First, I have to state this facility allowed my wife and I to tour on a weekend - without an appointment. That was super important to us, because we could see how residents were cared for without any warning or preparation. They were 100% confident they were taking care of everyone's needs, and that is exactly what we saw in our tour. We moved my mom to Sunrise. This facility was A+ top notch in service and care. My mother was notoriously hard to please, but she was happy at Sunrise. The staff were compassionate and loving; they truly cared for the residents. Mom even complimented the cook! I cannot adequately express my gratitude to them for their kindness and empathy.
