Her thorough understanding of our needs and her ability to address them exemplifies professional excellence and personal care. Patti, the move-in coordinator, was nothing short of exceptional. Her meticulous attention to detail and her warm, engaging approach eased what could have been a stressful transition. Patti went above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of my grandmother's move was smooth and that she felt welcomed and at ease from the moment she arrived. The entire team at Watermark Napa Valley deserves accolades. Each staff member we interacted with was top-notch, displaying an unparalleled level of commitment to the residents' comfort and well-being. Their genuine care and dedication are evident in every corner of this beautiful community. The facilities themselves are immaculate and beautifully designed, matching the high quality of service provided. My grandmother regularly tells us how the wellness staff make her feel like royalty. It's profoundly comforting to know she is in such good hands. I cannot imagine a better place for my grandmother to live. Watermark Napa Valley isn't just a residence; it's a place where she continues to thrive, surrounded by a caring, professional team that truly feels like family. OMG...where do I begin. Watermark Napa is a beautiful retirement community. I had the opportunity to tour Watermark with Ronnie (Sales/Marketing) and was able to meet Kendal (Program Director). It was obvious that the people who work there actually care about their residents. They put their residents happiness and wellness first. Their value of holistic wellness in intertwined with life there. One thing that stands out in this retirement community is that the elevated level of care is maintained throughout someone's time there, let's say in the case that a resident eventually requires a higher level of care than when they started. The memory care unity is just a beautiful as the rest of the place. Supporting people that require the most care, with daily wellness and social activities adding to their continued high quality of life. There are also independent living options for people that don't need much assistant. It is like resort living. All the shared spaces are beautifully decorated and well appointed. The individual apartments have a great layout.

My mother had an outstanding experience during her 3 years at Watermark. From her stay in assisted living to her end of life care all aspects of her experience were well above expectations. The facility is beautifully appointed and maintained and you can't beat the mild Napa Valley weather. But what really mattered in the end was the unending loving care and compassion the staff showed my mother. Honestly, I am not sure where Watermark is able to find such genuinely kind and loving people. From Korina, the Director of Memory Care to staff members like Peter, Theresa and Lily...and really everyone including front desk, dining staff, physical therapy, hair salon and activities, all of the staff members were exceptional in their caring and dedication. There are no words to express the gratitude my family has for my mother's exceptional end of life experience. I would recommend Watermark without hesitation for any of your loved ones. .

I can't begin to say how happy I am with the Watermark community. After doing extensive research, I decided that Watermark was the best place for the next chapter of my mom's life. For her, it was a leap of faith that she was making the right decision. She moved from the East coast, sight unseen, but when she entered her apartment she literally cried with joy. Her unit is bright and clean with 10ft ceilings, and a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The facility is beautiful and the staff is warm and friendly. My mom needs help with everyday activities and she's come to rely on the helpful, competent staff that provide her with the support she needs and a sense of stability. Her daily gourmet-quality meals are prepared and offered at one of several restaurants onsite. Perhaps the best outcome of her move to Watermark is the new found friendships she's developed. She participates in daily organized activities which have raised her spirits and given her a new lease on life. I am so happy too that they provide transportation services to her many doctor visits as well as shopping excursions. Overall, her transition to Watermark did require a period of adjustment, but she now feels at home and I can breath easy knowing she's happy and safe. Thanks to everyone at Watermark!

We were there on Easter visiting friends and were so impressed with the beauty and organization. The food was amazing and Katharine was so lovely to us and to all of the residents. It seems like the perfect place for anyone looking for a community with some assistance. I would highly suggest it to anyone that needs this type of living situation. 5 stars!!

We enjoyed our tour of Watermark Retirement Community in Napa today. We were invited by Colleen Kabeary who is a delight to talk with and incredibly nice! Dan Escobar gave us a tour of the spacious apartments which were very impressive! Dan is so personable! The workmanship is top of the line and the finishes are superior. The kitchens are stunning and bathrooms are well appointed with careful consideration for access with safety in mind. The bedrooms are huge with large walk-in closets. The living rooms are spacious and have incredible views! We were also impressed with the studio apartment which was well appointed! We viewed the very nice gym! Common areas are substantial with beautiful cozy seating! There are terraces to mingle and enjoy a glass of wine. We were invited to not only tour but enjoy a taste of Italy with artisan pizzas made to order, fettuccine , antipasto, polenta, gnocchi and salad as well as drinks. The food was delicious and top notch! My observation was that employees were all happy, gracious and accommodating! That's very important and on par with this beautiful setting! My parents lived in a place like this in Washington State so I'm well aware of the many benefits of living in such a place. Dan pointed out the many exciting activities they have for residents. They go out if their way to accommodate every resident and it shows! I made a point to talk to many residents today who gave positive reviews! I'm not ready to move there yet but I can attest that if you are in the search for such a place this is incredibly appointed and you should take a tour immediately- Napa Valley living at its finest!

I toured the assisted living and dementia care of The Waternark at Napa Valley. I was very impressed with what I saw. They took me around and introduced me to many of the staff members. The staff was very informed. I definitely like the staff and the programs that they have. I have met with the wellness director Pamela who was very very intelligent and kind. They also introduced me to the program director Karina. She was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions. They were both very knowledgeable, well-trained, and friendly. The facility itself is a gorgeous building and filled with all the amenities you could want - an outside garden, attractive and elegant dining area, activity room, etc. It looks like a high end 5 star hotel/resort! Residents looked happy, healthy and well cared for.

Beautiful and lovely community for the elderly. The events from Harvest Festivals to Hawaiian nights here are always outstanding and the food is delicious. Every time I come to visit, I feel welcomed by the staff and the members living here. After working in retirement communities for 10 years, Watermark is a home I would want my grandparents to retire and/or for me to work!

I had the pleasure of completing a 2-week training at The Watermark at Napa Valley. I met most staff and members (residents.) As a RCFE Administrator, I've been in dozens of senior living communities over the years. None can even begin to compare to The Watermark at Napa Valley. I've never met a more competent team of professionals providing services for their members. I also viewed several apartments and all common areas. The food was extraordinarily delicious. Every amenity you'd ever need is available at The Watermark at Napa Valley. Their Gardens neighborhood (memory care) was very special. Your loved one living with Dementia would be in an environment where they would truly thrive. The community is just outstanding in every way and more affordable than you'd think. I'll sell my home in Yountville one day and move to this community. Thank you, Grant, Colleen, David, Helen, Patti, Katie, Seneca, Kendal, and Adam for your kindness and hospitality. See you soon!

Rarely do I feel compelled to leave a review but I just love this place. They have asked me to come many times to take photos of their events. It is always such a pleasure! The staff are incredible; so attentive and kind! You can tell they really love all the members and gosh do the members love them. Every event is just outstanding and the food is exceptional, every detail thought about. I'm always blown away and utterly shocked this is a retirement community. My mom was in the memory care (Gardens) for a year before we moved her to live nearer to us in another state. While there, she received wonderful care by the staff.
