Horrible place. The Jamaican lady that takes care at night argues with staff in front of families, won’t help the patients get in or out of bed because she says she has five kids and doesn’t want to hurt her back. So his son, very unhappy, picked him up and put him in bed. They lined the outside of the bed with folded up wheel chairs so he wouldn’t fall out of be but if he fell he would have gotten real hurt. Wouldn’t get a bed alarm and he was on hospice already. Left him in bed all day. Checked on him at midnight and he was alive then again 7am and he was dead! And they charge $5500 a month for what?

Overall they do a great job here. The facility itself is always clean, and the staff are all friendly and provide excellent care. We've had a few issues communication in that there is somewhat of a language barrier with some staff members. But in general they very good about letting families know the moment anything comes up with any of the residents, which I really appreciate.
