Even though I came for a visit and tour, I got so much more. Sandy showed us around and gave us the lowdown on ALL the fun happening here. It is quite impressive, the food was great and they had live music too! Best of all was the the individual care and kindness that we witnessed. Sandy knew all the residents by name and what they were up to. Truly a nice place to live; independent living is the way to go for my future. Update: Sandy no longer works for the company.

Not only is the facility immaculate, it is also warm, welcoming, and feels like a breath of fresh air. The residents are cheerful, and staff seems to be happy to spend their days there! Definitely a place to look forward to, whether to live there, visit a relative, or tour for future planning!

This place made me realize that retirement is a great thing to look forward to! Sandy gave me a tour and I was very impressed by how happy all the residents were and the camaraderie between the staff and residents. I didn't imagine I would ever have as much fun as when I lived in a college dorm but that's what Clearwater reminds me of, except it's with seniors 🙂 I would trust Sandy and staff completely with helping me adjust to this next stage of life and make every morning an excitable one to wake up to!

The people here are very friendly from the staff to the residents. Lots of fun activities from yoga to card games, social hour and music appreciation. The grounds are lovely and the pool is a great way to relax!

Kudos to Clearwater at Riverpark!I passed my one year mark at Clearwater and I’m very pleased to say my timing was perfect. Once the pandemic hit life for everyone became very different. I often think of what life would have been like living alone during this time. Gary, our Director, has kept the Community safe and healthy. Any requests are met with positive feedback from the staff, if they have any way to help, they do!I was skeptical at first about all the amenities, but I’m happy to have been proven wrong...what you see is what you get!Siri Johnson

As I was looking for a new place for an elderly parent, and with new requirements for daily living, found Clearwater at Riverpark. Met with Gary and Sandy, went over all the current and new requirements, to which each and every one of them was discussed AND addressed once the move-in happened. The community is absolutely beautiful, staff are super nice, the activities are of interest to the residents, and the food is really good (I admit that when I visit, Id rather eat there then one of 10+ places within walking distance).

My folks looked at a ton of places and Im so glad that they settled on Clearwater. From our first visit we were impressed by the friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure all of the residents are happy, active, and safe. The place is also beautiful--lots of light and great spaces to enjoy, from the resort style pool to the pub to the craft room to the theater. The apartments are also well appointed and you can do things like paint them to personalize the space. I also love that every unit has a balcony. Finally, my parents rave about the food, and my dad is super picky, so thats a win, too.Last thing--the staff is super careful about the health of the residents and take COVID prevention seriously. I am so grateful to be a part of the lifestyle team at Clearwater at Riverpark. Having the opportunity to interact with these amazing residents through art classes and various activities is something I truly look forward to every day. What I recommend at Clearwater is staying involved in community activities. Although the classes have been covid-modified they still provide a sense of purpose, mental stimulation, and personal accomplishments that I believe are so important in maintaining a positive mind and body. I cant say enough good things about Britt and Paty who are a joy to be around and work very hard each day. Britt has an impressive amount of knowledge of all things healthy. She is always willing to share tips and healthy alternatives that have personally helped me. She takes the residents on sunshine walks and leads a wellness Wednesday activity every week that I highly recommend!And of course, experiencing a scenic drive with Paty who will take you to some of the most beautiful sights to see is worth participating in! For a fun opportunity to learn how to draw, paint, and create, then come join me in the various weekly classes involving all things art! I love love love being a part of this incredible team

The restaurant here is five star with a pro chef. We celebrated my fathers birthday here and decided to eat at the restaurant. Wed eaten here before and the food has always been delicious. No cafeteria food here. They have a pro chef who makes sure every plate is picture perfect and looks as wonderful as it tastes. The shrimp skewers were a work of art. You get fine dining here.

This is the closest thing Ive seen to having a personal chef. He is personable, as is all the staff, the prices are reasonable, and the food is displayed like something from the Food Network. It is relaxing and enjoyable to visit and eat here.

My dad has lived here for about 1 1, 2 months. He is so happy and relaxed. This makes his family happy as well. The management is awesome. All guests are welcomed and treated in a friendly manner. The dining experience and menu are beyond excellent! The pool and activities add to the overall exceptionality.
