My husband received home health services through Homewatch for two months after a serious fall. Our caregiver helped with his meals, daily living activities, physical therapy exercises and monitored his safety. Without this help, I wouldn't have been able to leave the house to shop or go to appointments. Our caregiver treated us both with much appreciated dignity and respect. Having Homewatch services lifted the burden of his recovery and gave me peace of mind.

I am so impressed with the high quality of care provided to my father by HomeWatch CareGivers. We have been working with HWCG for approximately a year after my aging father needed temporary nursing assistance. At that point he was also showing the beginning stages of dementia/ Alzheimer's. I live out of the area and had to interview and hire help for my father from long distance. I interviewed multiple services and the decision was easy to make. The owner and staff did everything possible to put me at ease and alleviate my concerns. Now that my father has recovered from his medical condition we have continued our relationship with HWCG to give my stepmother a well deserved break. His HWCG helps him schedule his doctors' appointments, accompanies him to his appointments, takes him shopping and to lunch…. He has a wonderful time and everyone in the house feels less stressed. We absolutely plan to continue our relationship HWCG as they offer several levels of care. The management and staff is a pleasure to work with and I know that if there was a need they would do everything they could to help my family. I'm very grateful to the owner and staff!!! I give them the highest possible recommendation!!!

Homewatch CareGivers have been taking care of my 92 year old mother in-law since the beginning of May. They were there when she got out of assisted living after a month of care due to a major fall. They have been providing quality care ever since. We have had changes in medicines, amount of care, hours needed etc and the team is always pleasant and able to make adjustments. My MIL looks forward to the "girls" arrivals and has totally settled in to receiving help because they make her feel special and cared for. I must mention the owner, Ranjana, who is always on the other end of a text or email when we have additional needs for my MIL. Debbie, the manager, is also always available to help with scheduling.

I did a lot of preparation for my surgery this spring. One of my best decisions was hiring Homewatch CareGivers to provide my care around the clock at home for the first several days. Estella, Dayana and Tina were wonderful. At no time, day or night, did I have to speak more than once to get help. I could see immediately that they were meticulous with detail. I felt completely safe, and all my needs were met immediately. I appreciated that they interacted so well with my anxious daughters and friends, working out solution together and instilling trust that I was safe in their care. Each of them was exceedingly patient. The early days of recovery were difficult. So much of the time, I would sit at the bedside at length just gathering strength and courage to ambulate. I never felt rushed or any impatience from the caregivers. When I did need help, such as lifting my legs back onto the bed, they did so with a certainty, steadiness and seeming ease that I completely trusted. It takes a special talent to perceive exactly what a patient needs and then provide exactly that. Without exception, they knew what I needed and gave it. The encouraged me, trusted me and appreciated my challenge. Their care was both competent and tender. I was so deeply comforted. And so I write to thank Homewatch CareGivers for the beautiful team you have assembled, and for the standards that you maintain. You must be so proud, and I am to grateful.

Homewatch CareGivers of Santa Rosa really stepped up to the hard task with quickness and professionalism. I had to find my father who was getting out of the hospital and onto Hospice 24-7 care immediately. I was 500 miles away with the daunting task of calling a list of 40 caregivers. It was overwhelming to say the least. For some unknown reason, I chose Homewatch and got a hold of Hillary. I could tell there was an instant bond and caring person on the other end. They came through and even with one bump in the road, both Michael and Hillary were at my side helping. I cant say enough great things about both of them and the people who work for them! Thank you for all you did for our family!

Homewatch Caregivers has been instrumental in keeping my Auntie Margaret in her own home the past year. Originally we called Homewatch when my Aunt was released from the hospital, they provided help 5 days a week to help her dress, shower, light housekeeping and prepare a few meals she could enjoy throughout the week. As her health improved they worked with us to cut back Homewatch hours but still provide great structural support. The past month my Aunt quickly went from doing good to needing much support until we could get her set up in Assisted Living apartment. This is where Homewatch really stepped into action...I called Michael in an almost panic after visiting my Aunt one Sunday night and realized that she was actually in a bit of danger of falling and hurting herself. Michael quickly called his contact to come the next morning and install poles and bars for mobility then got to work with Hillary and their staff to substantially increase the assistance from 3 times a week to 3 times a day. By Tuesday my Aunt was totally covered -2 hours morning noon and night for the next couple of weeks. It was such a relief! Really great to work with - I have no hesitancy in referring Homewatch Caregivers to anyone needing a little ...or A LOT of care. Also, my aunt really enjoyed the handful of caregivers that were assigned to her over the past year. They really were great with her.

We chose Home Watch Caregivers over 2 years ago to provide services or our aunt who had came out of hospital but still wanted to live in her home. Michael and Hillary far exceeded the promises they made to us on that first day. They really do have a top notch team of care givers, who are warm, professional and extremely kind and patient. Michael and Hillary are people of their word. They said they would be hands on in managing our aunts account and they were. They were never more than a quick phone call away - day or night - and as our aunts condition became more difficult to manage, they handled it all with dignity, grace and extreme levels of service. I can not say enough about Homewatch Caregivers of Santa Rosa (HWCG). They exemplify the true meaning of top shelf customer service. We have been using their services since Christmas Day 2016, and from day one, they have treated us like family. (How many companies are willing to start on Christmas Day with one days notice?) Michael and Hillary have put together a really awesome team of dedicated, professional and loving caregivers. I had been living with and caring for my Mom for about 6 months before hiring HWCG. I was very reluctant to hand over the reins to just anyone, and I interviewed well over a dozen companies before selecting Michaels team. I had planned on continuing living at my mothers home for about a month to observe and insure Mom was receiving the same level of care that I had been providing. Well, after about a week, I knew she was in great, loving hands and I moved back home (I only live about 2 miles from my Mom). Living in such close proximity to my mother allowed for me to frequently drop-in, unannounced to check in on how things were going. I have to tell you that whenever I dropped by the house was clean and Mom was happy. I would usually find her watching TV or in deep discussion with one of the team members and the house would smell wonderful from something that was on the stove or in the oven. It wasnt long before my unannounced visits seemed to happen more and more around dinner time! Sadly, my Mom, Jacki, passed away earlier this year which was extremely difficult for my family and I. I could also tell how her passing also effected the HWCG team. Maybe one would expect a caregiver company to send a condolence card and possibly some flowers. But what I didnt expect was the sincere pain, shedding of tears and stories that were shared on several occasions. In closing, I would just like to add that throughout this difficult time and forever I will consider Michael and Hillary family. I cannot rave enough about the quality and professionalism of Homewatch CareGivers. I live in New York but my mother is in California, and I needed to provide her with 24-7 caregiver support to help her recover from a leg injury. Michael and Hillary, owners of Homewatch Caregivers, worked closely with me to make sure that my mother received the level of support that was required for her injury. They were always accessible by phone and email, and they never hesitated to call to ask me a question or to encourage me to call or email them with my own questions. Working with Homewatch CareGivers turned a very difficult and frustrating situation into a positive one. I really felt that Hillary and Michael truly cared about my mother and that we were a team working to support her. They even went over to her house ON CHRISTMAS DAY to check on her personally when I was worried about her. Being so far away from my mother, it was comforting and reassuring to know that Homewatch CareGivers was there to support her. And my mother really enjoyed and appreciated the caregivers that supported her. I was completely blown away by the level of service that my mother and I received from Homewatch CareGivers and I would recommend them to everyone. They truly go above and beyond with their level of care, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
