I have coordinated MANY tours and also toured with MANY families with Cyndi Dolan, the Director Of Sales and Marketing of Sunrise of Rocklin because I work in the senior industry. Cyndi is an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. She has a heart of gold, is always dressed professionally and responds very quickly, accurately and politely to any needs my families have. She works around my families schedules, is very attentive and always puts their needs first. She is one of those people that leaves everything a better place after she has worked there.I wish I could leave 10 stars for her and this community because I would!!! If your looking for assisted living or memory care for your loved one...this is the place you want to move them to. The care this community provides is remarkable. The feeling you get when you walk through the door is warm and inviting. I could go on and on...Love Sunrise and Cyndi Dolan.

I have worked in this industry for a very long time , over 15 years . I have worked with all Sunrises in greater Sac. area, Bay Area, and out of state!They have all been incredible toI work with!I have worked with Sunrise Rocklin since the day it opened, and with many of their staff. I am very familiar with the touring process. have done lots of them with my clients, along with the Marketing director.By far, the most thorough one I have ever worked with there, has been Cyndi Dola I am always amazed athow professional, kind , caring and patient she is .She goes above and beyond the industry norm !Sunrise Assisted Rocklin, is so fortunate to have her on their staff.These are extremely difficult times we are in, the touring process, is very different from the normal way of touring ! Covid 19, has forced a different way ofonducting business for everybody!Everyone is doing the best they can , to keep everyone safe!

The Care Managers really care about the residents. I have never seen or heard a rude word or action by the Care Mangers even when the resident is being difficult. I was there a few days ago visiting my brother, who is in the memory care unit, and we were listening to one of the various musicians who come in to entertain the residents. One of the songs he sang brought tears to the eyes of one of the residents and he was reaching out for someone and one of the Care Mangers went right up to him and comforted him. It brought tears to my eyes. It is so hard for the memory care residents having to deal with their dementia and it was comforting to see the Care Manger show such care for that individual.

My father has the pleasure of living at Sunrise of Rocklin. The staff is like family, they really enjoy the population they work with and work hard to make them comfortable and happy. There are many activities to keep him occupied, he loves the food and all of the new friends he has made since moving in. Im more relaxed and comfortable knowing that hes well taken care of.

Sunrise is clean and well kept up. The maintenance man Danny goes far above his job of caring for the facility and gives just as much care to the residents. Also the facility has many actives that go on all day long to engage and entertain the residents. They also have scenic bus drives to get the residents out of the house for a while. Everyone's parents should be somewhere like this. Also last but not least most of the caregivers are super friendly!

My mom was a resident here for almost 2 years while she regained her strength and was able to make it back home. I am amazed at the level of caring here! The staff is committed to preserving the dignity of the residents. As an RN (registered nurse), I am pretty passionate about making sure that my patients are taken care of like they are my own relatives and the staff here at Sunrise of Rocklin treat the residents the same way! I wouldn't trust my mom's care with anyone else!

I volunteered there for two years doing activities. I recently was offered a paying position which I excepted graciously. The love and care of every team member is authentic. I feel appreciated by staff as well as residents. I did three weeks of intense training before being hired which I learned a lot and it has come in very handy when I have had to communicate to the memory care residence, The executive director Scott truly cares about the residents and staff I feel blessed that they chose me to be part of Sunrise of Rocklin

Wife works there . She loves her job especially the residents. Update: The negative review below me is outdated and no longer the same. The atmosphere is good. Wife works pm shift and loves it. The key is to treat the residents and coworkers like family. It makes a better environment. End update: P.S. upped to 4 stars Due to daughter messing things up. Didnt even know this was posted. Daughter loves our cellphone and clicks what ever she can. I will have to say there is some good people working at this location.
