This place is an absolute diamond in the rough. It's located in a large iconic 7-story building in beautiful Riverside, California neighborhood with views of the historic Mission Inn. The care is outstanding, approaching the mythical 6-star rating. First class care far ahead of it's competition. The food and facilities are like staying at a hotel instead of a nursing facility or hospital. If you are ever lucky enough to get an opportunity to get some recovery care here, by the time you're healed you won't want to leave.

I am currently a patient here at the Grove the nurses here are great. One nurse in particular is my wound nurse Netty she stood out the most to me. All cnas are great but one that I would choose would be Jennifer she’s always going on and beyond. Also thank you to LVN John for always explaining the meds he gives me every single time. Everything here has just been perfect!

Went in for inpatient physical therapy (PT) on a Friday - PT wouldn't start till Monday. An unsecure chest of drawers fell over and caused an injury. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom fell off when touched. Fire alarm kept going off and no one responded. No facilities for reasonable bathing. Other patients were screaming for nurse for 20 minutes. Left this facility after only 3 hours. Looks like they took a 70's motel, added old hospital beds and rebranded as a wellness facility

A great facility with a wonderful staff. I placed my father in this place which was a vast improvement from the previous assisted living facility. And at the same cost, too.

Ive worked at several other skilled nursing facilities in my 9yrs of being a physical therapist assistant, and each time Im at those other facilities it is clear that The Grove is a superior facility on many levels. I can honestly say that each member of The Groves rehab team deeply cares about each patient and their progress to return to prior level of function.

As a Grove team member and as someone who has had a family member stay here, I couldnt think of a better place to have taken care of my loved one. My grandmother stayed here while rehabilitating her leg after a car accident. The staff was very kind and sincere to her. The facility was very clean and tidy, and I could not recommend this facility more.

I have worked at The Grove Care and Wellness since 2011 as an Occupational Therapist. One of the main reasons I have stayed working here is our amazing and knowledgeable staff. We love and care about each other and that translates into the love and care for our patients. In fact, several members of our rehab team have had family members come and rehabilitate on the second floor nursing unit. We strive to provide the highest rehab care and work closely with our nursing partners in order to do that. We are committed to each patient reaching their highest potential!

The rehab team at The Grove is outstanding and consistently provides both in-patient and out-patient care for physical and occupational therapy and speech. The rehab team truly cares for their patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they stay current on the needs of their patients and provide current techniques for care.

The staff at this facility went above and beyond to care for my grandfather during his stay. Covid made it much more difficult to visit him, however, the nurses were kind enough hold their phones up so I could talk to him through facetime. I cannot stress enough how helpful this place was during such a hard time for my family.

The Grove cared for our Mother for over 2 months - they were extremely caring, nice, welcoming and worked with when Mom declined and couldnt do rehab. The place is older but immaculate. We have been to other newer, more expensive facilities and they do not compare. The Grove is best. They truly treat you like family. I would highly recommend this facility. The closest thing to keeping your live ones at home.

My experience at The Grove Care and Wellness was great unfortunately, the reason for me leaving was a career change. The Grove has Loving caring and compassionate staff. I had an amazing experience working with the Activities Department they really work together and take the time with each and every patient. Second floor has an awesome therapy department. Great place for your love ones.
