Comfort keepers has been very caring and very punctual with their services. My caregivers are great with tending to my needs, they help me shop and run errands as well as help me around my home. I sit here and wait for my caregiver to come because it is something I look forward to everyday. The office staff does an excellent job at checking in with me to make sure all of my needs are being met and they answer every question I may have. Comfort keepers has been much more efficient than any other agency I’ve had before. I feel blessed.

We are so grateful for the loving care provided by the staff and wonderful caregivers of Comfort Keepers. The caregivers are extremely patient, compassionate, and eager to help. Our mother is not the easiest patient and can be challenging to care for, yet they rise to the occasion and go above and beyond. Words cannot express our profound gratitude for all that Comfort Keepers has done during this extremely difficult time. Our family considers ourselves truly blessed to have the care and support that this care giving company provides.

She works with me 5 days a week, 7 hour days. The caregiver is is very helpful, kind, and anticipates what I need next because she takes the time to get to know me. The caregivers at comfort keepers try their best at their job.

My mom is 84 years old with dementia. Kathya has been caring for her since May 2021. Kathya is attentive, sweet and kind with my mom. I have confidence in Kathya when I leave the house... knowing that my mom is in good hands.

My caregiver is Maylynn Montoya. Shes been taking care of me since last November. As far as Im concerned, shes the best caregiver I (or my wife, RIP) ever had.I had 3 major surgeries in the last 10 months. So I needed someone to help me, Maylynn came and she took the initiative and helped me recover. Shes fantastic..I have a problem with lack of appetite but Maylynn makes a point of cooking something and sometimes even talks me into finishing the meal. She does all the shopping and I dont even have to make a shopping list. She knows whats in my kitchen and makes sure I dont run out of anything. She also sometimes modifies her schedule so she can take me to an appointment.In one word shes great. I wouldnt want anyone else as a caregiver

My father has Alzheimers disease and my Mother was very ill and passed away despite everyones efforts. This was a very difficult time for everyone involved especially my father. Comfort Keepers provided care for my sister in Arcadia, California. I live in SC and had to have someone that was great, reliable, trustworthy, dependable, and with excellent communication channels. I found this and more with Comfort Keepers. They were outstanding and caring and our Case Manager, Alma went well above and beyond making sure we were always in the loop on everything. She did her very best to keep consistency with the caretakers that would be in the home. There were many times Alma would also be in the home or in the hospital with my sister and her husband when needed. She was always reachable and on the rare occasion when she was not, she had great back up coverage in place. I highly recommend Alma and her team! Alma and her wonderful team became like extended family to us!

Mom was hospitalized for pneumonia, and I knew wed need help with home health care upon leaving the hospital.Alma and Willian form comfort keepers visited my mom in hospital and we discussed best options for help.Our fist home health care professional, Nga, was-is on time, has a good interaction with my mom, interested in keeping her exercising regularly, and is keen to help out where needed.
