New renters should be aware that the facility is currently in the process of being sold to SRG Senior Living, which is a for-profit company, and the sale will be completed in under 90 days.

Too often they care more about looks than folks who live here. It could be vey nice if they had as better top administration, it seems like the on site admin has no authority. It's a little like absentee landlords.

Visitors have to park on the adjacent streets, as there is limited space at the main entrance. Fortunately, there is adequate parking available.

There is nothing more important than knowing that a parent is receiving first class care and attention. I placed my father in the memory care section and I could not be more impressed with the service and care. Yes, the grounds are beautiful, the food is good, and everything is spotless. All are important. But the most important part is the people that are responsible for the day in and day out care are engaged. I marvel at how the Executive Director, Charlette, and her team consistently find such dedicated and caring staff. Under normal circumstances, caring for memory care patients can be challenging -- COVID just multiplies that. From the nursing team, to the maintenance team, to the administrative team, everyone I came into contact with was top notch in their dedication and effort to keep the residents safe and busy. No request was turned away. From placing grapes in my Dad's mini fridge to helping connect Zoom calls and coordinate doctors appointments. The staff also showed great patience and respect in dealing with sundowning in a humane and understanding manner. I slept very well, knowing that my father was receiving the absolute best care and attention. Thank you Steven, Jackie, Emily, Jared, Ilham, Diana, Donte. I'm sorry I can't recall everyone's name, but thanks to the entire team. You are the best!
