Comfort Keepers is a great home care Company. Sonya and her staff are always quick to respond to questions and concerns. The young lady that comes into our home does an excellent job taking care of my mother-in-law. I would highly recommend this Colorado Springs home care group.

Sonya at Comfort Keepers was wonderful to work with to schedule sitters for my father during his transition to a memory care facility. Though ultimately, we were not able to use a sitter from Comfort Keepers, working with Sonya was a joy. She is organized, enthusiastic and made a hard time easy. I recommend giving her a call.

Great management and service I had the pleasure of working with Glenn and his team when my father was ill and could not care for mom. We worked out a plan that would offload many of his care tasks and allow him to recover. Thank you Lori for rearranging your Friday to fit us in at the last minute to make sure you understood what was needed. This was not the last time Lori would go the extra mile for my family. The first day the plan was to go into effect, Dad fell in the early morning hours and was rushed to the hospital. Lori and Glenn sprung into action and modified the schedule for 24/7. They had some trouble finding available caregivers to meet the new schedule and backfilled with Lori (thanks again) and Katlyn from the office. That shows their commitment to service. Lori even came by to give mom a shower because she wanted to make sure that it was relaxing and a highlight of Mom's week (yet another thanks). We were very pleased with the caregivers and how quickly they picked up the routine. A few went way above and beyond expectations (you know who you are 🙂 ). I can't thank Glenn and the team enough for all they have done for my family. Now that Dad is better and is back to his normal duties, I can honestly say that I will miss working with Glenn and his team. Thank you again.

I have been with Comfort Keepers for about a year and a half. I have never been happier. I started as a caregiver and was able to move up to the office as an assistant. The office staff are professional, friendly and understanding. The owner takes great care of the caregivers and goes above and beyond for the clients as well. Right now we have a great team of caregivers that take such great care of our clients. We will do all that we can to make sure we are the right fit and we can find the right caregiver/caregivers for our clients that will fit their needs. If you want the best call Comfort Keepers and we will do all we can for you whether you need care for you or a loved one or if you want to join our team!

We cannot express sufficient thanks to the Colorado Springs Comfort Keepers for their care of my mother and, effectively, my entire family. My mom asked that I call them when it became clear that her lung disease had advanced considerably, leaving her significantly less able to care for herself and her home. Initially, my dad resisted, citing the cost and his perceived ability to take over those tasks. Quickly, all of us realized that there are many hours in a day, and effective caretakers need breaks, physically and emotionally. That is where Comfort Keepers filled our lives. Lori and Glenn were extremely sensitive and responsive to our constantly changing needs as my mom's health deteriorated and we involved Hospice. They clearly prioritized everyone's safety as needs intensified, understood schedule changes when my mom entered inpatient care occasionally, and juggled hours with her caregivers. Caregivers were absolutely amazing. Raven, Lisa, and Tiffany, particularly, demonstrated such compassion and professionalism during their time in my parents' home. They consistently appeared eager to help and engaged in their work. Sometimes, shifts demanded a lot of them. Sometimes, there was little to do as she slept and they had already cleaned a clean house. Nonetheless, they filled those moments with meaningful support and conversation with my dad, held my mom's hand and talked calmly and softly to her for comfort, and provided me with reassurance that they were in good hands when I could not be there. Ultimately, my mom's needs exceeded what they and we could provide, and she went to skilled nursing for two weeks before she died. We are forever grateful that Comfort Keepers helped us maintain my mom's comfort in her own home for as long as possible during her final months. I will call them as my dad's needs dictate, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Comfort Keepers has been helping me out with my parents for about a year and a half. First, they helped my parents when Mom and Dad were at home. After my Mom's death in April 2018, they have served as private duty care givers for my Dad as he had to go into assisted living-memory care after Mom's death. His facility is in Colorado Springs. I'm on the other side of the state on the Western Slope. This has provided peace of mind as Comfort Keepers can act as extended family by taking him to doctor's appointments, shopping for him, checking in on him, etc.

I have come to trust Comfort Keepers with the care of my mother. I am an accidental caregiver. I had no idea that I would become my mother's primary caregiver 3 & 1/2 years ago. Seniors are often easy targets of exploitation and the stories abound are quite sad. I gave up a professional life in Los Angeles to care for mom. Dementia and other significant issues required respectful intervention. We had a few caretakers who actually robbed us in the early going of her care, but I had heard good things about Comfort Keepers and decided to place some trust in their services. I'm glad I did. Every primary caretaker will eventually need time for respite care in addition to home health care for a loved one. And, when that time comes, consider the good folks at Comfort Keepers to help---Dr. Mik

I like when Comfort Keepers keeps me informed when my caregiver Kim Harris takes a day off or any new changes. They are always keeping me up to date. She is a wonderfu caregiver!

The service, concern for the patient, and the understanding of what is occurring with the patient is paramount with Hospice. My mother and father were both under Hospice care, and their support, understanding of the elderly and Alzheimer's provided a tremendous aid and comfort just knowing that someone else was aware and was there to answer questions and help with the care. their knowledge of what is happening, and what is going to happen as time progresses makes the journey much easier to understand and deal with. Someday it may be me needing that care and I hope they are there for me as well. Thank you Hospice.

I worked for them briefly and the owner lied and said my last check would be direct deposited and instead it was not. They pay only minimum wage and schedule randomly regardless of where you live, causing you to drive all over for low wages and no mileage support. They pile on tasks to be completed in 2 to 4 hours which typically would take a person 8 hours. I worked for comfort keepers in Sarasota Florida and it was way better.
