The facility's commitment to excellence is evident in everything they do. The staff members are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and it shows in the way they work together to provide great care.

They were good to my grandfather but hearing aides came up missing. I wonder if they fixed this issue. It eas a neat and clean facility and the people were nice to him

I have been trying to talk with someone for 5 days. I want to know what is going on with my friend Lisa Walters?? Why wont they call me? Im not real happy today.

I was a patient at Park View recently. I was very impressed with the facility. I was treated with respect & kindness. My needs were met promptly & medication given on time. I also received wonderful OT & PT while there. My room & the whole facility was constantly kept clean & no offending odors. The food was mostly good. I would recommend Park View to anyone!! Thanks for the great job!!!!
April 2024
I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the halls and rooms and by the friendliness of the staff, and especially by the quick response when my friend, whom I was visiting, needed immediate help. The reason that I gave only an eight was that I thought the front desk reception was Not as secure as I believe it should have been.

The care that is given our family member is exceptional. We appreciate everything you do for her. Thank you so very much.

It's hard for people to be in the position of needing post acute care. Our medical system does not provide much, and in fact we had to advocate really hard for this. I think Park View is reasonable and has a lot of good staff. The food is good and the place is clean. My friend is getting what she needs: a safe place to learn how to safely walk and handle herself. Her team communicated her progress and plans to her and her loved ones very well.

All staff are very kind and easy to get along with. They're taking very good care of my mother. Night CNA's do not respond to call lights promptly. My mother has been told to be quiet and then just walk out of moms room. Therapists are extremely sensitive and helpful giving mom help walking. I've called several times to speak to nurses station and no one answers the front desk. I let it ring 20-30 times several times a night. Someone should be at the front desk to answer the phone. My mother has had bad virus and I couldn't even check on her.

Unfortunately my step dad has been here a few times but during the times he has stayed, he has been well taken care of. The staff is very attentive, therapy is daily including holidays and he enjoys the meals 😉 They treat their patients with respect and kindness

My husband spent several months at Park View Post Acute. The facility is light and bright with a nice outdoor patio where my husband and I could walk and talk. My husband specifically requested hard boiled eggs with every meal which they provided. He was satisfied with the food overall. The nurses, caregivers, and therapists were all very nice. My husband and I had arranged to get married while he was staying at the facility. The Marketing and Admissions Director Ricci Erfemejia went above and beyond to help make sure it happened in spite of my husband's tenuous physical condition. And when we returned from the Church, Ricci presented us with a beautiful card that had been signed by many of the staff who had been working with my husband during his stay there. He even took a few photos of us together while we were still basking in the joy of the moment. Those photos turned out to be particularly special because my husband passed very unexpectedly only one month later. I will always be grateful to Ricci for making our special day even more special than I expected. I pray that God will reward Ricci and all the staff for the good work that they do on behalf of their clients.

My experience at Park View was Very good . The workers were very helpful and nice. The atmosphere is very bright, pleasant, and very clean. This facility comparatively rates far above another facility I was at before. I highly recommend Park View.
December 2022
My step father is going here tomorrow. He suffered a stroke and needs rehab. Unfortunately he's not strong enough for acute rehab. I am praying to God this place is better than Apple Valley where he has gone after a previous stroke. I will now discuss why Apple Valley is not an option but it was horrible for both my parents - I won't set foot in that place as I'm sure it would cause a ptsd episode of sorts. I decided to write this review prior to his stay and then update as we go through his care at the Park View facility. I will try anything to help him get better care. I am just completely saddened that these facilities all seem to be at such a lower level compared to Sutter hospital, which is where they are referred from. This is the care designated for our elderly human beings... It's a complete travesty that this is how people are treated at their most vulnerable stage in life. What is wrong with US? Please Park View, take care of my family member. He is a Vietnam Vet and a kind soul and deserves good care and treatment. I'll be coming in frequently to see him and will update this review as I see the care he actually receives. Thank you! This rehab was much better than apple valley in sebastopol. Even if you live in sebastopol, I recommend making the drive. Apple valley is literally a nightmare and at least this facility shows compassion and kindness to their patients. I only gave four stars because I feel all these facilities need vast improvement. Unfortunately our societies doesn't care for the elderly the way they should and it's so sad that the low standards are simply excepted.

I highly recommend Park View Post Acute. When my mom needed rehab after a major surgery we interviewed 3 places and chose this place after talking to Ricci Erfe-Mejia in charge of admissions. My mom was there for over 3 weeks and she received excellent care. When she arrived she was wheelchair bound and when she left she was walking without any aid. I had to go out of town for a week and I was kept in the loop with all that was going on via emails. The staff, caretakers and Dr Horwitz were all a 10!

My husband was at Park View for 31 days (March 2022). He was very pleased with everything. The staff was professional, caring and kind. The food was very good. The facility was very clean. Thank you Park View. DW

I can not say enough good things about Park View!! My grandfather completed three weeks of physical rehabilitation for a broken femur here and the care he received was excellent! All of the staff members exceeded my expectations! They provided care with compassion, kindness and respect. The nurses, nursing assistants, therapists and administrators have my deepest gratitude. Thank you so much for all that you did for our family. With love, Katie and Grandpa

My mom has been here for several months. She has always been treated with skill and kindness. I have never witnessed any staff dealing with any patient in a manner that I judged as inappropriate or mean. My own experience here has been professional and compassionate. All my interactions with staff were rational, sensible and kind. They also made me laugh like a fool which is important to me! Thank you Park View!!

This is not yet a true review but will be in a couple weeks. My friends mother just got admitted today. I hope she has a much better experience than these most recent google reviews indicate. I have also looked at Yelp and a few other sites that had move favorable ratings. I will find out this weekend as were planning a visit. So far, so good although only staff has been spoken to on the phone and they were courteous. For now, I give it a 2.5 rating, but hope to give it 5 stars on my next review.
