Been living here for 6 months and love it. The managers are very friendly and helpful. There is full time maintenance and it's usually quite. Most of my neighbors are friendly as well.

The best apartments I have lived in. Been here for about three years. The single bed/single bath are extremely spacious. I really love the layout of the living rooms. The property grounds are kept clean. Whenever something broke, maintenance was quick to come by to fix it. The property managers are awesome people to work with. They call you when a package arrives and once they even offered to take care of my cats while I was out of town. If you recommend someone to the apartments they give you $300 off your rent. 😀 Because the majority of tenants are seniors, my neighbors were very friendly. If you're moving in now, all apartments are being updated with all new appliances, carpet, paint, and floors. Also because the apartments are really close to a Sheriff's station, my car insurance and renters insurance was significantly discounted. The apartments are really safe. These apartments are also probably the cheapest in all of Santa Clarita. If you're not a senior, the trick is getting in when they are allowing non seniors. Call to find out. Another nice thing about this apartment is that it's close to the mall, movie theater, gas station (literally next door and it's the cheapest in town), trader joes, The Cat Doctor (best vet in Cali I hear), Vons, and Sprouts. It's a prime location. Of course no place is perfect. There were a few negatives. For example I have had my packages stolen from my door two times in a row. The thief seems to love amazon packages. I highly recommend putting a sign up and leaving all packages with the property manager. In addition the walls in the apartments are extremely thin. You can hear the program someone is watching on their TV next door. Fortunately as this is a senior community, virtually all of the tenants are very quiet so it was never a problem for me. In fact I admit I was probably the one creating all the noise when I blasted my surround sound. :'( Finally there is a train across the street of Bouquet Canyon that can be a bit loud. The good news is that eventually your brain tunes it out. The parking situation for guests could also be better. The only option for people is to park across the street on Bouquet Canyon Rd, which is a bit dangerous because this Rd is a large passage for commuters driving into LA for work. I wish they had extra parking to rent, but they don't. :'( Finally this could be a negative or a positive depending on your position. Because this is a senior/adult living apartment, kids can only visit. I personally like this because the grounds are quieter and the pools are probably cleaner. lol
