Mom has now been here a month. She is thriving in the Memory Care setting. She has made friends, lots of activities and friendly staff. The food is good. She is showered twice a week. I am happy with Greenhaven Estates Memory Care. The setting is beautiful and quiet. The Memory Care part needs some updating and freshening up, but it is clean. I will update after I know more about the care and coordination with the staff. So far everyone has been kind and helpful. I look forward to a positive experience.

Greenhaven Estates is a wonderful place for assisted living and memory care residents. Greenhaven Estates is a very clean establishment and my father thoroughly enjoyed the chefs menu. If I could, I would like to thank each of the staff members for doing a fabulous job caring for my dad and other residents. But, during the covid-19 pandemic it was impossible to meet the individuals that give Greenhaven Estates a five-star rating. The communication between staff and family was of great importance and it did not go unnoticed. Donna, the executive director, and her staff operate Greenhaven Estates in a professional manner and have a commitment to excellence. Donnas commitment exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

This place doesnt have the greatest reviews and maybe many did not have the best experience. I had a loved one reside there when there was constant turnover and change. I grew close to a current resident as she was my aunties good friend. I touch base and reach out to her to see if she needs anything and how things are going. As a genuine review on behalf of a resident she has shared that when things need repair the maintenance director responds quickly and kindly. The food director visits and asks how meals are. The activities director does hair and delivers packets, she is one of the managers that has been there for a while. Mail is delivered quickly and statements are sent in a timely manner I think that is accounting manager. The staff is nice and housekeepers are consistent with cleaning schedule. Lastly I asked with all the change if she was willing to stick it out or if she will proceed with moving and as things are improving the residents are gaining trust that there is better days ahead and resident wants to give community one last shot. Thank you to the maintenance director and activities director China that are there for a lasting effect. Although the resident is not blood related it means a lot to know she is pleased with the little things you do. You two really check in and make a difference as you can imagine change for the population could be difficult but your presence reassures residents of the positive change at Greenhaven.

I work here at Greenhaven Estates as the concierge and the care staff really show pride in the work they do here every day in helping our residents continue to lead fulfilling and happy lives. Our Activities Directors are always thinking up new ways to keep the residents active while working in the restrictions set for safety during these unprecedented times in 2020. From the Executive Director down, every employee here has the best interests of the residents on both our assisted living and memory care sides at the forefront of our actions and intents each day. It makes my day when residents call the front desk to verify meal times and daily activities. The housekeeping staff keep it clean and feeling like a warm and inviting home in the common areas and the dietary staff make and serve the best pineapple cake Ive ever had. Greenhaven Estates is a really great place to work for the employees and an engaging place to live for the residents.

My aunt used to live there for four years. She was really cared for and had the best years while in their care. There was lots of change in management but overall the communication and replacements were kind and I was pleased with the continued quality care and activities. My parents were both at Greenhaven for over 3 years. They really made lots of friends and enjoyed social events, the food was great and the staff was so sweet. Although my parents are no longer living I hold this place dear to my heart because of the great memories they helped build. Pocket area of Sacramento is so small every so often I see the staff and naturally want to run up to them and thank them because I really am thankful they made a positive effect for my parents. I seen they remodeled during my daily walks and every so often I waive at the familiar management. During this pandemic I can attest that Greenhaven is a great place for your parents. They take pride in their care activities and so much more.

I am an employee here at Greenhaven Estates and I work as a caregiver in the mc unit. Since Ive been here Ive enjoyed interacting with residents and staff. Management has been a great change for the building. I enjoy coming in daily!

Im fairly new to Greenhaven Estates and am excited to see the direction they are going. They are staffing nurses to accommodate diabetics and people that have medical issues that otherwise would not be able to live at an assisted living community. Theres a new Executive Director, Donna Bautista, and since she is also a nurse, she really understands what our residents need. I see a really great team when I go into work and its reflect d in our great residents that live here!

I have been for over a year now and have genuinely been proud to have a hard working and dedicated team. The teamwork and directors always are there for us. Luna has been at Greenhaven for over 2 years and always had great leadership skills taught us and appreciated us. We have a new administrator who just on boarded she is an LVN and has a great approach and makes this a positive work place. Everyone should apply to join the team

Frontier management has been a joy to work with. I have continued working here and like it because the team is hard working and we have happy residents. We do Montessori activities and residents are encouraged to Activities they enjoy. Families are kind and always compliment the team.

My mother-in-law moved in here a little over a month ago and the experience thus far has been overwhelmingly positive. Weve had a lot of difficulties because of some family matters and the folks at Greenhaven Estates have been very supportive, communicative, and helpful. Its just an extremely difficult time for my family and they have been some of the strongest support and relief that weve found. All the staff weve found to be friendly and caring and ready to answer any questions we have or help whenever we need anything. Were there, for at least a little bit, almost daily and have gotten to know a lot of the people there and I am very glad that we chose this place for my mother-in-law to stay.
