Staff is friendly. We're going to updo my mom's room. we're asking if we can paint it and have some drywall repair done. Honestly, we can do it. Just waiting for permission to do it. Hopefully, they let us. We're just trying to make it more comfortable for my mom. The reason for the 3 stars is, the staff you deal with everyday are super nice and helpful. It was the director of the place. My mom suffered through bed bugs for two months before they actually did something about it. Only after my sister left the director a message telling her, after many ignored calls, that her next call was going to be to the city to report them, which she did. And the director had the audacity to threaten to call the police if she called again! What would you've done after many ignored calls reporting their infestation of bedbugs?! My mom's body was full of bites all over! Then, they tried telling us WE had to replace her mattress! At the end it was resolved. The staff that deals directly with the seniors are super great. The director? Totally unsat! Does not care about the seniors. Keep an eye out for that. Too bad we had no way to communicate with whomever actually owns this facility.

I hand picked Yorkshire Village Assisted Living Facility out of many others. They truly performed up to their standards and kept their promises. Over many years, I arrived unannounced, and found my mother in law and the facility clean and neat. I appreciated the warm and compassionate atmosphere. The administrators, caregivers, and staff were kind and treated their clients with dignity and respect. The Cafe channel they tuned into for dinner was really thoughtful and relaxing. Yorkshire has an Activity Specialist that provides special activities for the clients. It was definitely heartwarming to witness some of those special moments. My love one is now at peace. We are so grateful to Yorkshire Village for assisting our beloved Ethel on her final journey. Allowing her to continue to visit with her family, in a loving and warm environment; yet, at the same time, ensuring that she maintained her dignity and respect.

As a discharge planner, I highly recommend this facility to many family members who are looking for placement for their loved one. The staff are all professional, compassionate & caring. Amelia has helped make the transition smooth for residents and their family. She is reassuring, understanding and patient which makes this process feel more trusting to both parties. I toured this facility, it is a beautiful and clean environment. All staff and residents were welcoming and looked happy to be there. I feel comfortable referring this place knowing they are in good hands with the staff here.

Amelia and her team from front office all the way to the med techs have been very helpful and making a welcoming transition for my mom who suffers from dementia. Natalie and Amelia have been a great help w helping me w the paperwork. The med techs have been so patient and sweet w the residents. I highly recommend Yorkshire Village.

I have visited this community a pair of times and each has been a positive experience. The staff is very helpful and the premises were well kept. They hold fun public events that the outside community can get involved in. This would be a high recommendation to friends and family members.

The staff at this facility has been truly exceptional, providing the highest level of care and compassion for my mother. I have to say what an honor to meet the people who work at Yorkshire. The commmunity is very clean, everytime i enter the building I always feel welcome. Amelia the family specialist makes families feel welcome and at home. She is very involve and care about the residents in the community. The whole staff in general is very caring. Residents are always smiling as well as the staff. Always asking if ive been helped. There was not one employee that pass by without saying hi!

I honestly don't know what I would've done had they not helped me when my mom was hospitalized. She is now safe and happy. Living A life full of activities, love and help. I'm an only child and I am so blessed by this placement. They take Care of her medically, emotionally and physically so that I actually have time to just enjoy visiting and taking her places! Very happy with the care my grandma is receiving at Yorkshire Village. It's clean and everyone seems happy to work and care for the elderly. Keep up the warm and loving environment, it is truly appreciated by the family. I only have one concern and request, today when I visited there was a Covid-vaccine clinic going on and the residents were receiving a second booster. I've read reports of the elderly dying at higher rates within 2 weeks of the vaccine. If this is a trend you see in your facility please take note, report what is happening. Also, report if there is an abrupt health decline, or higher rate of disease like blood clots and heart attacks following the vaccine. I know that this is a medical intervention that seems necessary right now, but we could be loosing more of our loved ones with this experimental jab unknowingly, in the case of my grandma who got through Covid fine, it would be loosing her unnecessarily. Thank you again for the wonderful care and concern you provide for our loved ones.

Yorkshire Village has a great environment. All the staffs are very nice especially to the residence. They treat the residence with love and respect. All the staffs are doing great taking care of their residence and Teresa is doing such a great work as a administrator and she treats everyone fairly. Such a very wonderful Administrator!!

Two years ago Yorkshire was recommended to me for assisted living for our mother, by someone whose mother had been there. When we visited it was perfect for her. The assisted living was quaint, quiet and non intimidating for our 94 year old mother. The staff, and caretaker Carmen, were so accommodating and loving to our mother. We could not have found a more perfect place to give her the care she needed while still allowing her some independence. Over the last two years we have met all the wonderful med techs, staff, caretakers and administrative staff. They are helpful, understanding and accommodating. They became family for our family. As our mother deteriorated they became more protective of her while still allowing her as much independence as possible. And when the pandemic hit they became even more protective of her and all the residents. They had one of the safest facilities in Riverside County, if not the safest from Covid. They diligently got all residents innoculated by mid January. Sadly our mom passed away one week ago. We will never be able to thank everyone at Yorkshire for how they helped our mom while she was alive, how they helped her as she was failing and how they helped us when she passed. God Bless all at Yorkshire. You are doing Gods work.

