Caleo Bay meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. True Hero’s work here. Each and every staff member go to work everyday knowing how hard the job ahead is, they are caring and compassionate people who truly deserve our appreciation. The past year has been one of the hardest years ever and the staff have taken the place of so many families that were unable to be there for their mom’s and dad’s. Hats off to you all. My mom became a resident in July, 2019. From the very beginning everyone at Caleo Bay welcomed her with open arms. The residents, nurses, caregivers and the entire staff do their jobs with loving care, always with a smile and willing to do whatever it takes to make the residents happy. Caleo Bay goes above and beyond the call of duty. At Caleo Bay residents and family members are treated with respect. If you are looking for a facility for your loved ones, I totally recommend Caleo Bay.

It is a very clean place the staff is very welcoming n loving. The coordination of activies the have for the residents is amazing, plus the nutrition the get there n amazing food cooked by the chef!

Our mother lives at Caleo Bay. She has dementia and has been in four other residenitial-assisted living, memory care and Altzheimer facilities. At Caleo Bay the staff and community create a place she feels safe, loved and cared for. We are always welcome and leave her knowing that some days she doesnt understand why she is at Caleo but there is staff that will help and support her more than we could.Altzheimers is not easy for our loved ones. It is hard, sad, challenging and uncomfortable to witness. However, faced with the reality it is a comfort to have a place you trust, is reliable, professional and loving. There is staff who will explain the disease and offers support with group meetings, family activities and individual careWe give Caleo Bay 5 stars because it is clean and welcoming. It is well-staffed and affordable for the services and care they offer. We appreciate the continuation of care as our mom transitions from 89 years to the end of her precious life.

Sadly I recently had to put my husband in a Dementia Care facility. After touring several places I chose Caleo Bay because of their happy and trained staff. I also was impressed when Dawn Connolly, the Community Resource Director spoke about their 5 tiers of Wellness.She was also willing to negotiate on pricing. This facility had a referral to work with VA that they paid for! My husband has now been there a couple of weeks and I cannot say enough about the caring friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the facility. The meals are good and nutritious and if you have special nutrition needs they can accommodate. I feel Caleo Bay is a safe, caring new family for my husband during this difficult time. I am amazed every day when I visit how all the staff at every level always have the time to talk to you and know my husband by name. This is an amazing place that takes their role in helping families during a difficult transition very seriously. I highly recommend Caleo Bay. Amazing Staff! I would not have my grandma in any other facility! Everyone is so caring about the quality of life for the patients and it really shows through their work ethic. From the different activities they have to the food and how they encourage the members to participate, every aspect of Caleo Bay is just wonderful! So glad my grandma is in a place where we dont have to worry about her quality of care because we know she is receiving the best care at Caleo Bay!! So grateful for everyone that works there!

My aunt was placed there a year ago and since then has had wonderful care The executive director, nurses and entire care team understands the special needs of those with Alzheimers. She is thriving and thats all we can ask for.

To those navigating the decision to place their Mom, Dad, spouse, relative in a special care center, the sense of guilt, conflict and sheer heartache surrounding the process can be overwhelming. Speaking from experience, the decision is never simple and certainly never easy... but when the decision is no longer a choice but a necessity finding a center like Caleo Bay Alzheimers Special Care Center is a blessing. My Mom, Barbie, 90 years young next week, has been a resident for the last year and we are so grateful for the care, love, professionalism, and compassion surrounding her every day. Above being highly skilled in memory care, the staff is happy, upbeat and shares a personal interest in every resident. As a family, we feel blessed by Barbies extended family and cant thank them enough for that special touch they bring to Barbies daily life. THANK YOU THANK YOU Caleo Bay

I placed my wife in Caleo Bay about a year and a half ago. I have found the staff to dedicated to the residents. I visit my wife 4 days a week and have always found her to be well cared for. I visited other facilities prior to placing my wife, and found Caleo Bay to be the most caring of the facilities.

Best place ever to work the staff has great team work and theyre very determine to make sure residents never feel lonely or left out of activities . The caregivers are excellent with caring for all their resident keeping them looking great active and smiles on there faces...The front office staff is just as wonderful and shows concern for their residents and caregivers. The Director office door is always open for any issues family members or staff and residents may have , they are egar to help with a solution. Caleo Bay Alzheimers Care is a truely special place for your loved ones and a great place to work ...I love working there it was really a pleasure and I miss everyone there ....CALEO BAY ROCKS.5 star place

I am very grateful to have found Caleo Bay for my wife. We were at another community first, but found the 24 hour nursing and certified dementia professionals made the difference for my wife. At Caleo Bay all their residents have dementia or Alzheimers and I believe they are truly the best in the area at dealing with this disease. And the community feels like home!

I attended their Wednesday support group luncheon for Care Givers. The facility is lovely, the food is really delicious, and the discussion was informative.I live in La Quinta and am glad they have opened this lovely facility.
