My mom has been living here for about a month now and so far it’s been a great experience. The entire team (especially Jasmine) was so helpful getting everything in order for her to move in and Krystal was great evaluating her care needs and setting up a custom plan to accommodate my moms specific health and wellness concerns. The whole team is great (and super nice) and does a lot to make her feel cared for while maintaining some independence which is exactly what we were looking for. The food is great and the kitchen staff go above and beyond! My mom is gluten free for medical needs but joked she wanted the key lime pie one day and the next day they had made her a gluten free version she could enjoy.

The staff at Brookdale North Euclid went well above and beyond to help Mom get in there in a short three day span. The cost is reasonable, the food is awesome and the people there, staff and residents, are an amazing group of people.

I met Lorena and Juliana yesterday. Awesome people! They were very accommodating. Lorena took me on a tour of their lovely place and I also met some of the residents. Beautiful, cozy home. I loved the energy. I also met some of the staff. It's a great place to build community in.

I have been looking for a place for my business partner. I was contacted by lorena from this facility and he was evaluated by Krystal at the hospital . We ended up not being a fix for them due to his high level of care . The professionalism that was displayed from front to back cannot carry a price on it. I felt like they had the best interest for my friend even though we were not a match. I wish the world could see through the same set of eyes they had. I strongly recommend this place for your loved ones.

Brookdale North Euclid was able to take my mom in for a respite (2 week stay) she loved it there and called it her own vacation. There was plenty for her to do and they were able to accommodate her medical needs

My siblings and I recently toured this facility with our mother and found it to be wonderful. The facility itself was clean and inviting. There was a wide array of activities available. The staff and other residents were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. Although we ended up choosing another Brookdale facility due to its proximity to the siblings in the area, it was a difficult choice and Brookdale Euclid was a top contender.

I had been looking for a place like Brookdale when I was facing back surgery a couple of years ago . That's when I met Lorena Munuz who convinced me to give Brookdale a look. at the time it didn't work into my plans but Lorena kept after me on a weekly basis describing the amenities that Brookdale had to offer. unfortunately due to another mishap I was forced to look into Brookdale and take Lorena up on her offer to visit the facility. To my surprise it has lived up to everything she has said it would be. Thanks Lorena for not giving up on me!

We recently moved by aunt into Brookdale North Euclid when it came time for her to move from her apartment. There were MANY bumps in the road due to my aunt's complicated circumstances. I'd like to give a shout out to Lorena who helped us navigate them all with cheer and patience. There were times she stayed late just to try to help my aunt get all the needed boxes checked. She was so great to work with. All the staff there have been very helpful.

Our mom recently moved into Brookdale North Euclid. We are very happy with the care she has received. The staff is absolutely on top of making sure her needs are met. I’d like to thank Lorena for the kindness she’s displayed to all family members. Big shout out to the Medication Team. Krystal, Cat, Josselyn, Cassidy, Jasmin. The front desk staff. I would most definitely recommend Brookdale Ontario to anyone looking for an assisted living community for their loved one. The staff here are friendly, professional, and extremely passionate about care they provide. I have witnessed the care Lisa and her team provide as it spreads beyond safety, medical and social engagement. Each resident is catered to with integrity, dignity and respect. I am proud to recommend this community to all families in need of personal care for a loved one.

Thus is a Assisted Living for Seniors 65 and older. It is Managed by wonderful people. My mom lives here. They do a great job!! I am we'll pleased. It us lovely inside, clean, like a hotel.

My dad refused to move in initially but now he's as happy as can be. He is socially engaged and participating in the daily programs. It was very hard making the decision to move him out of his home of 20 years but now we can sleep better a night knowing he's safe. The staff has helped him, and us, acclimate to the change and continue to support our family!

My grandpa lost his wife 2.5 years ago and he wanted to be closer to us. He was so nervous and a little scared about getting out of his home that he’s been on for over 30 years. My mom found this place only 20 min away from most of his grand children and they allowed his small dog stay with him. The staff has made my grandpa feel like he’s part of a family at his apartments and made him feel safe. The staff is very welcoming when we come visit and Lisa T. Is always available and kind when my family is calling about the smallest things regarding my grandpas health, and always will to listen and assist as much as she can. Thank you to all of you for all of your help and being so kind to my grandpa.

My father has been a resident there for several months. The place is excellent for my dad. The apartment style rooms afford him privacy and autonomy. At the same time, he is watched over by caring, friendly staff that have provided me with peace of mind. We are both very happy with the place and its nice employees.

