My Mom had a stroke and was in a different place at first and it was just awful! From the first time my Dad & I walked through the doors, we knew this place was different. The staff from top to bottom has been caring and supportive to myself, my dad and most importantly, my mom. She passed away yesterday and 3 members of her care team cried with me and you could tell that this was much more than just a job to them. They helped ease my pain. Nobody ever wants to put their family in assisted living or memory care but if you have to - this is the place. Thank you to every staff member there ❤️

My mother was in memory care at Windsor Court. She recently passed away but I am in complete peace with the care and love she was given. The staff treated her like family. Before we moved her here she was at a board and care. I was not happy with the cold feeling staff had there. At Windsor Court even the administrator Brittany goes into memory care and sits one on one with the patients. Their office supervisor Robert is amazing also. He is kind and caring. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one. My favorite thing about this place is seeing the staff always laugh with the patients and one another.

I rate the facility *****. It employs the best health care workers and service employees. They are attentive , caring and take that time to know residents on an individual basis. They foremost are focused on the individuals needs and necessities to function as a comfotable resident here. The staff also keep a close watch on the COVID19 safety measures and test regularly. We are kept informed by personal phone call to reach everyone. The rooms are a bit small but very clean with freshly painted units ready for occupancy. Many rooms overlook the pool and spa area. Pet friendly and have area for walking them on lawn or outside. The kitchen grills and bakes, the soups are good and hearty. Breakfast is always wonderful. Lunch and dinner both have choices and an alternate menue is available. I would have to say I am comfortable here and a member of the community. My neighbors. Good bunch of folks.Thanks David

I currently work here at Windsor Court and the staff is amazing! They truly do care about the needs of all our residents. Even in the middle of a pandemic, the staff is positive and doing everything they can as a team to keep the residents safe and happy. It is a tough time for all but together we are getting through it. Go team Windsor!!!

My parent resided for a few years in the memory care assisted living section of Windsor Court. The care givers have a heart of gold even with the most difficult residents. It can be quite trying and there should be more care givers per resident ratio. Food is very good, good variety and snacks available all the time. Nice gated patio around the pool area and nice mountian views. Main lobby is beautiful and common areas well appointed. It is one a of the better facilities in Riverside County.

Mom has been here a few years now. Whole family loves the care staff and the new chef food is wonderful. No desire for new admin, staff dont seem in high spirits as they did with Jeane and Mark. Please keep your care staff happy they keep Windsor Court a happy place for our Mom.

Visited recently for a tour the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in there restaraunt that was great and again the staff was more then welcoming. My favorite part of the facility would have to be there cute 50s diner, or the movie theatre for the residents. I would definitely recommend this facility !

I work here at Windsor Court as a receptionist. My experience here has been great so far we got new administration here so a lot of positive changes have been made. We also recently got a new chef who provides some excellent food and I can tell that all the residents here are happy with the change. We have a lot of great caregivers here as well that care for the residents very much. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is searching for assisted living for their loved ones.

LOVE the facility, beautiful Mountain Views, great size pool. Took a tour with my husband and daughter a few months back with Sharon and loved all the facility had to offer. Have tried to reach administrator to set up a meeting as there marketing director is out at the moment, still havent had a return call, have stopped by during the afternoons, and the admin is never available. 5 Stars for community looks, and friendly staff while touring around, and 2 stars for the no follow up. I will try again soon. Hopefully I can add some more stars in the future.

4 reviews 5.0 star rating 10/2/2017 My uncle has been at Windsor for two years now and I have to give it a big thumbs up. The staff is professional and friendly. The place is clean and well-appointed. The elderly who live there seem well-cared for and content. A new chef is bringing high complements and the new administrator is hands-on and extremely competent. I'm impressed. Looking for a good place for someone you love is a complicated process. Ask a lot of questions. Definitely check out Windsor.

i visited and spoke with many residents relaxing as they were waiting for rides or relaxing outside and each told me of how much they liked living at Windsor Court. I had the opportunity to eat in the full service restaurant and really was surprised at how good the food was and how pleasant the servers were! I have looked at several other such properties in the area, none had the proximity to a library, 2 movie theaters, Ralphs Grocery, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, several fast food restaurants and most vital, the Desert Regional Hospital with a trauma care emergency room, every type of specialty provider... I have been living with full-blown AIDS since 1994 when i received my medical care at UCLA and subsequantly relocated to Palm Springs in 2007 and have found the local medical services on par (although with tremendously shorter wait times!) Anyhow, I have searched to find to recommend to my parents who are in their mid 70s starting at Windsor Court and again after my search... This is my only confident choice to trust with my parents health and happiness!
