My dad struggled after losing my mom. They were married for 50 years. His dependency past came back to haunt him. The staff there was cognizant of that and were extremely helpful at helping him as my siblings and I were not available non-stop to be by his side. I would recommend them highly as a kind, understanding and knowledgeable staff.

This is by far the nicest, cleanest and most friendly senior living facility that I have been to. I am a private caregiver and my loved one moved her, she was allowed to keep her own caregivers. I am here at least five days a week, (my home away from home) I love the residents and staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. My loved one is very happy here and enjoys the socialization. She has an adorable room with a beautiful view. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept up. I highly recommend Holiday Golden Oaks.

We just recently moved my mom to Gokden Oaks. My aunt has been living there the past 2 years. They have completely updated the facility and it looks awesome. My mom was so excited to move there since she visited her sister at least once a month. Everyone that works there has been so kind and a joy to work with.

I am a huge fan of Golden Oak. In 2020 I checked out several places in the Yucaipa area for my parents, and Golden Oak was an easy choice to make. The staff, facility, location and price checked all of our boxes. Since then, we have had three other family members move in. They all love it there. My mom has lived at Golden Oaks for several years now and it has become her home. The staff are friendly and helpful. She has met many new friends. Most residents like to socialize and get involved with the activities and games provided. The new decor is modern and beautifully decorated. It's a nice place to live.

My 94 year old grandmother moved in here almost 1 year ago. She loves it. I can't speak for all the rooms or apartments here, but my grandmothers 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is beautiful. It's the best assisted living apartment I've seen in years and I've been a home health nurse for 20 years. She loves the food and she finally has friends to socialize with every day. She was nervous about moving from her house, but because she was able to maintain her standard of living, and actually add to it with friends, she's settled in nicely. Now that she's closer to me and happier than I've seen her in years, I know she will be here for years to come.

Nice senior apartment complex. My mom was a resident since 2017. This is independent senior living, but they do have a couple companies in the building to hire for additional services in care if needed. This is extremely helpful so your loved one can stay in their apartment and not have to move. We found the staff to be very nice and helpful. They have a lot of activities for the residents if one wishes to participate. Many choices on the menu daily. Unfortunately my mom did not care for the food and complained that meat was often too tough to eat and not appetizing. One thing to be aware of when you sign the lease is that you are required to give a 30 day notice even if you die. This gives the company quite a lot of money with no services being rendered. As stated though, you do agree to it when you sign the lease and your loved ones will be responsible for payment. All in all great senior place to live in Yucaipa if one can afford it.

I have visited Golden Oaks on several occasions with family and friends who resided there. Very friendly and caring staff, outstanding facility with all kinds of amenities and in a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend Golden Oaks for a family member or loved one.

My Mom live there for about 5 yrs. All the staff as well as the Chanan group were fantastic and truly caring for her. Numerous activities daily, shuttle service to neighboring communities. Was very tough to relocate, Loved this place!

I moved my mom into Golden Oaks one year ago and I'm glad I did ! Alicia the manager and entire staff are so kind and supportive on a daily basis. They give great attention to all residents and it allows to breathe easy knowing my mom is in good hands with the staff who truly care and have become a second family. Golden Oaks has a modern and light atmosphere. It's evident that friendships are forged here and it allows for seniors to continue to live an independent life while getting help with areas of life they no longer wish to deal with or need assistance with. The dining area is stunning. It's like a five star restaurant. The residents enjoy engaging, and enjoyable activities for active seniors. This facility is a must see. It is centrally located to shops as well. I would encourage anyone who is looking for beautiful living accommodations for their loved one to visit and take a tour.

Alicia Robinson and her team at the Holiday Golden Oaks are the best! The facility it self has be Newly remodeled and It looks fantastic. The customer service they have and the care for the residents is unpresidented. They have a great dining area with a fabulous chef. And the activities and events fill their calendar each month with fun and interactive opportunities for all to enjoy. I highly recommend giving Holiday Golden Okas a visit for your loved ones.