I cant say enough great things about this facility! When a person is aging and suffering from mental decline, its so hard because they are at their most vulnerable and fragile. It takes special people to answer the call to take care of them with dignity, respect and concern for their welfare. The staff here care for these residents as if theyre family. The facility is always clean and the residents are comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend if you have a family member in need of this type of special care!

I am a visiting nurse and I have been coming here for years seeing different residents. My residents are always well taken care of and always clean. So far, I have visited Building A and B and Ive seen how caregivers devote their time and love in taking care of the residents. Staff are very nice and respectful. I always get greeted with smile. Its part of my job to call families and give report after visits, and I have not spoken with anyone that isnt happy with Yorkshire Village. Its always nice and clean, inside and out. Highly recommendable.

Yorkshire Village was recommended to us from a prior Assisted Living Facility. My mom needed a more secure place with more memory care. It was an immediate move that needed to happen in one day. From the first conversation with Amelia she put us at ease and has taken care of us. She has went above and beyond to make the transition wonderful. Nicole is so professional and handles herself with such grace and has answered all our questions. She is on top of all my moms doctor needs and visits. I Cant say enough about the entire team of caregivers and the maintenance man included at Yorkshire. Such a inviting and happy environment. The caregivers have shown such patience with our mom. Viviana is the activity director, she makes an extra effort to she that mom is involved with activities. I highly recommend!

The caregivers go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and well taken care of. The staff treats everyone that enters their door with dignity and respect. There is no place like Yorkshire Village. I have been coming here to visit my uncle for a long time now. My uncle is always well groomed and the staff are very friendly. The new owners have done such an amazing job upgrading its landscaping. The area is big, but is always clean. Spring time is my favorite time of the year to visit because there are flowers everywhere. Yorkshire Village has been my uncles home for years, and I am lost for words when I try to describe the care he receives. Yorkshire Village is a heaven sent to our family. Thank you for tirelessly taking care of him.

I have to say that the staff at Yorkshire Village do an amazing job treating their residents like family. My clients are happy, clean, well fed and kept busy with many activities to choose from.

Been a visitor since 2007 and have seen constant improvements throughout the years; especially since the new owners took over. The property is very big with beautiful surroundings. The staff has always been very professional, have taken good care of the residents and they always seem happy when Ive come in. My mother has been a resident of Yorkshire Village for the past 6 years. It was difficult for my mom and for me to have her there, however she needed more care than I could offer. Everyone who works there has always been amazing! She has always been treated with kindness and dignity and they were always very accommodating to her needs and desires. The facility was always clean and they have done many renovations since she initially moved in. The resident rooms were made to feel like home. I am so grateful to everyone who treated my mom like she was family. I live across the US but I always trusted that she was well taken care of. My mom recently passed away and because of Covid I was not able to be with her in her last days. I am comforted to know that she was not alone and was with her Yorkshire family. Benita and Teresa were so kind and compassionate as I dealt with her passing. Thank you to everyone at Yorkshire for taking such wonderful care of her...especially Benita, Teresa, Sandra, Antonio, and Emma... to name a few... I am truly grateful that she was in such a wonderful facility with such caring people.

The staff is friendly, quick and responsive with my grandmother. Amelia was the first person we met and has been 100% in service. The amazing staff at Yorkshire Village, not only do they take great care of our father, but also provides us with a peace of mind and regular updates. Yorkshire Village Is a really nice assisted living facility where my mother is now living and being cared after for her dementia. The facility is very clean and everything including the furnishings have been updated. It has a very relaxed comfortable feel about it that all who live there seem to enjoy. My brothers mother-in-law has been living there for 3 years and she too is doing really well and enjoys it there. Theyve known each other 37 years so it was great to hear that they were eating together at meal times. I was also very impressed with everything they offer and do for the Residents. Not to mention the rooms are huge. We looked at several facilities in Murrieta and the cost was a minimal of $1,500 or greater monthly, along with many additional costs and hidden fees. Not to mention the bedrooms were extremely small. The bedrooms at Yorkshire Village are easily twice as large as the bedrooms I saw at several higher end facilities. And lastly, I cant say enough about how wonderful, kind and caring the entire staff has been towards my mother and my family. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a nice home like environment for your loved one. Blessings...

My grandfather has been a resident at Yorkshire Village for a little while now. They take really good care of him. We chose Yorkshire Village because of its credibility in the community and the personalize care they provide to residents. Employees are very pleasant and work very hard, from kitchen staff to caregivers, housekeeping and management. My grandfather particularly mention the Administrator, Benita. She is very passionate with what she does and he just loves her. It has been hard not being able to spend time with him because of the lockdown, but Teresa and Benita have been really good in sending pictures, answering questions, and giving us updates on things. For any concern we have, they rest assure its taken care of. We never worry because we know he is in great hands. Caregivers always welcome us with smiles. Medtech Emma is always able to answer all our questions and concern about his medications. Yorkshire Village is very clean and well maintained. If you are in need of a place for your love one, this is it. Theres no need to look elsewhere. Thank you Yorkshire Village for everything that you do!

I am so pleased that my Mom has a place like Yorkshire Village to stay in. Mom has been in a number of other living situationscommunities as this is by far the best for her. I cant say enough about the incredible caring staff....the best ive ever seen. They take care of my mother with professionalism and sincere caring. They are always on top of everything, from meds to doctors visits, to suggesting ways to keep Mom active and engaged. 5 Stars!!!!
