I have now been here for almost two years. I have both of my animals. My car, and my dog. To have them here you need a note from your Dr. I have been attacked by a homeless woman. There is a lot of crazy homeless sleeping around here. I don't feel comfortable living here anymore, it is the only place I can afford. The staff here is great. The problem is the homeless outside. The building here is good to live in you have security at the front desk and they screen the visitors. It has changed it is no longer low income and rents are going up.

This property is for the Asian people only! They are allowed to be controlling and rude. What ever common area they are in, they are allowed to control. I am on the treadmill daily and they always come in and turn on all the lights, play their chinese music loud, open up all the doors and distrurb whatever you have going on. Never considering since you were there when they arrived that maybe you don't want to be chilled in the middle of your workout, or hot overhead light beaming on you. They are in the front of the room and those lights are not on, but the treadmill is in the area you are in and they seem to want that light on and door open. Why? Than you have staff who allows them to do as they please whenever they please. One of the staff members who cleans will take things belonging to tenants (things she finds and store them in her home off site.) Is that stealing from the tenants? According to her and manager she is only putting it safely away AT HER HOME! These are only a few of the many unfair practices that go on at this property,but if you give money and gifts to staff than you can live here and be allowed to control all activities, common areas, and have as many overnight guest as you please. If you are not of Asian descent than this is not a socialable, friendly place to live. This place is ran like an assistant care facility not an independent senior home. How can HUD allow such un-equal living environment to be under there name? This property is owned by a church. What is wrong with this picture? This is 2012, what happen to equality and dignity for all? At the 40th anniversary program they used the theme " Around the World we are One." There is no evidence of Oneness here!
