Absolutely love this place! From the moment you set foot on the property you are welcomed. The managers Nicholas and Crystal and assistant managers Jim and Rhenda, all live on the property and make sure everyone is attended to in a warm and welcoming way. You feel loved. I have no other way of stating it. My father has lived there for a little over a month and is still being treated like a King. We share meals with him often which are so well prepared and tasty! Thank you all for being the best senior living I have ever witnessed!

Absolutely incredible place. After my Mother passed, we looked for a place for my Dad to live. We loved Summit Glen right from the get go. We were greeted by the on-sight Managers Nicholas and Crystal. They were so kind and welcoming. They explained clearly how everything worked and took us on a tour. We explained we were a large family and had more people that would need to come. They were so welcoming to the family that came. Another tour was happily given and we signed paperwork that day. The food is absolutely delicious. Incredibly clean and friendly place. Many residents have been there for years. At We love it! Thank you Nicholas and Crystal for making this transition easy.

Seems like a nice place to live. My partners grandmother lives here. It's clean and they have activities to do for fun. The only thing she mentioned is she hopes they get a new chef.

My mom moved into Summit Glen several months ago up from Florida. She’s a very social person and was just getting very lonely living alone in Florida so I was hoping the move up here would help. She is LOVING living here. She gets 3 nutritious and delicious meals a day, and she has choices so if she doesn’t like what is being served she can pick something else. The staff is great and Nicholas and his wife Crystal are amazing managers. They are always looking out for the residents and know everyone by name. My mom got really sick a few weeks after she moved up and Nicholas would go to her room daily and check on her and even call me with any concerns. There have been times where I’ve tried to call my mom and can’t get her so I just reach out to the office and they always check on her and let me know. This is not your typical retirement community it is extraordinary. Honestly, all the residents are really nice and the entire place is really neat and clean. They have lots of activities to do daily and my mom doesn’t even need her car because they have a bus that takes them shopping and to doctors appointments. I could rave all day about this place and seriously wish if anyone had any questions about this place I could answer honestly, but truly there really isn’t anything negative we’ve experienced and the best part is my mom is so happy, active, and no longer lonely. Thank you everyone at Summit Glen!

Summit Glen is everything you could want in retirement living. Very well kept facility, clean. Plenty of activities, good food. And the staff will do all they can to make this your forever home. They go above and beyond and they are real. They are not sales oriented. They are happy when you are happy. And during a time when things are so uncertain, you can be sure they care. Its not an act. I have lived here for over three years and am extremely happy here. Clean, bright well maintained and the best managers in the world. I believe the residents make a place and we have a home full of friendly, loving, funny and kind people. There is no better place to live then Summit Glen.

I have been here at Summit Glen for nearly six months and I am happy with everything, most especially the live in management and all the wonderful people here. There is always something to do or if I want I can just relax in my lovely apartment.

Went to a craft show here. This is a beautiful facility! We were there over lunch and while we did not eat, I was impressed that they had servers in professional looking attire bring food to the tables where clients and their guests were seated.

The staff here must have been picked by hand out of the angels in heaven. The kindness here is unbelievable. These people bend over backward to accommodate every... single... resident. Above and beyond what is expected of them. I dont know how they do that every day! There is a lot of love here, and I highly recommend it! Remember, however, it is INDEPENDENT living for seniors. It isnt intended for folks who need a higher level of care. My mom and I put them in that position, and they NEVER complained. We only learned our mistake from medical people outside the facility. I tried to apologize profusely when Mummie landed herself in the hospital, but Summit Glen staff only gave us more love. Wonderful place. When I reach my golden years, Id love to reside at Summit Glen. Its perfect. <3

After searching and touring many senior living places in Colorado Springs, my 89 year old mother found Summit Glen and its staff, a marvelous place to call home. Natalie, one of the four excellent live-in directors, is especially compassionate, and has been extremely helpful to our family. The facility is clean, modern, and well appointed. We cannot think of a better spot for anyones senior loved one. You have to check it out.

