Thus us a Assisted Living for Seniors 65 and older. It is Managed by wonderful people. My mom lives here. They do a great job!! I am we'll pleased. It us lovely inside, clean, like a hotel.

My father has been a resident there for several months. The place is excellent for my dad. The apartment style rooms afford him privacy and autonomy. At the same time, he is watched over by caring, friendly staff that have provided me with peace of mind. We are both very happy with the place and its nice employees.

I now live out-of-state but wouldn't think of moving my mother - worth the monthly drive or flight! I know that Brookdale North Euclid is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood that's freeway-close and near many major retail stores, medical facilities/hospitals and the Airport. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate, caring and well-trained. Meals are healthy and delicious, and depending on resident restrictions, staff is pleased to honor any special request (no ice, dressing on the side, etc). I know my mother feels safe and loved as an individual, not "just another resident". I have been to Brookdale Senior Living facility on more then one occasion to see a client.. Everytime I have walked in this building it smells so nice. No smell of urine or feces in this building. The building always looks amazing. From the hallways to the bathroom to my client room. Always smell fresh and is clean.. Thank you housekeeping for doing a amazing job.. all senior facility should look and smell as amazing as yours...

Last May, I moved my father into his apartment here after Mom passed, and as you might imagine, he was shaken to the core and depressed. We researched several local communities in the area and were glad to come here. The entire staff here at North Euclid have not only made Dad feel welcomed and part of this new community but eased his pain through daily personal attention. It has made a world of difference! The leadership team continues to be responsive to whatever need arises, even being proactive in providing further care. The chefs menu always has plenty of options (Dad raves about the cheese blintzes!) and the medical staff consistently make sure his diet and medications are in order, as well as his emotional well-being. In my professional capacity, I have dealt with quite a few senior living facilities, and I have to say, I am a big fan for all of this and more. As with any decision like this, make sure to take time and interview the staff and visit the facilities and dining room. I pray that you will feel, as I do, that Brookdale will be a great place for you to deepen new relationships with others and thrive!

We moved my mom to Brookdale from her home where she lived independently. My sister and I were concerned about my moms transition to an assisted living community, mostly concerned she would be depressed and upset. From the moment we entered Brookdale we were greeted with kindness, professionalism and compassion. The administrative staff were in constant contact and helped us every step of the way. Brookdale made us feel included and well informed. My mom even received extraordinary attention and care when her beloved pet passed away. The attention received was important, timely and caring. It also helped her accept yet another change in her life. Our family knows we can call on the Brookdale staff if we have concerns or if we think my mom needs a bit of cheering, and they come through every time ! My mom now participates in activities on site and loves her dining table group ! She tells us all the time that they laugh and laugh as well as look out for each other. I am thankful for the attention my mom and my family receive from Brookdale, we do feel part of the community. Its such a joy to see how active and comfortable mom has become. Thank you for giving us confidence and proving we made the right decision by choosing Brookdale N. Euclid.

We recently moved my mom into this facility and are extremely pleased of how caring and wonderful the staff is. Rebecca has gone above and beyond being helpful throughout this process and is always eager to answer any questions we may have and has made the transition very easy on all of us. Mom is currently loving it there and we have seen a positive differences in her already. So glad that we picked this facility to take care of our loved one and would highly recommended it to anyone!

My father has been a resident of Brookdale North Euclid for the past several months. We have been very impressed with the staff and with his care. From the moment we began the moving in process, marketing director, Rebecca, & others were extremely helpful and so respectful of my dad. My dad has not been easy to deal with, yet workers and admin continue to care for him kindly every day. They help him with his beloved dog, too! They are honest, hard-working and loving. Rooms have been nicely modernized since we'd looked at this community in the past. I notice all residents seem very content and I witness the treatment and respect given, so important to these residents. We are thankful to this community!

My daughter found Brookdale online. I visited and Rebecca gave me a tour and answered all my questions. I moved in Oct 2028. I'm glad I did. The food is great, all from scratch. The caregivers, staff and medtechs have been great. I love it here,

Hi my name is Henry Castro. I recently visited. My Aunt Margaret at your facility. I went with my 73 year old uncle. I don't know how he ended up upstairs, as he approached the stairs to walk down, he was unable to. He was approached by the woman at the front desk, whose name was Angie and a co-worker whose name was Grace. They both grabbed one of his arms and walked him down safely and gently he would have never made it alone... I just want to say thank you again to both of those quick-thinking professionals. Next time we're in town we would love to take you both to lunch..????????????

Angelli at the front desk greeted us as soon as we walked in and answered all our questions. Very professional.. other staff seemed friendly and all smiling. I am very confident and comfortable knowing my mother will be well taken care of here????????

Our Mother Mildred Ludolph spent her final years at Victoria Court. The staff were amazing her care was excellent, she was loved and cared for. The staff became her loving family when all her immediate but me her daughter in law had passed. Her time there was the best.

My mother has lived here for nearly three years. This was her first living in this type of place. She has adjusted very well. The staff are friendly and work hard to take care of the residents. The food is good to very good. The only problem is see is that during meals it take a long time to get food the served and older people are not very patient. The serving staff need better carts. Their carts are two level and old. I think a three level cart would work better and more training of existing staff. The facility is very nice and very clean .
