Carlton is a wonderful facility with a beautiful and large courtyard with fountains and seats and various plants. It is attractive and useful for relaxing and for seniors to exercise. One of the most important advantages of Carlton is the wonderful community that exists there. The staff is super friendly, and the people that live there are quite friendly. It's truly a community in the sense that the staff knows your name frequently, the people know your name, and there's no big differentiation between staff and residents. This is very rare and wonderful.

Visited my grandpa on Cinco De Mayo and Carlton had such an awesome day planned out for the residents. We got to watch the chefs make a 15 ft burrito which was very tasty. Then after we got to see a mariachi band play while we had margaritas. I'm so glad my parents went with Carlton, now we can enjoy the fun when visiting my grandpa. This place really feels like home, our family fits right in.

Overall great community for my loved one. The front desk staff and nurses always go above and beyond. Especially Morgan. She went out of her way to help me with a task, which was so appreciative. Thanks Carlton for making this such a great transition for my family.

This is the best senior living care I have ever seen. The staff and management are caring and loving. I would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking the best care!. Shout out to Ms. Ashley Gibson !!! She is very helpful and works hard to accommodate most of the residents here and visitors too.

I worked here for awhile.I loved it but had to leave cause of personal reasons. Very beautiful place and staff very friendly.I would love to go back to work here but unfortunately I no longer live out there.Keep up the great job Carlton plaza. I would definitely recommend this place for jobs or for someone looking for a place for their loved ones.❤️❤️

Carlton Fremont is very clean with friendly professional staff I'm glad that we picked this community for my dad since he has been trying to get a home. Mae their resident liaison was really knowledgeable and friendly which made the move easier than the other places that we've been too. I will suggest to move in here it will be the most happiest place for seniors. Thanks Carlton for taking care of my Dad. Meg knows how to run a place with complete care.

My father lived at The Carlton Senior Living in Fremont for the past three years. Sadly, he recently passed away at age 95. I can't say enough good things about The Carlton. Dad loved sitting in the lobby or in the beautiful courtyard, and signed up for all the outings he could attend. The facility is clean, bright, cheerful, and every staff member you encounter is friendly, and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. The residents appear to be well cared for and happy to be there too.I live out of state, and I just knew he was in the best place possible, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown. The staff at The Carlton did all they could to provide the utmost care possible, and kept us all advised on a regular basis.I would wholeheartedly recommend The Carlton, and would even consider living there myself when the time comes!

I am truly blessed that came across this wonderful Carlton Senior Living Center for my aunt. Wholehearted thanks to the Chateau managers and the whole team. You guys are taking tremendous care of my aunt Kathy and helping her feel more secure and safe with each passing day. The food, the rooms and other necessities are so nicely taken care of. I never have to worry anymore since you guys are doing the best job in this world. Kathy aunt just looks a lot healthier and happier than ever before!
