Ciel is building a good team in Arvada and working on providing the best care to keep people in place as long as possible. They have done a good job with the transition so far and are bringing in a physical therapy team to help keep the residents strong and vibrant.

Wonderful Community for 55 + seniors. Very active, great food, neatly remodeled units, large square footage with full size kitchens and balconies. Lots of walking trails, right next to a park. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area as well. Housekeeping and transportation also included. Garages and carports are offered onsite too. Great place to visit and reside in. 🙂

The annual price increases are very questionable. My aunts 1bd went up 11% in a single year. 11% is a lot for anyone on a fixed income. We were told it "usually never exceeds 4%" but didn't get it in writing. I checked and as a new resident I was offered a lower rate than others who have been there 1+ years.....sad

I moved in to Brookdale 3 and a 1/2 years ago. Kind of when I first moved in. I wasn't sure I wanted to move here but I did and I'm so happy that I'm here. I plan to I right now. My plans are I will be here till the day. I die and I'm very happy with here. Things to go well, I'm i'm. I like I like the dining room.I like the food that is offered.There's always something optional.That's available if you don't like what's being offered.I like the people here. Probably if I had any grapes at all is sometimes a lack of information of what's happening.But otherwise I am very very happy here.

Brookdale Meridian Arvada is a wonderful independent living community, with emphasis on community. The residents are friendly and caring, trying to make sure each one is recognized and included in daily activities. I have lived here just two months but already feel at home and welcomed in each aspect of daily life. My one-bedroom apartment is just the right size for my needs, with plenty of space to move around and keep my belongings. I am blessed to have found Brookdale Meridian and heartedly recommend you consider it in your search for your new home.

My mom has been a resident for almost 2 years. This was the best move that we could have made From the day we arrived Mom was not only greeted by a wonderful staff (more like family) but the residents welcomed her immediately and made her feel included in the community. Both the building and the grounds of Brookdale are always being tended too and the inside is so very clean and welcoming. Mom has a 1 bedroom apartment which is the perfect size, housekeeping comes once a week and if anything happens, maintenance is always on site. Mom goes to the dining room for meals and it is a great time to visit friends. One thing that I appreciate and want to acknowledge is the dining room staff. Each server truly listens to the resident and is patient. There are quite a few young adults working here and they are so very kind and respectfulnot a quality you always find these days. There are many activities to enjoy if you choose. You will definitely appreciate the high standards of those who are part of Brookdale Meridian Arvada!

I have been a resident here for about four and a half years, and I have really appreciated how much the experience has enriched my time. Not only are the workers here all wonderful people, but the residents are great too. The Brookdale Meridian Arvada supports independent living but also creates a community. Each apartment has individual heating and A/C. There is also housekeeping to help you keep your place in tip top shape. And while that means your individual area is maintained, you can also always find something worth doing in the common areas too. There are daily meals possible in the dining hall, movie nights, fun programs, events, and outings. There are exercise and fitness opportunities, and we even have a barber shop! Many of the facilities can support your needs, and the great location (as well as the shuttle to help you get around) helps you get the few things not found on-site. I enjoy my time here so much, and I really feel at home.

My mother just moved into Brookdale Meridian Arvada and has been here about 45 days and I have been nothing but impressed and pleased. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. The facility is well cared for and clean. We attended a family BBQ they put on for all residents and families that was really nice! I would recommend this facility!

My name is Corinne Schieman. Prior to Brookdale Meridian Arvada, I was living alone in a very comfortable but isolated cabin on the outskirts of Salida, a three and a half hour drive from my daughter’s home.With vision and balance issues I could not driveand after two falls that required medical attention, My daughter and I looked at several senior living opportunities in the metro area. Gratefully, we chose Brookdale. The building and grounds are lovely, dining staff is patient and kind. I especially like the exercise programs with many opportunities for community involvement, maintenance is efficient, housekeepers are amazing, reception staff are born problem solvers and residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. I feel very safe, secure and happy with my Brookdale choice as is my family!

After 71 years of marriage my husband passed away. I found myself alone. When visiting Brookdale Meridian Arvada everyone was smiling and so friendly. I decided to move to this community after living with my daughter. I want you to understand just how alone I felt the first few nights I moved here.I had never been alone my entire life and it was scary. Now I have friends, I play games, I don’t have to cook any more but most of all I don’t feel alone. It is such a profound feeling to call Brookdale Meridian Arvada my home.

My uncle loves living here. We go visit him and eat together with our family in the private dining room, it’s very nice, and the food is great! The people who work there are awesome! They help my uncle when he needs a ride to the doctor or to get his groceries. He has a nice apartment and his dog can live there with him.

Moving my parents to Brookdale was the perfect decision for our family! They were hesitant about selling their house and moving, but it has been great! They have made friends and have a great time playing cards and eating in the dining room with their friends. It's nice that they don't have the burden taking care of their home and they can relax and enjoy their time. They have a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony that has a beautiful view, and the rent is very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Meridian!

My grandma moved in to Brookdale a while ago. She LOVES living there! The staff are kind and always helpful! She doesn’t have to worry about her apartment being cleaned because they have a service. They have art classes that she loves! She has a whole community there that embraces her!

The apartments are excellent. I use a motorized wheelchair and they had an option for a more accessible apartment where it is easy to get around in my chair. The staff, the housekeepers, the maintenance team, the servers are all absolutely exemplary.

I have lived in Brookdale for approximately 1 and 1/2 years and really feel like it is my home. the staff members are all kind and caring. the other residents make me feel like I have known them for years. from the time I have lived here I have felt like I belong here. We have many activities, so you can participate as much or as little as you like. I feel safe here and also have felt most of the stresses of daily life have disappeared. this is a great place to live.

Brookdale Meridian Arvada is a fantastic independent living retirement community. A few years ago I selected such a place for my elderly parents, which I thought was excellent situation. Brookdale Meridian Arvada is even better: lovely, spacious physical facility; caring, kind, and competent staff; broad range of foods served at every meal; safe transportation provided to groceries, doctors, and any office within a 5 mile radius; and numerous interesting and fun activities daily. A wonderful home for the residents!

My mother has lived here for 5 1/2 years. The staff take such care of each and every resident! They know all residents by name and make sure they see and connect with them regularly. Every encounter I have with the staff is very pleasant and friendly and, when I have made specail favor/requests, they genuinely are pleased to help. Oh, and the food - their menus are healthy and varied. There are activities provided for all tastes and lots of learning opportunities for the residents. The building is always kept clean and tidy and well-decorated and safe!
