I dropped by to bring some belongings to a new admit. The Admission Counselor took time to listen to my concerns and also told me about some of the amenities offered here. I think my friend will recover from her illness quickly under their care.

Brookdale San Dimas was fantastic. They treated me really well on the tour and were willing to take my mother in pretty much right away if I needed that. It seemed like an excellent facility. The rooms were small, but comfortable. All the residents looked happy and comfortable. The dining area looked quite comfortable.

The staff and facility are excellent. I've visited numerous SNFs and assisted living facilities. I only recall one that exceeds the amenities of Brookdale. Of course, they are twice as expensive! Brookdale gives them a good run. I have the highest confidence that my father is receiving proper care.

Brookdale San Dimas was very nice. I enjoyed it. It was a beautiful place. It seemed they're on top of everything. I saw the library and the rooms. The apartments were very nice and clean. Everything looked clean. The director and a nurse talked to us, which was very nice. They were very helpful.

My grandmother has been staying here since February and it's been a tough transition but the staff here has really been Great! I'm writing this review for the transportation Dept. Stephanie and Patty did me the biggest and greatest thing for me. I asked if there was anyway they could get my grandma to my wedding in Long Beach, at first they weren't sure but they jumped through hoops and made it happen. They sacrificed they're own time to make happen and we couldn't have been more happy that my Gma was at my wedding. It was really a beautiful thing to have her with us. Thank you Stephanie and Patty, I really appreciate you guys more than you know.

Stayed from Aug to Sept at the skilled nursing facility. Very professional staff! Especially Monique, Tony, Dustin, Danielle & the night crew, Spence & Madellion(my nickname to her). Also, the daytime person, Grace! Special thanks to the PT & OT that helped me get stronger & better each day. With the help of Ann, Terry, Paris & Laurie I was able to learn & adapt quickly so I could go home. I'd surely recommend this wonderful facility!!

Awesome! Fully recommend. My mom was admitted to the rehab facility in November and just released recently on her 100 days of care. The care was unbelievable. The nurses, staff, therapist, everything down to the food with no complaints. Visiting my mom almost everyday I was always greeted as I walked thru the door. Also just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of the staff who had helped with mom my during her stay. Alba, Rasheta, Tony, Melody, Anne, Crystal, Monique, Dustin, Riley, April, Laura, Kim, Paris, Chris, Brenda, Tierra, Mattie, Danielle, Activity's room, cooks, etc. All of you have been a delight! If I have missed anyone, please don't be discouraged, just so many to remember. All of you will be missed, but will visit you guys soon. Smethurst Family.

My grandmother moved into Brookdale several months ago and our family has been extremely pleased with the amount of love, care and dedicated service from the staff! It is a very friendly and inviting community, she loves it there.

My family and I just had to make some tough decisions about placing my Dad, but the best choice we could have made was Brookdale San Dimas. The staff is so Careing and Loving and very attentive. My dad is having a difficult time adjusting but they are making it as pleasant as they could through the transition.

Brookdale San Dimas was nice, but they didnt have a whole lot of activities and stuff going. The dining area was small. The lady that showed me around was very helpful and knowledgeable, but it didnt really appeal to me.

The only one I really liked was Brookdale San Dimas. Its a like a resort -- fully equipped, great condition and great views from every direction. They had bingo and social hour. The dining area was very clean and organized, and the food was very tasty. I really like the staff and how the people were treated. It looks like a place where they can get better and stronger. It seems like the people are very happy to live there.

I have worked at Brookdale for 6 years. The entire team at Brookdale San Dimas is dedicated to creating an environment that is safe and clean with a strong sense of community. Several of our care team have been here for over 15 years which further supports our commitment to our residents. Brookdale San Dimas is a beautiful building with amazing residents.

Brookdale San Dimas caught my eye the most, but it was too far from where I live. I like the friendliness of all the people who live there, and the staff was very helpful. If you had any questions, they would totally answer your questions. The place is clean, but the rooms in their memory care need o be updated.

I toured Brookdale San Dimas. It was very nice but didnt measure up in every way to the other facility I've toured. The rooms were very nice as well as the facility itself, but it wasnt quite as homey. There was a list of classes and things to do, but it didnt felt like you were living in a home.

I visited Brookdale San Dimas. The facility is nice and clean with friendly service. The staff was courteous and helpful. With their activities, they have plenty of them. They were doing exercises on their chairs or something like that.

I was able to visit Emeritus at San Dimas. It's an updated facility and very nice. The staff was congenial -- very friendly. The people were happy, laughing, and really having a good time. The rooms were very nice and very clean. They have a lot of activities for them, and they also have a van that would take them were they wanted to go like doctor's appointments, on tour, and other different things that they wanted to do.

Emeritus at San Dimas was very nice, very clean, and very well run. It was the nicest of all the places that I visited. I liked the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. There were very nice rooms. The dining room was pretty top-notch. The food was very good. However, we probably couldn't afford that place.
