From: Georgia Duncan The Fountains, Apt. 207 On Sunday, January 14, 2024, in the midst of the below-zero outside temperatures, the furnace in my Fountains apartment malfunctioned (the pump failed). With the furnace fan going full time, the temperature on the thermostat never rose above 67 degrees. This did not cause extreme hardship but was still not something one wanted to live with very long. I notified our manager, Kasey , of the problem about 8:30 Monday morning. Within the hour, Joe and Gilbert started working on the furnace. They worked steadily for 3-4 hours. Later they called in another man—perhaps the one who sold them the new pump or other parts. Springwood is to be commended for retaining such a capable Maintenance Director as Joe as well as a Fountains Manager like Kasey, who reacted so quickly to enlist Joe's aid.

What a wonderful and committed team at Springwood Retirement. My Dad moved from Longmont to Springwood in October, he absolutely loves the community, he has made many friends and thoroughly loves it. He would recommend it because the staff and residents make it so welcoming. As he says everything here is "terrific", especially if you need something, Gabe is right there to assist him, as well as the ladies at the front desk, he said to mention Jaime and Debby. Our entire family is impressed and so pleased that we chose Springwood as there as so many communities to chose from and it can get confusing but Springwood is the place if you are shopping for a wonderful community with a committed staff.

We a tour of the facility with Cindy. She did an awesome job. I was very impressed with all that they have to offer for their Residents. The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I had visited Springwood several times before signing on with APFM. Although this is an older facility, it appears to have been updated nicely over time. The separate memory care wing is impressive and has a home-like feeling. I would consider Springwood when decision making time arrives.

When I was first touring this community, I was very impressed by how active everyone was. They offer a lot of activities and the tenants really take advantage of that and participate in a lot of things. All of the tenants I’ve met are very friendly and helpful. The staff members are also nice and they go out of their way to help you. Everyone knows your name after only a few days of being here. The facility itself is nice and the grounds are kept up with nicely. For activities, they offer a lot of games, clubs, and 3 different exercise classes. I would recommend this facility to other families.

We toured this community that is very big. The community was nice and clean and the dining. They offered a lot of activities. The staff were warm and caring for the care for what we wanted. We liked that dining area and the activities that are offered are good for everyone to stay active when possible. We would highly recommend this community for good care and value for others.

I love how caring and genuinely concerned the staff are about there residents at this community. They take a lot of pride in there job and it shows through there work. The facility is always very well maintained and clean which is comforting to know my mother is living in a well taken care of establishment. She has been really enjoying the meals they serve and the dinning experience with the company of the other residents.

Dad is doing exceptionally well at Springbrook Retirement and it has truly turned out to be the perfect place for him. He has the luxury of having the assistance although he is still able to do most things on his own. There are plenty of activities for him to participate in if he'd like and the staff are very nice, friendly, and easy to work with most of the time. Dad has his good days and bad days with the food but can still cook in his room if he chooses to do so. There is a large turnover with the staff in the dining area although that's no big deal. Overall we are very happy with the place and would definitely recommend.
