We used to have many friends in activities - Golf, bowling, skating, entertaining parties with military retirees, traveling and camping in our Rv. As we have aged, some of our friends have passed away, moved away or like us lost the physical ability to do most of these things. We came here to be able to make new friends and start doing social activities without having to do a lot of traveling. Solstice has given us the ability to do this. Plus I feel like I am on vacation all the time with a lot of great people! l love it here.

From the very first day we toured Solstice Senior Living, Lynette, the Director of Celebrations, immediately made my mother and me feel comfortable and at home. While the facilities are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is walkable, Lynette is probably the biggest reason my mom continues to be a resident there. Her hustle and genuinely kind, caring personality shine through in everything she does, whether it’s finding amazing vendors and volunteers to organize fun events and activities for the residents, or even sharing some of her home-cooked foods that the residents rave about. Lynette is truly a gem, and the Solstice community is incredibly lucky to have her!

I went to solstice on behalf of my work. We were greeted by friendly staff and felt very welcomed. The residents all looked very happy and wore big smiles. We moved my husband’s grandmother in just before Thanksgiving so that she could participate in all of the holiday events. She has been extremely happy at Solstice with the wonderful staff, fantastic food and fun activities. Solstice feels like an extension of our home.

Lodi I would to say thank you to the Solstice residence and Solstice staff my mother, Lorraine came to Solstice and our family wasn’t on board with her decision initially . We were raised to take care of our elders . But she was lonely and had no friends in the area . Solstice gave my Mom what she was looking for , a community and friendship. Excellent customer service, support and maintenance ( to include house keeping) . She dined daily with her friends in the huge dining hall and when needed they delivered her meals to her room. Gia , Justin, and Lynette are a few the staff that went the extra distance for my mother . And to the residence of Solstice, thank you for your kindness and making my mother feel accepted, loved and welcomed. If you are looking for an Adult Senior Living Community, Solstice is the perfect location.

Very nice.....the one bedroom units are very nice ....room and bathroom are very spacious!!! Lots of storage space......they serve three meals a day and the units have their own sink....apartment size refrigerator....counter space and plenty of room to put a microwave in the kitchen area.

It’s close to shopping centers, great restaurants and a beautiful park right across the street making it easy for residents to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Two years ago we were desperate to find an independent living solution for our partially disabled family member. We were worried about his health and happiness. It would not be exaggeration that the team at Solstice has saved and extended his life. We knew within moments of visiting that this was the place. The entire team treat him like a family member. He was taken in and made comfortable immediately. He has had medical issues on occasion, including surgeries, but Solstice has worked with us every time. We will forever be grateful to Solstice of Lodi.

As a relatively new resident my experiences are absolutely positive. The residents and staff are awesome people! There are too many activities to critique. However, my personal favorites are the unique bingo games and hilarious chair volleyball. The Business Director, Activities Director and Management Director are professional, personable, and great people. The entire staff deserves kudos. I’m extremely happy I chose to live here !,

I toured Solstice with my Aunt. The community feels very homey. The residents look happy and a couple of them stopped to talk to us during our tour, they made my aunt feel very welcome. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The location is a bonus. My aunt likes to shop and would be in walking distance to her favorite store, Target. I think this would be the perfect community for any Senior looking to move to Senior living.

They need to control some residents this one guy mooned someone, and he is still there! And he keeps his door open and blasts music ALL DAY!!! And he has a criminal background. I think that if he is still there in a couple days, I'm moving my dad.

I've been working with Solstice for over a year to get my grandma moved in. We had to put the move off for a year due to some health issues and during that time Solstice would periodically check in but they never hassled me. When it was time for us to pick it back up again and begin the process of moving my grandma, I worked with Amanda and she was nothing short of kind, helpful, and patient! We successfully moved my grandma in, and it gives our whole family peace of mind having her there and knowing she is taken care of! The whole staff is so nice to everyone, they are helpful and again, patient. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. My grandma loves her unit and is settling in very well to this new chapter in her life, we have much to thank Solstice for, for making it that much easier!

The activity director was thorough and helpful! The staff were friendly. The facility for the most part was clean except the carpets were worn. It would be helpful if the kitchen was open from 7 am to 7 pm and the residents are able to eat at their own time. It would feel more like a cafe or restaurant. In order to compete with new independent living facilities it needs to feel more like a resort and not like a hospital but also affordable.

Ah, this place is great. While I certainly don't live here, I do come once every week to host some Spanish bingo, which has been pretty fun. The people I've met here are so sweet. So nice. Never a dull moment, I love it. Also, for volunteering I was given some free meal tickets for their cafeteria/dinning area/idk what to call it, so once I came to try out dinner, and Iooked at their menu and saw they had what was called a "smash burger", so I thought "oh cool, they got smash burger", so I ordered this *air quote* smash burger, expecting something from the restaurant, smash burger, but what I got was 1, certainly not from the restaurant, and 2, more like something I would've gotten from my high school cafeteria. So be careful. Overall, it's a good place. Just remember that you've been warned of the faulty smash burger.

I love going to Solstice for a game of bridge or an afternoon of games. What a grand place for gathering with friends!
