Our father had short stay at Liberty Heights prior to his passing, but during his time we were impressed both by the level of care and the kindness of the staff. We would highly recommend Liberty Heights to any family looking for such services.

We enjoy the convenience of, not only being close to our family but everything that is offered here on campus. We enjoy the camaraderie among the residents, the beautiful views and the physical layout of the building with everything being under one roof. We like to go walking and when the weather is bad and we cant walk outside, we can still do our walking inside the building. The most attractive benefit of Liberty Heights is that there are all levels of living on campus so that no matter what life brings us, we can stay right here.

We have visited twice while making up our minds as to where we will move next year when we sell our mountain home. We were very impressed with the facility and the independent living arrangements. We have also explored several other Colorado Springs options but this place was the best in our opinion.

Continuum of care on a beautiful hillside across from the AFA academy. See the Blue Angels overhead at graduation, and new recruits learning on gliders throughout the year. A good place for excellent and personal care - from independent living community through skilled nursing community (with the whole community being connected indoors). Smiles with quality care - love it!

My uncle was admitted to Liberty Heights. His Alzheimers was to the point were we could not give him the best. I appreciated the way the memory care manager handled the entire family. He has been comfortable healthy during his time. We appreciate those looking our uncle. Great Job!

My Grandma is staying here while she recovers from a fall and an illness. The staff is so kind and answered all my questions. The building is a bit dated, but I would give up all the new technology if it means she gets someone who we can trust to take care of her.

Beautifiul apts, awesome residents, wonderful staff but the food could be improved. Right now they are short staffed in the dining room. Martini Tuesdays, hot toddy Tuesdays, and happy hour with orchastra and dancing always make Fridays fun.

My two main concerns about this place is a lack of Handicap Access from the outside door on the wing were my Mother-in-laws Apartment is located. Inside the Apartment the carpet is thick making walking accross the carpet difficult. The thrush hold from the Apartment to the Hallway is uneven, because of the lighting in the hall this could be a fall hazard.

Went to brunch with my aunt. Very welcoming and pretty. The food was not good. Roast was so tough, no one could eat it. Other choices mediocre. As much as residents pay, the meals could be much improved.

Good facility and Great staff. However navigating the buildings here is a nightmare. All the buildings are poorly labeled using a ridiculous confusing system. It would be very difficult to meet up with anyone that didnt live here because its too difficult to navigate.

Amazing place! Love the staff and how well they keep me informed as to my mothers care. They never seem to mind when I show up to visit regardless of what time it is. And she is content and happy here. I shopped around and visited every single skilled nursing facility in Colorado Springs before settling on Liberty Heights and Im glad I did. I know shes in the best place possible.

Its a very nice place, good staff. Great people. Apt was great. The only thing that is a problem here is the dining service. Way to slow . You have to put aside way to much time for a meal. Maybe they think these folks dont have any thing better to do. They do. They do not want to spend the day in the dining room for lunch. Other wise, great place.