They just updated place to a more modern look. I've had both my father in law and mother in law at this location. Never had any problems reported to me. A little complaints on the food selections, but I have always had good contact with the manager and other staff. Very helpful. Also hired in house care takers there for my father in-law who took very good care of his daily needs.

My grandmother from out of state recently came into a situation in which she needed a long-term senior living facility near my family and I and Yucaipa. I searched Yucaipa, Redlands, and all of the surrounding areas for a safe place for her to live that would provide her opportunities to interact with other folks her age as well as receive meals and light assistance. The Golden Oaks in Yucaipa was by far the best value. The completely renovated new building, as well as amazing, caring and loving staff have made this transition for my grandma not only much less painful, but enjoyable. She immerses herself in the various activities at the facility, and is able to socialize and make friends every single day. The facility is always immaculately clean, and we are always greeted by a warm and caring staff. Any small issues that have a risen, have been promptly resolved by the staff at the facility. I would specifically like to thank Alicia Robinson as well as Cheryl for the amazing job they do taking care of our loved ones. Not only do they help them with their day-to-day needs, but they enrich and make their lives better. Golden Oaks is very fortunate to have these wonderful ladies as well as the rest of the team. As you can tell they truly love the residents and want what's best for them. If you or your senior loved ones are in need of long-term living situation I highly recommend the Golden Oaks in Yucaipa. Mom lived at Golden Oaks four years. Alisha and all of her staff was kind and caring. Unfortunately, dementia set in and mom began to wonder out at all hours do she had to go to a locked memory care facility. If it wasn't for her dementia, she would still be living there.

Nice place for seniors to live. Very beautiful place… The staff is nice and helpful except for the short chubby front desk lady, she never says hello and just looks like she hates working there. I'm a caregiver that goes there to care for a resident that lives there. Not sure if she's like that with everyone or just with me? She's needs a better attitude. She's the face of the comany. You walk in and you wanna see a nice HELLO and not just be ignored.

I'm 44 and I literally would love to live here. I took my mom here to see a friend recently, and she hated the idea of "assisted living". From the time we came in, where we were greeted with a beautiful smile by the Director of sales and welcomed, until the time we left with warm wishes and full bellies, we both had a feeling of comfort and peace here. The building and grounds are a very nice balance of up scale & cozy but I was still surprised when I overheard my mom asking about availability! Weve decided to move forward with my mom's unit, she's so excited and there's not a doubt in my mind that this is the right decision.

Beautiful grounds, kept very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The residents seem happy. When we visited there was live entertainment playing in the lobby and the atmosphere felt very cheerful.

I regularly visit this facility as I am an RN and have many patients here. This is the cleanest and most well put together facility I have ever been to. The patient care is great and they CARE about the patients. They have activities frequently and are very clean! Keep up the great work!!

Staff is super helpful and willing to help you with whatever you need. The food is good according to my mother, who lives there. Rooms are vacuumed and mopped once a week. Also, there are care givers on site to assist the elderly at an extra cost.

The quality of life and attention my brother receives from them is superb or maybe just the best. Brothers can be tough, but in my five years experience with Golden Oaks, he couldn't have been in better hands. They treat him with dignity and, respect, as if he is family. Golden Oaks was the BEST place for my grandmother. We moved her from a tiny board-and-care place to this wonderful facility, where she had her own apartment for the same amount of money! We were so relieved by the excellent care she received; we actually stopped being her caregivers and became family again. My grandmother loved it (although she was immobile). I wished we could have moved her in sooner. The staff are so friendly and helpful; even the residents are warm and kind. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for their loved ones. The facility is beautiful, always clean, and very secure. Golden Oaks gave us our lives back!

We did quite a bit of research on facilities for my mother-in-law to relocate to. We visited a few locations and decided on this one. After 2 weeks she absolutely loves it. Says everyone is super friendly, the food is good and there are lots of things going on all the time. She has a studio with a small balcony and can have her small dog. She is elated, as are we! They offer extra services for additional fees... ie dog walking, medication distribution, laundry... and her place is cleaned once a week by staffn(included).
