There is a good reason this place has such a high rating. I know Yorkshire for many years and have been witness to the incredible care and compassion the entire team has for thier residents. Activities are engaging as can be with people with Dementia, the care staff are diligent and gentle and the management seems 100% dedicated to what they do. The overwhelming amount of positive reviews for Yorkshire is a testament to the quality assisted living that it is. If you are looking for a place for a family or friend I HIGHLY suggest you come check it out for yourself.

By far the cleanest facility we have been too. I have my grandmother here and this place is quiet and clean. They work well with families who are involved more to help assist in the needs of the loved ones. They have activities and areas for socializing and or just getting out. They have gates in place for those who have memory issues as well. Im glad we found a good place for my grandmother to have the extra assistance and room we did not have in our home.

Yorkshire truly made my mom feel so well loved and well cared for. As a first time caregiver needing respite care, Yorkshire was a true blessing for me and my family! They even sent photos to me personally to show me how my mom was having a wonderful time on her weekly shopping trips! My mom was always engaged in playing bingo, or uno and truly was so wonderful to my mom. When I picked my mom up, I felt like the staff was family to my mom. My heart felt so wonderful! The facility was clean, good meals, and plenty of activities to keep your loved one engaged! I loved that they even had a walking group for my mom too! My friend/loved one has lived at Yorkshire for 3 years. He has physical disabilities and so unable to live independently. He feels at home in his private room and tells his physicians he is happy there. Yorkshire's staff treat all the residents with kindness and respect. They are wonderful at knowing the residents well and are able to spot right away if something is amiss with them. Problems are very few and are dealt with quickly, professionally and efficiently. The food has improved since he was first there. The cooks ask my friend for opinions on each meal and ask if he would like an alternate which is very nice. I first encountered Amelia at a very low point in my friend's life and she helped him and me navigate the system and get him moved in. I will always be greatful to her. He was in a few bad facilities before Yorkshire. Admin Teresa always lends a kind listening ear and she is very understanding. A big plus is that I can go at anytime to visit. Although all the staff members are great, the ones my friend and I have interacted with the most over the years and who go above and beyond because they really care are Nicole, Irene, Ligaya, Emma, Java, Antonio, Maria, Carmen, Irma, and Myra. Thank you all so much for always smiling while making sure my special person is always happy, clean and well fed. You are very appreciated!

First, I want to thank Amelia Hernandez for assisting us with the transition and placement of my father in law. She has a vast knowledge of paperwork involved and professionally assisted understand all areas involved. Her ability to communicate, compassion and public relations skills is by far superior. Second, while conducting the transition my wife and I were able to take a tour around the facility and were immediately acclimated. The entire staff, caregivers and medical personnel greeted us professionally and answered all questions related to housing, caregiving and medical. The facility has supervised activities and is highly secured at all levels. When questions arise they contact you immediately and address and correct situations. Third, it is appreciated that all staff collaborate together, to include doctors visits, care and recreational activities tailored for your specific loved one. Staff is friendly. We're going to updo my mom's room. we're asking if we can paint it and have some drywall repair done. Honestly, we can do it. Just waiting for permission to do it. Hopefully, they let us. We're just trying to make it more comfortable for my mom. The reason for the 3 stars is, the staff you deal with everyday are super nice and helpful. It was the director of the place. My mom suffered through bed bugs for two months before they actually did something about it. Only after my sister left the director a message telling her, after many ignored calls, that her next call was going to be to the city to report them, which she did. And the director had the audacity to threaten to call the police if she called again! What would you've done after many ignored calls reporting their infestation of bedbugs?! My mom's body was full of bites all over! Then, they tried telling us WE had to replace her mattress! At the end it was resolved. The staff that deals directly with the seniors are super great. The director? Totally unsat! Does not care about the seniors. Keep an eye out for that. Too bad we had no way to communicate with whomever actually owns this facility.

