Took a recent visit to Atria with my parent and loved the place. The place was very clean, organized and the staff made us feel very welcome.

My Mother was welcomed with open arms on her first day she arrived at Atria. All of the staff treated her like family. Atria offers activities throughout the day and my Mom loved being around people, especially when she got to make a craft!! The staff that works in the dining room are very friendly and love to please everyone. I always felt loved and supported, even when I needed a shoulder to cry on. The staff are angels sent from God!!

Atria welcomed my brother with open arms and hearts. He was a young man in an older folks establishment. Eden and Sam made my brother and when my mom visited feel welcomed. Eden was instrumental in keeping us informed on Marks everyday well being. Sam was very understanding of Marks shenanigans and reached out to us when he was not following Atria guidelines. The entire staff from Sam to Eden to the staff that helped Mark through his daily routine are second to none. Eden would reach out to us when special events that included family were happening. Our experience with Atria was so rewarding that my mom feels very comfortable moving there when she needs their expertise. Thank you Sam and Eden and your entire staff for making my brothers stay with you before he passed a happy one. God bless you.

My Father lived within the Assisted Living section at Atria for close to 3 yrs. The Staff was warm, caring and concerned for Dad and all other residents. Director Eden Tolentino, the Executive Director Suby Kumar, and many of the Med Techs were there for my father and I, especially when dad entered Hospice care, which Atria allows at their facility. Thank you all for your caring and passion.

Im a Home Health Physical Therapist and I've worked a handful of clients/patients who live in Atria del Rey. They all are happy to be there and have said nothing but praises. The staff there are all nice and friendly and I've always been greeted with positive vibes there. Great job everyone!

Atria Del Rey is not perfect. But they were the only place that would take my mother, who has Alzheimers but is very high functioning, into their assisted living population. They made what was a very difficult transition from her living on her own at home to living in an assisted living community bearable. For the first time in a long time I went from being my mothers caregiver to being her son again thanks to them. I get the impression that they treat their employees well and this translates into a high level of care for the residents because the caregivers want to be there. They are invested, thoughtful, and thorough. They make mistakes, sure, but they are human and they own up to and fix their misteps. They really get to know each resident on a personal level, and its this human connection that sets them apart from other places like this.

Director and majority of staff have been there 10-20 years. Wide hallways bright. Varied levels of support will knock on door, deliver meds ($1.00 charge for tray delivery if she doesn't go to dining room), walk with her to meals. Personal laundry can be done on site only need detergent. 3 doctors 1 in twice per week and everyother Saturday other 2 in once per week. Beauty parlor, US bank, menu filled out 2 days ahead.

Had the pleasure of witnessing a lovely group of people from this place having lunch and or dessert at bucca di bepo and I must say I was completely floored with how amazing the chaperone was with these folks .. I believe his name was Anthony and he was just amazing! He expressed such enjoyment with them and was so INCREDIBLY PATIENT and ATTENTIVE TO EACH an EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT At THAT LUNCH DATE !! His employer should be so proud to have him on his or her team ! If u see this - He deserves such a good raise or bonus for all his hard work even though I can tell he is naturally this kind ! And thank u all for the birthday wishes

What can I say, I have lived here almost a year, and it has been a terrific year. Besides a very nice apartment, wonderfully well kept grounds with plenty of areas to get out and stretch your legs while visiting friends along the way. There are many different ways to keep busy, such as games, crafts and special events and entertainment on a weekly basis. Glencroft is like a small home town. With a bank,a small store, a thrift store, several churches to choose from and several options for different levels of care for the elderly. Glencroft offers several dining options such as their own restaurant Henry's and a meal plan option. I am 72 years old and the new friends that I have made here will make the rest of my like comfortable and enjoyable. Glencroft is worth your time, come visit and see for yourself. In my opinion Glencroft is a wonderful faith based society. Gloria

My mother has lived there for quite a few years. The staff is amazing and truly care about the residence. My mom has made friends with she had never done in the past. The resident so sweet! I have to give kudos to Brenda and Travis, who is a med techs. They truly care about my mom and watch out for her on a daily basis. I love this place and I'm very happy that my mom is there. I can sleep well at night knowing she is well taken care of. I Would strongly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a place for their mom or dad. The most important thing is, my mom loves where she lives!

I looked at quite a few places to move my mom in the ontario area and this place, Atria Del Rey stood out from all the rest. My mom has dementia and cant be alone. I cant depend on caregivers to make sure she was eating well. Artia has great chefs I even have lunch with her when I visit. I highly recommend the people and surroundings.

There are some activities offered on site. The staff from the community tries to accommodate the needs of the residents. Most importantly i felt that they would be able to provide a safe place for my loved one.

My Mother was a guest at Atria Del Rey a number of years ago. I want to take this opportunity to thank the compassionate and caring staff that took such pride in her care. She was a guest at a very difficult time in her life where every day was a surprise to even wake up. She loved the fellowship with friends. She looked forward to her meals because she was convenience they had been made with only her in mind. She enjoyed her large room and the fact her beloved cat could continue to live with her. Her favorite thing to do was go down to the "Beauty Parlor" to have her hair done. She loved the pampering she received. On those occasions she'd always call me and tell me how pretty she looked and how nice it felt to have her hair washed and styled. She said that if she could smile and laugh each day it would extend her life. Although she was wheelchair bound and tethered to oxygen she was a very happy Momma. As her family we could not have asked for one more thing for her care. Every day was above and beyond our expectations and that came from Mom's reports. So once again, "Thank you" Atria Del Rey, you allow us to remember our Mom with a smile on our faces and a joy in our hearts.

The staff of Atria Del Rey are wonderful! They do a fabulous job of making my dad feel special, comfortable and content. They are friendly, considerate, and go out of their way to help meet his needs and to make it as easy as possible for me, as well. From Nancy at the front desk, to Johnette, Brenda and Travis in the medication dept., to Juana who does a fabulous job of taking care of Dad's laundry, to Fran, the chef, and the entire wait staff in the dining room, to all the ladies that work so tirelessly putting together activities to entertain the residents, we owe a debt of gratitude. My dad has told me countless times that I could not have found him a better place to live. Thank you to all of you that have made that his reality.

While my aunt was at Atria she had some very special people taking care of her including Lupita and Regina who seemed to love her as if she was their own mother! She also received special attention from Carol Warboys who always has a warm smile for everyone and Rhonda who was always patient and Carley who was always sweet and kind. Thank you also to Travis, Denise, Kathy, and of course, Johnette who was always professional and caring! These kind people made a huge difference in my aunts last days and I am forever grateful!

I have been with Atria Del Rey some 16 years. I am the Hairstylist and love my job. I get to make people pretty! My days are full of stories the residents share with me of their lives, their children, their travels. I treat each resident like family. I fall in love with them. I love their sense of humor and we have fun in the salon! You can tell by the laughter as you walk by! Although I am not an employee, I consider myself part of the staff and team. I often depend on the caregivers to bring or remind my clients of their appointments. I am grateful to them for doing this for both the resident and myself. The entire staff has one main goal and that is to give the best care possible to the Atria Del Rey residents. Working as a team is how this is established. I am also the In House Photographer. I love taking photos of your family members its a pleasure for me. If you ever need or want a a portrait of your loved one, just ask me! Blessings, Nancy
