I love this community and working with their leadership team. I am a Senior Placememt Advisor and recommend this community for both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Leslie German is the absolute best to work with! She always makes my clients feel welcome, comfortable, and sincerely cared about. She puts them at ease which is always my goal in this often nerve-racking search. There have been several times when Leslie, Jade, and Raina have truly pulled together to work with me and my clients to make the move in happen even when it was a more challenging situation. I am so grateful to them and have never received anything other than positive feedback from my clients. This community is well tended to and clean. There is great use of common spaces and the rooms are well sized. The residents are always well dressed, well groomed, and engaged socially. This is a team that cares about their resident and family experiences.

On behalf of my siblings, we had a tour few days ago looking for a place to care for our father who has early-onset dementia. The facility was very well-kept and looked very nice! The rooms are well-sized and as well the customer service the staff was phenomenal and very welcoming just seeing everyone smiling and introducing themselves made us feel welcome. Leslie, I want to thank you so much for all the support you provided during our visit, you went above and beyond and answered all questions and also dealt with my siblings who aren't easy to deal with. Truly amazed by your professionalism we have been touring other communities and the service was nothing like yours. Unfortunately, my siblings still wanna keep our father at home for now but me and my sister are putting our hands down for this wonderful community. We will stay in touch and I recommend this facility absolutely.

I had a tour today looking for a place to care for my brother who has early onset dementia. The facility was very well kept and looked very nice! The rooms are really good sized and should allow for some comforts from home to be brought in making it more familiar to potential residents. Leslie was very nice and knowledgeable. She was able to provide us with detailed information regarding cost and what type of care will be needed for my brother in his current condition. This will be a very good choice for memory care for anyone looking for it. I recommend this place without question.

MY HUSBAND AND I MOVED HERE 1 MONTH AGO. I AM SO HAPPY TO SAY WE HAVE THE BEST LEADERS ANYONE CAN ASK FOR. ALL WORKING HERE ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY CARING. Latasha Moody’s exceptional work ethic and kindness touches the family members of those who reside at Pacifica Senior Living in Newhall California in a special way. My mom has Alzheimer's and my grandma, 95 just broke a hip. They both live at Pacifica Senior Living. My dad who has Parkinson's visits almost daily. Latasha tries to make their difficult situation as good as possible by being kind and encouraging. Latasha is great about keeping me informed. She is proactive in her approach which is extremely important as I live hours away. For example, my grandma needed a wheelchair pad to avoid skin breakdown. Latasha let me know right away so we could address the problem immediately. Working with Latasha is easy and straightforward. She is reliable, consistent, and kind. Thank you Latasha!

My mom suffers from Alzheimer's and it was getting harder and harder for my dad to take care of her at home. I called various communities in the Santa Clarita Valley and started looking for the best option for mom. What impressed me right away about Pacifica Senior Living was Nicole Wessel, the Community Relations Director. Nicole was available when I called and comfortably answered any questions I had right away and gave me a Facetime tour making a great first impression. Once Dad was on board with Mom's move, Nurse Raina went to my parents' house to assess Mom's care needs and was very kind to my parents. Nicole advocated for medical documentation to be completed on time and found a mobile chest x-ray service that could provide TB test results on the same day. In three weeks, Nicole had moved mountains for Mom to move in, but on the day of the move, Mom refused to get in the car! Nicole saved the day and connected me with a transport service that would help us transport Mom. Now that Mom is in memory care, Latosha, Kenya, and Venita are helping Mom get familiar with her new home. We are very grateful for the kindness that Pacifica Senior Living has shown our family through this very challenging and stressful time.

Making the decision to place a loved one in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community can be very stressful. It seemed to be overwhelming, and with COVID-19 very challenging. We are so happy with our decision to secure an apartment in Pacifica Senior Living Santa Clarita. Working with their entire staff, from the administration, medical staff, concierge and maintenance, we never felt stressed or overwhelmed. The transition went so smooth, very profession and very quickly. The staff was excellent with communication and compassion. We feel strongly that our loved one is in good hands and will flourish in her new environment and community. Thank you so much

The Staff at Pacifica has been amazing! Our mom has been in isolation due to Covid for 2 months and they have arranged video zoom calls, asked us to make video calls to show her and have updated us every step of the way with what is happening. Best news is that our facility is covid free. Thank you to all who work there who have stepped up during these unprecedented times.

Our experience at Pacifica Senior Living in Santa Clarita was one of excellence! The staff was very caring, my Mom's room clean and the food was great! As my Mom progressed in her disease of Alzheimers, the staff continued to provide her with excellent care. She has since passed away, but we miss the friends we made at this facility. They become part of your family. Thank you again to Pacifica for your wonderful care of our Mom!

Having visited this facility for a fundraiser I can say how well organized, clean, and very friendly environment it is! Knowing some of the staff on a personal and professional basis I can truly say the care for the elderly is not just a job for them. Some have didicated their entire careers and lives ensuring the proper and tender care! I’d be so blessed to find myself in a facility like this one day.

This place has a very nice environment and the people are very kind. However, today I visited my relative here and we went down to eat. Everything was fine at first, the food was fantastic, utencils were very clean and neat. We ordered our food as well as a piece of chocolate cake. The guy came with our order the soup smelled great. The he brought in the beef, but still no cake. We waited again we asked for cake. We ordered cake about 3 times and none of the members came. Then we asked the fourth time and he told us that we would have to get it to go but we told him he took to long. Then as soon as he was out of sight, we hear the girl with the piercings and the guy talking behind our backs saying that we were dumb and it was our fault for not ordering it earlier. This made me mad that is no way to treat guests. The girl in the piercings is so rude she should be fired for being rude to visitors as well as elderly people living there. Those teenagers dont deserve to even have a job for being so stupid and uneducated. No wonder they have a job working here and not an actual career.
