I have lived here almost three years and love it. I have many friends who share activities, it is a friendly and peaceful place, with really good food and a very caring staff.

I have been bringing Holy Communion to members of our church residing at Winslow Court since 1978. Winslow has always had a high reputation for care of it's residents. I've found it to be clean and often there is some fun activity taking place for the residents. Like today they were having lots of fun with a song fest with rousing participation. Over the years I've only heard a few complaints from residents about treatment from staff.

The staff here is kind, friendly and caring. Love the food, atmosphere and how well run the facility is. It is easy to see why they won the Gazette Go Best of Colorado Springs Gold rating award for 2023!

So grateful to have Winslow Court for my mom to call home. She is treated with respect & care by all teammates and residents. The nursing staff, activity director, dining room, & receptionists treat her like part of their family. I could never thank them enough for giving her the independence & support she needs.

My family and I are so very pleased with all aspects of Winslow Court. Our mother is happy and flourishing within this wonderful happy environment. –

Such a great place. Inviting atmosphere; attentive, kind and friendly staff and the food is truly delicious

My Dad has been at Winslow Court for just over two years. We toured several facilities before choosing Winslow. We chose Winslow over other facilities that cost more because when we visited we felt a sense of community. The residents seemed so happy and involved in many activities. There is a resident council that meets and discusses topics and opportunities for everyone to participate in. We saw the resident gardening club caring for beautiful flowers outside and residents planning for upcoming happy hours and music sing alongs. We really loved the dining situation as well. There are no set times or table assignments. Residents can come in whenever works best for them. Dad has been known to come in multiple times a day for his favorite ice cream treat! Before the Covid shutdowns, Mom and I often joined Dad for lunch and other events and made friends with so many of the residents who thoroughly enjoy the wonderful food and the socialization that takes place in the dining room. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here at Winslow. They genuinely care about the residents and we often hear the residents themselves talking about how much they love the staff here. Covid has really put a damper on the normal lifestyle at Winslow but the staff has done everything they can to make the best of a difficult situation and do as much as they can to keep the residents safe and happy. Dad has been very happy here and we are so happy we chose Winslow.

I always share from my Dad's experience. It is his opinion that counts to us, his family. Dad said, in a very satisfied way today, "I have a great place here." Dad turned 98 this week and is still classified as an independent resident.

We are residents of Winslow Court for a period of nearly 6 years and write this note after experiencingthe service many times. When I visit with friends and visitors that are interested in Winslow Court and their facilities is the ease or difficulty in receiving help for transportation to doctors appointments and off campus facilities within Colorado Springs. The answer I provide is "VERY GOOD " through, the use of a 10 passenger handicap adapted bus, and a nice four passenger automobile. These are driven by a superb, experienced driver known as "PETE" that can be assisted by other staff members as needed. This combination of staff can handle most transportation needs that surface. I caution however, that this combination use of staff can be used only with appropriate (timely) coordination.

Pleasant staff, well kept facility.

I was so incredibly impressed with the Winslow Court community, staff, and residents. It is one of the cleanest assisted living facilities I have had the pleasure of working in. The residents are all so active and so happy. They speak very highly of the director and of the staff, which speaks volumes. All of the staff that I interacted with her dedicated to the best possible care of the residents. I would feel comfortable with my loved ones living at Winslow Court.

Our brother has called Winslow Court his home since 2014, and we have always worked closely with the staff and appreciate their commitment to his health, wellness and an engaged lifestyle. He has thrived in this senior community and assisted living environment, in which every department does a phenomenal job with residents. The food is great, activities plentiful and staff responsive to both residents and families. We really appreciate everyone at Winslow Court.

It was so disappointing to have to try and find parking on the street. I have been able in the past to park on grounds in designated areas. After parking on the street I tried to circle around and get going but a goodwill van and a pizza delivery car forced me to back out and that wasn't nice

As we helped a friend look for a new home Winslow Court was by far the the cleanest, happiest and most active retirement center we visited. We visited about 10 facilities. The choice to move here was a very easy choice. We are so glad our friend picked Winslow Court.

It's a pleasant place. My friend who lives there feels at home in her little apartment, a mini version of her house. She kept saying how she likes the meals. And how people nicely take her to them. Hopefully they take her to activities too? And she says she wants to get to know the people living there, so that means she's very comfortable and at-home. Thank you!

Putting a parent in assisted living is such a hard decision, and I knew everyone here was kind and gracious, but I NEVER in a million years would have expected my mom to be a true part of the community. 6 months ago you would never have convinced me she would do the music, Bingo, exercises, activities, and she is fully engaging in it all. When I visit I can always find her in the community areas having fun and THRIVING. My heart is so full knowing that not only is she safe and cared for, she has a true quality of life here and I can't thank Winslow Court staff enough.
August 2022
With working at many communities I have noticed that winslow has a true all help all attitude. Tammy the Ed here is truly the only one I can say will get into any dept. To help. Most places never seen Ed except in the office. Here at winslow it is also the most clean I have seen.