I hand picked Yorkshire Village Assisted Living Facility out of many others. They truly performed up to their standards and kept their promises. Over many years, I arrived unannounced, and found my mother in law and the facility clean and neat. I appreciated the warm and compassionate atmosphere. The administrators, caregivers, and staff were kind and treated their clients with dignity and respect. The Cafe channel they tuned into for dinner was really thoughtful and relaxing. Yorkshire has an Activity Specialist that provides special activities for the clients. It was definitely heartwarming to witness some of those special moments. My love one is now at peace. We are so grateful to Yorkshire Village for assisting our beloved Ethel on her final journey. Allowing her to continue to visit with her family, in a loving and warm environment; yet, at the same time, ensuring that she maintained her dignity and respect.

Very happy with the care my grandma is receiving at Yorkshire Village. It's clean and everyone seems happy to work and care for the elderly. Keep up the warm and loving environment, it is truly appreciated by the family. I only have one concern and request, today when I visited there was a Covid-vaccine clinic going on and the residents were receiving a second booster. I've read reports of the elderly dying at higher rates within 2 weeks of the vaccine. If this is a trend you see in your facility please take note, report what is happening. Also, report if there is an abrupt health decline, or higher rate of disease like blood clots and heart attacks following the vaccine. I know that this is a medical intervention that seems necessary right now, but we could be loosing more of our loved ones with this experimental jab unknowingly, in the case of my grandma who got through Covid fine, it would be loosing her unnecessarily. Thank you again for the wonderful care and concern you provide for our loved ones.

Yorkshire Village is a wonderful senior living community with options for both Assisted Living & Memory Care. It immediately struck me upon my visit to the community how happy the staff is and how comfortable and secure the residents feel. It says a lot to see all the directors always available and working with the residents each day. Their friendly staff are obviously inspired to do the same. The meals are cooked fresh and delicious. The variety of the layout of the community is able to accommodate many different needs. Working in senior placement, these are some of the things that are truly valuable to me as I am able to make recommendations for families for their loved ones. I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 19 years and this assisted living is a wonderful place to take your love one when they get to the point when they can’t live at home anymore. The staff is so incredibly warm, loving and caring when it comes to taking care of their residents. Yorkshire Village made a positive impact from the moment I was in contact with Amelia Hernandez, Family Coordinator. She was informative and was sensitive to the needs of my mom and step dad. She helped guide me to different programs, one which is the ALW program. She was always available, including after hours. Now that my folks are moved in, Amelia and the rest of the staff have been amazing and incredibly patient with my folks as they adjust to their "new home" away from home. I sleep comfortably knowing they are safe and well taken care. How I feel about the transition process is consistent with how I feel when visiting them, as they are cared for and prioritized in the same manner.

It takes special people to answer the call to take care of them with dignity, respect and concern for their welfare. The staff here care for these residents as if they're family. Two years ago Yorkshire was recommended to me for assisted living for our mother, by someone whose mother had been there. When we visited it was perfect for her. The assisted living was quaint, quiet and non intimidating for our 94 year old mother. The staff, and caretaker Carmen, were so accommodating and loving to our mother. We could not have found a more perfect place to give her the care she needed while still allowing her some independence. Over the last two years we have met all the wonderful med techs, staff, caretakers and administrative staff. They are helpful, understanding and accommodating. They became family for our family. As our mother deteriorated they became more protective of her while still allowing her as much independence as possible. And when the pandemic hit they became even more protective of her and all the residents. They had one of the safest facilities in Riverside County, if not the safest from Covid. They diligently got all residents innoculated by mid January. Sadly our mom passed away one week ago. We will never be able to thank everyone at Yorkshire for how they helped our mom while she was alive, how they helped her as she was failing and how they helped us when she passed. God Bless all at Yorkshire. You are doing Gods work.

