I'm super pleased with the care that my dad received at Aegis before he passed away last year end. All staffs there are so friendly, professional, warm-hearted, and very detailed. They worked with my dad's hospice very well, accommodated my extra needs for my dad. During the very difficult covid-19 pandemic period, they gave us the greatest and warmest help and support. It's very hard when my family realized it's the last moment to stay with my dad, Dave @Aegis, the general manager, instantly provided us the extra suite to stay overnight with my dad. Staffs gave us shoulders to cry. I will always appreciate the greatest help we got from Aegis Fremont. I recommend to any family that might need the care for your loved one if someday.

My aunt moved to Aegis after having difficulty getting along in another facility. The transition was wonderful, much to my surprise and delight. The entire staff, from waiters, custodians, front office workers, hairdresser and of course health care workers are fantastic! They always keep me informed of any unusual incidents. She was recently moved to the memory unit and that also was seamless. She seems very happy at Aegis, and that is very comforting for my entire family. Thank you, Aegis!

I have been very happy with Aegis Living Fremont. I placed my father into their Memory Care Neighborhood several months ago. They have gone the extra mile in accommodating him and making him feel welcome and cared for. Dad has severe dementia due to Alzheimers and can be a handful at times. Aegis caretakers have the experience and professionalism to give him the care he needs. They have also been great in helping me with the transition from home care of my father. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for a place for their loved ones to check Aegis Fremont out.

We visited Aegis-Fremont for the first time in 2011 looking for an assisted living facility for our Mother. We decided right away that this was the place. Our Mother lived there for a little over 5 years, first in assisted living and later memory care. I visited virtually every day for those 5 years and got to know the place and the staff very well. I always found it enjoyable to be there----never dreary like some places Ive been. As a matter of fact, even after our Mother passed away, I continued to visit Aegis and even volunteered to assist with a weekly presentation for residents. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a place for themselves or loved ones.

My mother had brain cancer before we relocated her to Aegis. Dave and Lisa have been great. Unfortunately, my mother passed away this year. But Aegis took excellent care of her before and during Covid. I could not more highly recommend an assisted living place. They allowed her to have the highest possible quality of life before her passing.

My father has lived at Aegis for 2 years now and moving him in was the best decision we ever made. Aegis has taken the worry away for me. I sleep at night knowing he is being cared for by wonderful, caring nurses and staffs 24 hours a day.

My mother will be moving into Aegis of Fremont tomorrow. It is excellent. The apartment is clean, and everything is tailored around a person that may need a wheelchair or a walker. It has handicap rails in the shower, hand rails everywhere, a mini fridge, a microwave and a small sink. It has new carpeting, fresh paint, and a bright and sunny window overlooking a garden or a courtyard. The staff is excellent. We actually had lunch there yesterday, and I observed how they treat other residents, which is just wonderful. It is like being in your own home but having some really good caregivers available to take care of everything. The food is delicious. The dining area is beautiful, clean, and warm and fits about 130 people. They have fireplaces, beautiful furniture, and lovely artwork. Yesterday, they had bingo and crafts. They have movies at night and happy hours on Fridays. They have music played by a harpist, a band or a violinist and have a big grand piano. Every Friday night, they have some kind of entertainment, so it is very lovely. I think there is a fireplace in almost every large community rooms, which is beautiful. Every day is filled with activities. Yesterday, they had a transportation bus take them to the mall or out for lunch. It looks wonderful for every type of person.

My parents were at Aegis of Fremont for five years. Aegis was extremely great. The staff fell in love with my parents, and I am positive they got more far more care because they were so popular. My dad was very close to my mother there; so it was very easy for her to see him. The staff would walk him up to her room. They also knew of their eating preferences. My parents were spoiled rotten there. The food, in general, I would rate as a three. Activities were very good, though. My mom is an avid bingo queen. They had plenty of happy-hours where lots of music were brought in. Every Friday there were some kind of social event, and they would always bring memory-care people to experience the same thing with the rest of the unit. My mom’s room was smaller, but very nice.