I now live out-of-state but wouldn't think of moving my mother - worth the monthly drive or flight! I know that Brookdale North Euclid is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood that's freeway-close and near many major retail stores, medical facilities/hospitals and the Airport. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate, caring and well-trained. Meals are healthy and delicious, and depending on resident restrictions, staff is pleased to honor any special request (no ice, dressing on the side, etc). I know my mother feels safe and loved as an individual, not "just another resident". UPDATE: A comment on the social activities. I attended a "Taste of the Mediterranean" social today. What a great afternoon! The staff had an elaborate spread of a variety of dishes - hummus, pitas, gyros, a selection of adult beverages and soft drinks with great decorations and music. The raffle and gift bags were a nice touch. I wasn't able to make your last two events, but this was so amazing to meet residents and staff in a fun environment. You hit it out of the ballpark again! I feel like I'm part of your family, so please know... you and your staff are each loved for all your hard work for the community and especially for Dad! ORIGINAL POST - 3 years ago: Last May, I moved my father into his apartment here after Mom passed, and as you might imagine, he was shaken to the core and depressed. We researched several local communities in the area and were glad to come here. The entire staff here at North Euclid have not only made Dad feel welcomed and part of this new community but eased his pain through daily personal attention. It has made a world of difference! The leadership team continues to be responsive to whatever need arises, even being proactive in providing further care. The chef's menu always has plenty of options (Dad raves about the cheese blintzes!) and the medical staff consistently make sure his diet and medications are in order, as well as his emotional well-being. In my professional capacity, I have dealt with quite a few senior living facilities, and I have to say, I am a big fan for all of this and more. As with any decision like this, make sure to take time and interview the staff and visit the facilities and dining room. I pray that you will feel, as I do, that Brookdale will be a great place for you to deepen new relationships with others and thrive!

I have been to Brookdale Senior Living facility on more then one occasion to see a client.. Everytime I have walked in this building it smells so nice. No smell of urine or feces in this building. The building always looks amazing. From the hallways to the bathroom to my client room. Always smell fresh and is clean.. We moved my mom to Brookdale from her home where she lived independently. My sister and I were concerned about my moms transition to an assisted living community, mostly concerned she would be depressed and upset. From the moment we entered Brookdale we were greeted with kindness, professionalism and compassion. The administrative staff were in constant contact and helped us every step of the way. Brookdale made us feel included and well informed. My mom even received extraordinary attention and care when her beloved pet passed away. The attention received was important, timely and caring. It also helped her accept yet another change in her life. Our family knows we can call on the Brookdale staff if we have concerns or if we think my mom needs a bit of cheering, and they come through every time ! My mom now participates in activities on site and loves her dining table group ! She tells us all the time that they laugh and laugh as well as look out for each other. I am thankful for the attention my mom and my family receive from Brookdale, we do feel part of the community. It’s such a joy to see how active and comfortable mom has become. Thank you for giving us confidence and proving we made the right decision by choosing Brookdale N. Euclid.

My father has been a resident of Brookdale North Euclid for the past several months. We have been very impressed with the staff and with his care. From the moment we began the moving in process, marketing director, Rebecca, & others were extremely helpful and so respectful of my dad. My dad has not been easy to deal with, yet workers and admin continue to care for him kindly every day. They help him with his beloved dog, too! They are honest, hard-working and loving. Rooms have been nicely modernized since we'd looked at this community in the past. I notice all residents seem very content and I witness the treatment and respect given, so important to these residents. We are thankful to this community!

Hi my name is Henry Castro. I recently visited. My Aunt Margaret at your facility. I went with my 73 year old uncle. I don't know how he ended up upstairs, as he approached the stairs to walk down, he was unable to. He was approached by the woman at the front desk, whose name was Angie and a co-worker whose name was Grace. They both grabbed one of his arms and walked him down safely and gently he would have never made it alone... I just want to say thank you again to both of those quick-thinking professionals. Next time we're in town we would love to take you both to lunch..’’’

Our Mother Mildred Ludolph spent her final years at Victoria Court. The staff were amazing her care was excellent, she was loved and cared for. The staff became her loving family when all her immediate but me her daughter in law had passed. Her time there was the best.

My mother has lived here for nearly three years. This was her first living in this type of place. She has adjusted very well. The staff are friendly and work hard to take care of the residents. The food is good to very good. The only problem is see is that during meals it take a long time to get food the served and older people are not very patient. The serving staff need better carts. Their carts are two level and old. I think a three level cart would work better and more training of existing staff. The facility is very nice and very clean .