We had to find a place for my mom very suddenly after the passing of my father, and everyone made my mom feel so welcome, supported, cared for, and comfortable. Can I give more than 5 stars? Summit Glen is simply the best independent living senior apartments in Colorado Springs! The apartments are spacious and comfortable (with a variety of floor plans available); the meals and the dining room are superb, with nutritious food and a good variety of choices at each meal; the grounds and landscaping are well-maintained and truly beautiful; bus transportation is available for residents to go shopping or to doctor appointments; and numerous and varied recreational activities are available every day of the week. Everything is included at a very reasonable monthly amount. But what sets these senior apartments apart from all their competitors is the STAFF! They are exceptional in every way: kind-hearted, patient, considerate, and they truly love the residents they serve. The managers live on-site and are available 24 hours a day. Other senior apartments might be nice, but their staff wont compare to the staff at Summit Glen. Highly recommend for anyone who is considering an independent senior living apartment!

Summit Glen became a welcoming and loving home for my mom when she became a widow after 64 years of marriage. Natalie and Kelly and the rest of the staff at Summit Glen are kind and caring and go above and beyond to make sure every resident is lovingly cared for as a member of the Summit Glen family. The property is beautiful and cheerful, the food is wonderful, and the activities give residents every opportunity to be involved and make friends. My mom loves her little apartment at Summit Glen and is so thankful to be in such a beautiful place where she feels safe and cared for. She is thriving there with new friends and activities that keep her engaged and social. Its like shes ten years younger! Thank you Summit Glen staff for providing such a wonderful home for my mom where she is so happy.

We could not be happier with the relocation of my 87 year old mom to Summit Glen! Selling her home and moving was a huge decision for her, but the managers, Natalie and Allen, made the transition easy and enjoyable. This excellent staff and the residents have welcomed mom with open arms. She is enjoying the beautiful facility, socializing with the residents, eating the chef prepared meals, and the array of activities. We are so happy that she is no longer living alone and isolated, but enjoying this wonderful community.

Mom has been here for a couple years now ... really a great facility. Natalie, Alan and the rest of the team really go above and beyond to care for residents ... keeping them both safe in these uncertain times and providing activities to keep residents engaged. I visited a few other senior living places before I settled on this one for my mom ... this was by far the best of the bunch.

We recently supported my moms decision to move to Summit Glen. Shes been so warmly welcomed to the community by the residents and wonderful staff. I can tell that they hire their team very selectively. The team works so well together! Mom has blended into the family so easily already. The people are wonderful! My mother moved in a week before the stay-at-home time. We were worried because it was not only an adjustment to a new home; but, the pandemic, as well. The Summit Glen team has handled the care and attention of the residents with love and grace. Im not worried about my Mothers health and safety and thank the team there as often as possible. She is not only safe but continues to get social and personal interaction that she couldnt get before she moved in.

My 82 year old Grandma decided to move to S.G. after really enjoying visiting her cousin there for 3 years. She was given a lot of attention by staff & residents right after moving in. Very warm welcome. Staff are attentive and think ahead. Its clean with great amenities, but the best thing is the activity calendar. Grandma will finally have energy to do things because they are organized and right under the same roof. Meals are very good. I look forward to seeing her dietary habits improve now that she has made the move.

My parents moved here two and a half years ago and are very happy with the wonderful sense of community they are experiencing. The management and staff are excellent. Whenever I visit from out of town Summit Glen management makes best efforts to provide visitor accommodations. I am grateful my parents live in such a welcoming and supportive retirement community.

My Mother is a resident of Summit Glen and has been for over two years. I wasnt sure what to expect as this is the first independent living home that my mother has ever lived in. My expectations have been exceeded and more importantly, my Mothers expectations have been exceeded. She loves the facility and all of the staff. The residents are all like family and look out for each other. We are all very excited that she now has a great place to live and call home.

Two and a half years ago we began looking for a place for our mom to call home. We toured 4 communities in the area and ultimately chose Summit Glen. We knew from the minute we walked in that this was the place for her. The staff was friendly and positive and the residents were welcoming and seemed happy to be living there. The facilities are clean, bright and cheery. The food is great and there are a wide variety of activities for all interests. I live out of state and one of the biggest blessings of having mom living at Summit Glen is that it has taken my worry and concern away. This was the right choice for her and the entire family feels grateful for how wonderfully the managers and residents have welcomed our mom.

Natalie is really on the ball here. Staff are very aware of residents and what is happening with the individual in this beautiful, large and open space with beautiful views of Pikes Peak. My father really likes living here and my brother and I appreciate all of the activities and services offered; such as the choir he sings with weekly. Definitely check out this place first for independent living!