Yorkshire Village was recommended to us from a prior Assisted Living Facility. My mom needed a more secure place with more memory care. It was an immediate move that needed to happen in one day. From the first conversation with Amelia she put us at ease and has taken care of us. She has went above and beyond to make the transition wonderful. My mother has been a resident of Yorkshire Village for the past 6 years. It was difficult for my mom and for me to have her there, however she needed more care than I could offer. Everyone who works there has always been amazing! She has always been treated with kindness and dignity and they were always very accommodating to her needs and desires. The facility was always clean and they have done many renovations since she initially moved in. The resident rooms were made to feel like home. I am so grateful to everyone who treated my mom like she was family. I live across the US but I always trusted that she was well taken care of. My mom recently passed away and because of Covid I was not able to be with her in her last days. I am comforted to know that she was not alone and was with her Yorkshire family. Benita and Teresa were so kind and compassionate as I dealt with her passing. Thank you to everyone at Yorkshire for taking such wonderful care of her...especially Benita, Teresa, Sandra, Antonio, and Emma... to name a few... Since I have lived here my home here has had two owners. It has only gotten better. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I love the employees. The owners Josh & Avi, the administrator Benita, office personnel Therasa & Amelia could not be more caring and loving. All of the caregivers here go out of their way to make sure everyone and myself r well taken care of. I cannot emphasize that enough. All our caregivers r so wonderful to every single person here. Their personalities a long with their professional caregiving skills I can't help but love them all. I've had nothing but a great experience with every single one of them and yes I have my favorites. I can't help. I look forward to seeing them every time they're here. This place has been on locked down since covid-19 pandemic. AND even before then they have kept it extremely safe, clean & disinfected. And with and all our lives here we have the safety security that each and every day our home is being disinfected and clean on every shift. Which R 3 shifts a day. My life is in there hands. As with all the residents. Food is continually getting better. Our current cooks Headcook Sandra, Fernando & Jane do take pride in what they serve us. Sandra would not settle for less. Something that's so important to us. WOW think about how U would want or for that matter if having to leave your own home and go to a facility. I am home here.Living here at Yorkshire Village. My mother went from very independent (Bldg D) to 24 hour care (Bldg B) and finally through hospice (Bldg A) transition over a course of 5 years. I can not say enough about the staff and the excellent care given to my mother. Every building, every care giver went out of their way and took the best care of our mother. Hospice transition was very difficult and Benita and Teresa helped me through a very difficult time. I personally want to thank everyone at Yorkshire Village! Our mom needed a place immediately. We didn't need fancy.. we needed quality care that didn't break the bank. The place is a little older, but it is clean.. the food is amazing. The guests have snacks, simple activities designed for memory loss patients. Mom is showered on a regular schedule. She is well fed, always clean and well dressed. She has blossomed cuz now she is able to be with others and even help them.. she seems to have found new purpose at her age of nearly 92. The staff are wonderful and the new owners have shown us great kindness thru some unexpected issues. They are full of grace. They offer outdoor areas to enjoy the fresh air. Mom has her own room and bath. The facility is always clean and bustling with activity and energy. We are grateful to Ari, the other 2 owners, and especially to Denise and Benita. They have been helpful beyond measure. We are out of state and are unable to be there but we know she's getting good care cuz other family members live there locally. The facility has events and tries to include family members. We are unable to participate cuz we're out of state, but how nice is that? Thanks Yorkshire you've been a Godsend for us!

My mother suffers from dementia, and is well taken care of at Yorkshire House. The place is a little dated but clean, with activities for the residents (now under new ownership). The caregivers treat the residents well and seem to truly care for them. It is secure for those that suffer from dementia or Alzheimer's.

I wish that there were a million stars to show how much we love Yorkshire House. My mom lived there in the last days of her battle with Alzheimer's and she was loved up to her very last breath by the staff of amazing and caring workers. The caregivers are not just collecting a paycheck, they demonstrate on a daily basic their devotion to the elderly. We were impressed with the facility being neat and clean and free of offensive odors. My mom's room was cleaned daily. The chef is par excellence as each day tasty meals were served. The atmosphere in the dinning room was inviting and friendly. My mom's condition did not allow her to participate in games and activities, but we observed others playing games, working puzzles and doing things to keep their minds alert, assisted by the caregivers. As my mom lay in bed after suffering from a stroke, her birthday arrived and the caregivers brought in a cake, with her name on it, all stood around her and sang to her as we all enjoyed the cake...I was so impressed! When it became evident that she was close to her last days, Tim and Kathy BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make sure that we had everything that we needed even to the point of rearranging the room to make the accommodations for our family more comfortable. They wanted a beautiful place for my mom in her last days, and for that we are so grateful. We wish our stay could have been longer, but it was wonderful while it lasted. We are forever grateful!
