My brother was at Sunshine for 3months and Denisa & staff were very caring & supportive of my brother’s need’s. They made him feel very welcome and cared for. Beautiful well-cared for home with plenty of room and lovely patio & backyard area. I can’t say enough about Denisa & Sunshine; you’re loved ones will be in great hands!

Outstanding Staff and Quality Care! There are so many senior care options to choose from and I was so impressed with the loving care the wonderful staff at Sunshine Care gave my 93 year friend. They were warm and welcoming when I stopped in to visit my sweet friend. The home was impeccably clean and the well trained staff was very loving and compassionate towards the residents. It’s obvious that the owners truly have the heart for caring for our elderly population. You can’t fake that. I highly recommend the Sunshine Care Home. Their name fits perfectly too. ’•

This is a quiet, clean and lovely home. The staff was patient with my mother and communicated with me regularly. They made the right care decisions when necessary.

We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care and TLC that my father received while at Sunshine. The nursing staff was attentive, empathetic, patient, and gentle with my father in the last weeks of his life as dementia, Alzheimer's and other end-of-life health maladies affected him. The home was very clean, bright, and spacious, and my father was clean and cared-for. We visited him near daily and every time we came we were welcomed by the staff and never made to feel as a bother. The level of conscientious care my father received was far in excess of what one expected for the monthly fees. We placed my mom in here after she broke her hip for help with recovering. My family wanted a place where she could be safe and well cared for. The place is lovely and the room she had was bright and cheerful. We always felt at ease when we came for a visit as place really feels like home. Staff is friendly and professional. The proprietor was easy to get ahold of and always let me know how mom was doing. This made a stressful time more manageable and we really appreciated that feedback

I shared a wonderful and exhilarating experence while in the care of the staff at Sunshine Care Home. I met interesting patients and staff, who ultimately became my lifelong friends. The name Sunshine Care Home epitomizes every aspect of those words, the warmth the sunshine brings into the home the intimate care and laughter generated by the staff, and the true spirit of being at home. Denisa and Darwin you deserve an award for defining what true home care should aspire to be, sprinkled with Sunshine, warm, thoughtful Care and a feeling of Homeliness like no other. Very nice place. Care was very good. One thing I would suggest is that they hire two people to work there when they have more then 2 people. It would relieve the pressure for one person.

The decision to move my father to boarding care was extremely difficult, and not one we made lightly, but after having the opportunity to view the location and its amenities, it helped to know that he was going to be staying in such a welcoming home. Sunshine Care is very clean, the bedrooms are fully furnished, the outdoor spaces are well maintained and the home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The staff is incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and lovely - cooking every meal for all the residents, and talking with them. We particularly appreciate that the staff kept us informed of any changes or developments with my dad's condition and/or possible change in medications needed. Although my dad has become more reserved as his dementia progresses, his mood lightened as he developed friendships with some of the other residents. We are grateful for the caregivers at Sunshine Care. The home was truly a blessing for him and us.
