite dessert. The staff and caregivers are very helpful. I'm making friends and trying to learn all of their names. I feel very safe and secure, even though they have provided shower chairs inside the shower, there is always someone nearby to help you if needed. I would definitely recommend this community.

The staff at this community are nice, attentive and helpful. They offer a lot of daily activities. The community is neat and clean. My sister seems to like the food. I would recommend this community.
