The journey to find a safe, supportive place for my mother”somewhere she could live independently with a bit of assistance”was overwhelming. I dreaded encountering the senior‘living equivalent of an old‘school car dealership, and the anxiety was real. Then I met Denise R. She listened to my family’s needs with genuine care and reached out to introduce herself and Magnolia Grand within 24 hours. That alone set her apart. I feel compelled to share our experience because of the tremendous impact she had on our peace of mind. Denise is an exceptional listener and a woman of action. She is compassionate, patient, and kind”qualities I needed more than I realized. She is also deeply knowledgeable, and every piece of information she provided was accurate and helpful. Her professionalism and passion for her work are unmistakable. During our visit, I noticed how residents reacted when they saw her in the hallway. Amazing community! Wonderful residents and staff, everyone is extremely friendly. The building is clean, clean, clean thanks to all the housekeepers. The food is delicious thanks to Ashley and her amazing team in the kitchen. Wholesome community that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk into the doors!

We did a tour with mom. And the place Was better than what we expected It made us feel at ease. Will not have to worry about mom being alone. There is so much to do there and be active for the elderly. Best part about it. Is that meals are freshly made daily. They have a saln where mom can go and get pampered and feel pretty... I think we picked the right place for her.. ‘‘

Very nicely maintained facility/community. Located in a nice area of Riverside, California. There's a variety of activities and amenities. "Aurora " gave a great tour and answered all of my questions. It is most certainly a place that I will consider moving into!

When I walked into the lobby of Magnolia Grand, I felt like I was HOME, in a beautiful manor. I currently live in another Senior Living Community, and really had no intention of moving, but after touring Magnolia, it was like being at a 4-star hotel vs one that looks like an institution. The ambience was beautiful and inviting, truly like being in someone's home. Aurora patiently showed us rooms of different sizes and configurations and answered all our questions, but never pressured us to make an immediate decision, instead encouraging us to talk with our families. Sabrina and Aurora were both very professional, and also very welcoming and friendly, as was every employee we saw on our tour. Every one of them stopped and introduced themselves, as did several residents. Once I found a larger apartment there, at much lower rent, I was "sold". And when I went back home, I told some friends who also decided to move to Magnolia Grand. I'm very excited to start this new season of my life, living The Grand Life!

I recently toured Magnolia Grand Senior Living facility in Riverside, CA. I was greated with a warm cheerful spirit. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness throughout out facility. Everyone I had contact with seemed happy. This I includes the residents, housekeepers, and administrative staff.

Aurora took us on a tour of the community and her soul just shined so bright. She wasn't trying to sell an apartment to sell the apartment, she was fully invested in making sure this could actually be home for my mom. I'd give Aurora 1,000 stars if I could It's a very friendly community which was a breath of fresh air. All the staff we came across said hello and chatted with us and made us feel so welcome. Even the residents were so friendly and welcoming, we've been to places where we were glared at and it felt like we were infringing on their territory for lack of a better phrase. Seriously, awesome place and a beautiful Aurora

From the moment you enter, You feel Welcome many of the residents greeted us as we entered. Aurora met us and conducted us through a tour of Magnolia Grand, We were very impressed and had all of our Questions answered as you walk through the hallways, you can’t help but imagine you’re in a five star hotel Aurora is a very warm and caring person. You immediately feel like your best friends with her. We were shown a one bedroom with a huge living room The Bathroom is handicap friendly then we went to the two bedroom one bath with a nice size living room and decided that was the one we wanted with later. Had the privilege of meeting with Sabrina the executive director who made us feel like we were best friends as well. We signed the lease agreements and will be moving in shortly. I’m telling all my friends about Magnolia Grand.

This is an awesome retirement community for you or your family. Convenient location in Riverside within 3 miles of doctors and hospitals, shopping mall, other stores. Restaurant style meals, activities, caring staff, friendly residents. A public bus stop right in front. Independent retirement living is more cost effective than assisted living.

I am so pleased with my experience at Magnolia Grand. I love how warm and friendly the staff is ... greeting people by name. It projects such a clean and safe place to be, offers a multitude of things to be involved in, is so well organized and the adminstration provides excellent communication about what is going on, what is expected etc. And while I enjoy alll the meals ... the homemade rolls are especially delicious! I recommend Magnolia Grand to any of my friends who are looking for an Independent Living placement for a family member (or themselves)

We had a fabulous tour with Jessica and we plan to sign our rental agreement on Friday for a lovely downstairs, west facing with a patio apartment. I am beyond excited to have my parents back in town.

The Magnolia Grand has not done anything but continue to amaze me! The professionalism of ALL the staff; the activities; the understanding, patience and availability of a staff member when there is an issue, is remarkable! My uncle has been living here for about 9 months. He loves the food and his apartment. The staff is so amazing and the events they do for the residents are so fun. I would recommend this location as they go above and beyond

My Dad has lived here since 2018 and he loves the staff and meals. He is extremely happy living in the community. He has many new friends he otherwise would not have meet. The staff is very professional and courteous.

My mom has lived here for over a year and although they provide 3 meals a day, mom only goes for breakfast. She says everything is way too salty, meat is dried and basically she can’t eat their food. It’s too bad since meals are included in the monthly rent. She’s actually spending more on food that she can to prepare herself. And for that reason I only give it 3 stars. That & the tent has increased close to $200!! Ever heard of a fixed income??! Every one that lives there is on a fixed income. How can they can afford this?? Shame on Magnolia Grand!!

My awesome uncle has lived here for several years. They provide meals, outlines, etc. He has been here for many years, and has enjoyed it (even met his current wife here after my aunt passed away.) He has been like a father to me, and I would not allow him to live in a place that he didn't enjoy!

Great place for independent senior living need a greater vegetarian selection on food items. Now that Harvard is recommending the vegetarian route, they will catch up. We will see.

I volunteer here and both the staff and residents are sweet and welcoming. The are is located across from California Baptist University. The place is beautiful and elegant but I believe it is a big overpriced for the seniors even with the services they get.

My mother lived here for almost 6 years before her passing. This is truly a community, not just apartments. Not only is the staff helpful, the residents are happy and outgoing. The amenities they provide are second to none.
