Two and a half years ago, a dear friend who had dementia, lost his spouse/caregiver suddenly. Since it was no longer safe for him to live on his own and had no family, my husband and I stepped in to become his caregivers and POA. I began the search for an Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility. After touring several, I came across Hollywood Hills Senior Living and was given a tour by their lovely Marketing Director, Jana. I knew then that this would be the perfect living situation for our friend. The beautifully designed lobby/reception area was as warm and welcoming as all of the staff I met that day. He moved into his beautiful, light filled, 2 bedroom apartment in Assisted Living which we furnished with all of his favorite pieces, artwork and 2 cats! The entire staff was always in touch and worked with me on transportation to all of his many Doctor's appointments over the years. When his health began to fail several months ago, Vanessa Jewell, the Regional Director (who is AMAZING!), went to great lengths to guide us and help us transition him into another apartment on their Memory Care floor. There he received exceptional care, 24 hours a day, from an incredibly diligent and trusted team of caregivers. Unfortunately, he passed away recently, but we couldn't have asked for a more outstanding community, from an exceptional group of individuals who are dedicated to providing their residents with the utmost care and loving support they deserve. Hollywood Hills Senior Living is 5 Stars.....

Very nice place with a staff that really cares. My mom has been there for almost a year, and we are very happy with the care and services she is receiving. The nursing staff, headed by Keith Bernabe, is great. Overall, very happy with her living and care situation.

My uncle moved to Hollywood Hills Senior Living (HHSL) in September 2023 after a fall and a series of medical issues. I am his primary care coordinator and live 100 plus miles away. The team at HHSL have been very helpful with this transition, especially the Resident Services Director, Keith Bernabe. Keith has helped me find doctors and other caregivers that would travel to my uncle versus me trying to coordinate and get him to doctor visits. As my uncle continues to deal with a number of medical issues, I am frequently communicating with Keith, and he has been great at responding timely to my concerns and coordinating care for my uncle with the various caregivers. My uncle has spent most of his life in Hollywood and he feels at home at HHSL. He loves his unit which has a lot of sunlight and nice views and is also very complimentary of the food. I am so glad we chose HHSL.

I recently attended a Health Fair at Hollywood Hills Senior Living and the community is absolutely breathtaking! It has the charm of old Hollywood, but everything has been brought to today’s standards and modern amenities. I was taken on a tour by their Dir. of Community Relations Angel, and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and wonderful. I also met their Executive Director Vanessa, and she treated us like royalty. If you’re considering a community in Hollywood or surrounding areas, there’s no better place than Hollywood Hills Senior Living.

This staff in this facility is very caring. My mother is a resident in the memory care unit. During some difficult days of illness and depression she was cared for by the loving staff, and I was kept in contact with the memory care director Esmeralda Guevera and resident services director Keith Bernabe. They helped our family and my mom navigate through her illness. They have all been wonderful and professional.

I was recently a resident at Hollywood Hills Senior Living and based on my daily experiences would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for temporary or full time accommodation. The care I received was exceptional in every aspect which was given in a outstanding environment that Hollywood Hills is known for. From the moment I arrived at Hollywood Hillsl to the time of my departure I was impressed by the superb management of this facility. This I would like to stress was at all levels from the Director to all levels of management and staff. What was particularly impressive was the level of care, kindness and attention to detail of the staff who made me feel like family. Hollywood Hills is an organized well run establishment that provides a comfortable living space to its residents. The cleanliness of the living facility is exceptional and the staff attends to every detail and resident request meticulously. What impressed me most is the constant welcoming atmosphere at the facility. However what sets Hollywood Hills on a high pedestal is the quality of its management and staff at all levels - from the administrative team to the care providers and all the support staff are constantly and genuinely caring and friendly. They made a significant contribution to my ease of living and to the quality of my daily life. My daily dining experience was at a high quality and I availed myself to excellent meals that were tasty and nutritious and enjoyed in a friendly and family like atmosphere. Finally I am grateful for my stay at Hollywood Hills for being able to avail myself of a positive, friendly environment and the high standard of care that I received. Moved my elderly uncle into the Hollywood Hills Senior Living from his home of 30 years after it became evident he needed around the clock attention and assistance. The staff have been wonderful in caring for him, seeing that he has what he needs but also allowing him to have his own space and make decisions for himself within safe parameters. Everyone that works there has been convivial and attentive. Keith Bernabe, Resident Services Dir and the staff have responded to each request or need with responsibility and care. He has made many new friends and joined in social activities which keep his day filled. He loves the dining experience with the quality meals and table service. Especially the home made soups. It takes a huge load off the family to have him there where we know he is safe, cared for and feels at home.

Can't say enough about Hollywood Hills Senior Living for senior assisted living. Part of what makes it SPECIAL are the employees. Staffers Keith Bernabe, Patty, and Alal deserve specific recognition. Each time I've reached out to them to discuss anything, their response has been Professional, Timely and Courteous. My mother has been a resident there for more than a year. I would absolutely recommend HHSL to families looking for an assisted living solution for their older loved ones.

