I have really enjoyed all of the Staff here at Atria. There is a lot of residents with smiling faces when I come to visit. I have been told that the Activities are fun & engaging. The food at Atria is top notch and the grounds are kept very clean!! I recommend this 5 star community to anyone who is wanting their loved one cared for and in a safe environment.

All the staff is very kind and helpful. From when you walk into the reception area, everyone is very kind and willing to help you. I have seen how the caretakers are very kind and empathetic with the residents. I know my father is well taken care of here and gives me peace of mind. I will keep him here as long as I can financially afford it. Everyone in the Memory Care is awesome, they are a valuable asset to the community. Yami is very sweet, empathetic and professional in her work. She is always available to help in any way she can.

My mom loves Atria and so do I! The workers and residents are so sweet! I'm so happy that my mom enjoys the people, Chef made food, and fun activities throughout the day and night! Such a clean place and well designed. My favorite part is the weekly live entertainment! I love joining my mom in her activities whenever I visit. Our mother has been a resident at Atria for over three years. It was a difficult decision for the family to relocate her out of her home, but we knew that she needed 24 hour care, an engaging community that would support her physical and cognitive abilities and a space where she could truly enjoy her golden years. After shopping several communities, we knew that Atria would be the right fit for her. Our mother is very social but enjoys having the choice of engaging with others, or going to her room and doing nothing. Atria has become our mother’s home away from home!

Atria del Rey is fantastic! They've been helpful from the beginning and that's priceless. I communicate with staff and management on a weekly basis, and they keep me constantly informed on how my family is doing. I'm greeted with love every time I enter the building. Everyone is very friendly and has been very nice to me since the day I moved in from the receptionist to the caregiver to the kitchen staff. Katie has been great to me all the residents are friendly as well and there's lots of beautiful ladies. Maintenance great they always help me with my TV and the food is great I love it here and I love my new home

Dominique is one of the kindess sales professional I've ever worked with. She was honest and showed patience and Real Empathy. This was not a sale for her, this was more then that. I want to thank her! She answered all my manic calls after hours even on the weekend. On my tour all the residents knew her by name, they laughed at her jokes and one of them pulled me aside to tell me how much he adored her. Needless to say my grandad is moving in. This was a hard decision, but after going to 4 places we knew DelRey was the place. Dominique Thank you! You even left him a great welcome home gift. We are all very thankful for you. You were the deciding factor.

My husband's grandmother recently moved to Atria Del Rey. Each staff member we have met has been great. We need some extra assistance from the maintenance team and they were more than helpful. I feel better knowing she is in such a safe and caring facility.

My grandmother has been here for 1.5 years, and we love it. When I call her, she tells me about her day, how her and her friends played bingo, sang at karaoke, or they relaxed together having some drinks doing a puzzle. Just recently they had a strawberry shortcake party for all the residents and families, and it was absolutely fabulous. The ED Miss Subi is so lovely. She is very kind and welcoming. She always answers any questions I have. This place is absolutely amazing,

My Mother was welcomed with open arms on her first day she arrived at Atria. All of the staff treated her like family. Atria offers activities throughout the day and my Mom loved being around people, especially when she got to make a craft!! The staff that works in the dining room are very friendly and love to please everyone. I always felt loved and supported, even when I needed a shoulder to cry on. The staff are angels sent from God!!

Atria welcomed my brother with open arms and hearts. He was a young man in an older folks establishment. Eden and Sam made my brother and when my mom visited feel welcomed. Eden was instrumental in keeping us informed on Marks everyday well being. Sam was very understanding of Marks shenanigans and reached out to us when he was not following Atria guidelines. The entire staff from Sam to Eden to the staff that helped Mark through his daily routine are second to none. Eden would reach out to us when special events that included family were happening. Our experience with Atria was so rewarding that my mom feels very comfortable moving there when she needs their expertise. My Father lived within the Assisted Living section at Atria for close to 3 yrs. The Staff was warm, caring and concerned for Dad and all other residents. Director Eden Tolentino, the Executive Director Suby Kumar, and many of the Med Techs were there for my father and I, especially when dad entered Hospice care, which Atria allows at their facility. Im a Home Health Physical Therapist and I've worked a handful of clients/patients who live in Atria del Rey. They all are happy to be there and have said nothing but praises. The staff there are all nice and friendly and I've always been greeted with positive vibes there. Great job everyone!

Atria Del Rey is not perfect. But they were the only place that would take my mother, who has Alzheimers but is very high functioning, into their assisted living population. They made what was a very difficult transition from her living on her own at home to living in an assisted living community bearable. For the first time in a long time I went from being my mother's caregiver to being her son again thanks to them. I get the impression that they treat their employees well and this translates into a high level of care for the residents because the caregivers want to be there. They are invested, thoughtful, and thorough. They make mistakes, sure, but they are human and they own up to and fix their misteps. They really get to know each resident on a personal level, and it's this human connection that sets them apart from other places like this.

I looked at quite a few places to move my mom in the ontario area and this place, Atria Del Rey stood out from all the rest. My mom has dementia and can't be alone. I can't depend on caregivers to make sure she was eating well. Artia has great chefs I even have lunch with her when I visit. I highly recommend the people and surroundings.

My Mother was a guest at Atria Del Rey a number of years ago. I want to take this opportunity to thank the compassionate and caring staff that took such pride in her care. She was a guest at a very difficult time in her life where every day was a surprise to even wake up. She loved the fellowship with friends. She looked forward to her meals because she was convenience they had been made with only her in mind. She enjoyed her large room and the fact her beloved cat could continue to live with her. Her favorite thing to do was go down to the "Beauty Parlor" to have her hair done. She loved the pampering she received. On those occasions she'd always call me and tell me how pretty she looked and how nice it felt to have her hair washed and styled. She said that if she could smile and laugh each day it would extend her life. Although she was wheelchair bound and tethered to oxygen she was a very happy Momma. As her family we could not have asked for one more thing for her care. Every day was above and beyond our expectations and that came from Mom's reports. So once again, "Thank you" Atria Del Rey, you allow us to remember our Mom with a smile on our faces and a joy in our hearts.

While my aunt was at Atria she had some very special people taking care of her including Lupita and Regina who seemed to love her as if she was their own mother! She also received special attention from Carol Warboys who always has a warm smile for everyone and Rhonda who was always patient and Carley who was always sweet and kind. Thank you also to Travis, Denise, Kathy, and of course, Johnette who was always professional and caring! These kind people made a huge difference in my aunt's last days and I am forever grateful!

The staff of Atria Del Rey are wonderful! They do a fabulous job of making my dad feel special, comfortable and content. They are friendly, considerate, and go out of their way to help meet his needs and to make it as easy as possible for me, as well. From Nancy at the front desk, to Johnette, Brenda and Travis in the medication dept., to Juana who does a fabulous job of taking care of Dad's laundry, to Fran, the chef, and the entire wait staff in the dining room, to all the ladies that work so tirelessly putting together activities to entertain the residents, we owe a debt of gratitude. My dad has told me countless times that I could not have found him a better place to live. Thank you to all of you that have made that his reality.

Atria Del Rey suits my needs. I like the food (most off the time), most of the activities and the friendliness and helpfulness that is provided. Carol Warboy, Rhonda Humphries make you feel at home. All The staff is great. The servers , some are outstanding,Tantu, Michael,Ryan, Danielle and of course Carly who does everything. I can not name them all, but they are greatly appreciated. Not everything is wonderful but neither is life
