My aunt lived in the home on Quattro Millpass for the better part of 3 years. I have to say her care was absolutely amazing they were wonderful with her. When she first arrived she was very difficult to deal with and they always showed the utmost patience with her! We loved Emma who was one of her very first caregivers and then Joseph they truly cared about her!! She was always clean and never had even one bed sore and she was bedridden for basically the whole time! We were blessed to have found Canyon View!! Thank you Benji and Marica

They are left in bed most of the day. They have two people there with 6 residents. They are required to cook, do laundry and clean as well as take care of the residents.

The residents are fed and taken out of bed for meals. Most of them are alone in their rooms and a couple are sitting in other rooms but there is no social interaction whatsoever. I've been to another Board and Care that was run by loving, caring women who were cheerful and really cared about the residents and were constantly talking to them and laughing with them and making sure they were happy and had what they needed. Completely different atmosphere.