I would like to sincerely thank Bill from Winslow Court assisted and senior living apartments in Colorado Springs. Bill is the family advisor and because of his amazing & caring personality we chose to move my mom here. There are no words to describe how wonderful Bill has been during this stressful time. We are extremely grateful to Bill and because of him we are overjoyed with our decision to choose Winslow Court!

Winslow Court provides such great music listening opportunities for their residents!
August 2021
Great communication from team.
February 2021
My mom is new to Winslows court (Nov 2020). I am very pleased with the facility, her care, the food and the staff. It has been an adjustment for mom losing her independence but I cant be happier with how the staff has been so kind and patient. AND during these times of COVID where things are so challenging I have seen such an improvement in my moms well-being.
February 2021
My grandma moved in to Winslow court recently and we couldnt be happier with her care and services. Even though we cant visit, we feel secure in the knowledge that shes happy, she tells us daily about the loving and kind staff.
February 2021
I couldnt be happier with my moms residency at Winslow Court. I am very protective of her so its reassuring the staff there, from the front desk (Janet) to that wonderful Tara who checks in on my mom and goes above & beyond what I would have expected leaves me so thankful there are people like that in this world. It is a real blessing!
February 2021
Wonderful staff and good food!
February 2021
We toured the community for my parents and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place had a home like feel to it. Even with the restrictions due to COVID you could still sense the warm atmosphere and love that comes out of that building. There are a ton of activities that you can do there. We took some food home since indoor eating was not available just yet and it was amazing. Sallie our tour guide did a wonderful job explaining all of the amenities showing us around. I would recommend this community hands down to anyone looking. It is a gem and hidden oasis waiting to be uncovered. We ultimately chose to move them to Texas where more of our family live but this was our choice hands down if we chose Colorado!! Do yourself a favor and go visit Winslow Court, but be sure to ask for lunch while you are there. The patty melt and fries are awesome!!!

My mom moved into Winslow Court in December 2019, shortly after my dad passed away. And then, of course, the Covid lockdown happened. They had to be really strict about visiting and taking people out, to protect their residents. It was frustrating at times, but I supported them 100% because it meant protecting my mom. The apartments are pretty roomy and also bright and airy. They keep the outside grounds tidy and pretty, which mom really enjoyed in the spring and summer. The food is really good. During lockdown theyve delivered everyones meals to them in their apartments. Mom much prefers dining in the dining room...but, again, we support whatever measures they take to keep residents safe from Covid. Staff is lovely and always very sweet to mom. Mom is considered independent living but like a lot of elderly people, she needs help with some things. Since I cant visit staff has really stepped up to support her.It IS one of the more affordable options in town, maybe because that area off of Academy Blvd is not considered the greatest, but there have been absolutely no issues with the neighborhood for us. Mom feels comfortable there.
December 2020
Moving my Mom was a difficult decision. Lots of back and forth between my sister and I.I met with Sallie and she actually drive to Pueblo to get my Mom.My Mom has onset alzheimers. I hate calling the staff as staff because they treat my Mom like family Sallie, Tammy and everyone really care and love everyone here.Thank you so much
April 2020
Great staff, nice rooms, quality and variety of good food, friendly and supportive care, priced well ... and most of all, Dad chose this community on his own, after visiting several with us.
April 2020
The Staff at Winslow is just wonderful. They really care about their residents. We couldnt have chosen a better fit for our loved one who is so very happy there. Thank you so much for all you do!
March 2020
We toured the facility in early Dec 2019. Winslow Court was one of the more affordable pet friendly assisted live facilties, but was not in the best part of the city. A much older neighborhood with maybe a higher than average crime rate. Their prices were very reasonable, but charge extra monthly for laundry services and pets. The biggest issues were the showers were converted bathtubs with a ~6 step into the tub and curved edges which could be slip, fall hazards. Additionally, the hallways and elevators were small and there were several traffic jams during our visit. They had one large social room in the lobby and one smaller converted conference room for activities. There werent any public restrooms upstairs on the way to the apartments only in the lobby. However, they have a large fenced in back yard for pets and grandkids. They did a lot of outings, but we got the impression that was because they didnt really have the capacity to do more at the facility. Overall the cheapest and largest living spaces, but the rest of the community activities just didnt compete.

I cant say enough good things about Winslow Court. The staff are helpful and friendly from the time you walk in the front lobby, to the dining room and anyone you may meet. There is a wonderful schedule of activities for the residents and any family members that may want to attend as well. Winslow Court is a community that gives you the feeling of a caring family.

It is always a difficult decision on where to bring a parent to get the help they need and Winslow Court is best place we could have found. Their professionalism and passion for the elderly is very evident. From our entrance into the facility throughout the tour you could see and feel the caring for our mother.