This completely-refurbished senior living facility is absolutely beautiful! I was referred to it by A Place for Mom five years ago and I'm so grateful. Walking in you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. Everything is new and beautiful. After a tour of the facility with my mother and my husband, I chose this place for my mom. She has Alzheimer's, so she's on the memory care floor. Her room (which I furnished with her own furniture) is so lovely. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and caring, especially the on-site nurse, Keith Bernabe, and Esmeralda Guevara, the Memory Care Director. I'd highly recommend this facility because of their kind and caring staff.

I Toured Hollywood Wood Hills Senior Living with Angel. And she is a very knowledgeable Sales Director. The Building is very elegant and the views are immaculate. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Hollywood Hills Senior Living, where I moved my parents over six months ago. The interior of the building is beautiful, with a charming Hollywood Art Deco vibe. My parents' unit is the perfect size for them, offering views of the city and the Hollywood Hills. The daily activities and weekly happy hours, complete with live entertainment, are wonderful touches that my parents enjoy. I visit often, and every interaction I've had with the care staff and support team has been consistently pleasant and reassuring. This year, my mom's healthcare needs have evolved, and I want to give a special shout-out to Keith Bernabe, the Resident Services Director. Keith has been amazing in developing a care plan tailored to my mom's changing needs. I also want to thank Vanessa Jewell, the Operations Director, who always takes the time to address any questions or concerns I have. Vanessa and her team do an excellent job of ensuring everything runs smoothly. Both my parents and I are very happy with our experience at Hollywood Hills Senior Living, and I am incredibly grateful for the care they receive.

After I toured over a dozen assisted living places near and around Los Angeles for our relative, I chose Hollywood Hills! Everyone was so nice and accommodated all of my questions. The living and common areas are gorgeous. My family is very critical and I was the only person making any efforts to find the best place for our relative. I was grateful Hollywood has allowed our relative to live here. It is beautiful and clean. The vibe is calm and relaxed but fun. I hope our family member appreciates all of the help and support she is being given. AJ, Vanessa, Keith and everyone else I have dealt with have been helpful and supportive. Also, a shout out to Jeremy at A Place for Mom, who told me about Hollywood and how you get soooo much for the money. And it is true. So much more than Belmont in Santa Monica in my opinion. (they are very nice as well, just much much more expensive)

My name is Winnie Landrum. I had the opportunity to tour Hollywood Hills Senior Living on July 16th, 2024. I was so impressed with the place it was so clean and the staff were really nice. Vanessa greeted me with a smile and took me on a tour. Vanessa explained everything to me regarding the type of services they provide and also gave me the paperwork to give to my Godmother to look over. I never knew how much work it takes to run a senior living place. It is always good to do your homework when looking for a place for your love one. Vanessa gave me so much information and i really appreciate it. Today AJ contacted me to see if I had anymore question. I told him no and he said if i did they would be happy to help. I would recommend you visit Hollywood Hills Senior Living if you are looking for a place for a love one or for yourself.

The place looks fantastic when you enter . Very well designed and decorated. It is a place for an elderly person who is truly independent. However if you or your loved one is in need of daily care with bathing, changing and medication management , this is not the place for you. They claim that they are fully staffed to help with those needs but we found them to be exaggerated at best. They have only two RNs on staff (one of which manages the facility as well). One LVN and several poorly trained patient assistants that at times left my friend with scratches and cuts due to their long fashionable nails. His room was not handicapped equipped properly so that it was difficult for him to wheel his chair into the bathroom due to the narrow door and elevated floor jam. The handicap rail around the toilet fell off the wall when he used it to balance himself , causing him to fall to the floor. Again, attractive place and good for a person who needs minimal care.

Hollywood Hills Pacifica has changed my grandmothers life. From Day #1, my grandmother has felt at Home. The staff is beyond friendly and you can see they turkey care about every single resident. The complex stays super clean 24/7. I also love how the staff interacts with the resident from playing cards to just simply having a conversation. Vanessa and Jeana are amazing and do an excellent job with the day to day operations, which makes Hollywood Hills Pacifica the #1 senior living complex. 5 Starr hotel

Our family is super pleased with the facility, the welcoming residents, the detailed care, the tremendously well organized, caring and competent staff- especially Jana, Donato, and Candy who helped us move our dad ( 92 years old) in this weekend. They are so in tune to the issues elderly face- from the flexibility in rent policy, the keyless locks, the large bathrooms with walk in showers, the flexibility in meal plans, podiatrist on site, handyman to help with set up of TV remote control, and the multiple social activities that the residents enjoy. With all of his sons/daughter/grandchildren working full time we were unable to provide the social interaction with peers that my dad was missing. We think he is really going love it at Hollywood Hills. Kudos to a beautiful, spotless, facility and a caring, upbeat staff!!

Jana was exceptional as my first contact at Hollywood Hills Pacifica. I found her very professional, kind, and understanding during the whole process of touring and researching the memory care facility there. We placed a deposit to hold a room but recently found another facility that would be subsidized by my dad’s insurance, so we had to change our minds and try that location first. Even through that process, she was helpful and kind. Five stars completely for Jana!

I had a wonderful time visiting (via phone) this senior living facility. It’s clearly on another level from others I have encountered while searching for a future home for my mother. It is such a beautiful residence. I keep coming back to how pretty it is! The staff is very friendly too. The sales team was engaging and incredibly helpful. They made the phone call a pleasure, one I won’t forget. It’s not an easy process and their call gave me some comfort. I’m very impressed!
