I worked at Cypress Court and I just wanted to share how wonderful this place is. I was treated so kind not only by all of the staff but the residents were so welcoming as well. It feels like home as soon as you walk through the door and they are always going the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and successful! I would definitely work there again and would with out a doubt keep my loved one here.

I looked at 5 different assisted living places before selecting Cypress Court as a place for my Mom to move to after having a fall and then a stroke. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly to the residents and residents family members. The activities are well thought out and plentiful. The food is fine with a good variety during meal time and in between. The courtyard is beautiful and the wellness center (workout room) has really nice equipment, the best of any place I visited. From the care takers to the medtech staff it feels like they really care for the residents and go out of their way to make them feel at home. The management staff (Julie, Deeanna, Pam) have all been amazing and super helpful. I also judge a place by looking at and engaging with the residents. They all appeared bright and shiny to me. Happy people who feel at home at Cypress Court. Check it out, I think you will find it to be a warm and welcoming place.

My 85 year old mother was warmly welcomed into the Cypress Court family. From the moment she met Pam, the community relations coordinator, and Deanna, the staff nurse, my mom felt cared for and respected. I am especially grateful for Pam’s above and beyond efforts to help my mom get into Cypress Court. Pam has helped my mom feel comfortable and safe about this big transition in her life. Also, the residents and staff are all so friendly, many of whom have lived/worked there for many, many years. I am so grateful that my mom will be able to live a full and fun life in this amazing community.

We spent weeks looking for an Independent/Assisted Living facility for mom. Cypress Court shot to the top of the list due to several factors. It is an older facility, BUT it makes up for it with being clean, well maintained, and implementing ongoing improvements for the safety and health of the residents One major factor that impressed mom and family was the staff...they are incredible. Cypress Court has created a team that provides extraordinary, efficient support for the residents and their families. Every staff member from the dining room, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office do their best to create a homey, caring place for seniors. The front office staff and all that work here are caring, fun loving folks who obviously love their work, and make a great first impression for anyone visiting family. This place is highly recommended!!!!

It is a wonderful place for Assisted, Independent living. The workers are Amazing starting with Administration to Marketing to the Care Staff. Events are so nice to go to and the Food is the best. If your looking for a safe fun and enjoyable place go see Catt or Sue they are your Marketing Specialists.

I have lived here for about two months now and the facility, staff, activities and food are excellent, Everyone is cheerful and helpful and usually very responsive, professional and courteous. I am very happy with my decision to move here.

I loved that I can feel how much they really care about their residents. The apartments were clean, cozy, and there are plenty of accommodations for residents to enjoy. I highly recommend that you go take tour and see for yourself!

Quite a nice living space! My Grandfather has lived here for about 2 years and it has always been comfortable for him. Theres always things to do and the food has never disappointed! Easy to get to also.

My Dad moved here seven months ago. Everyone is friendly, the amenities good (trips, shuttle service, library, beautiful courtyard, etc.) and the restaurant offers a nice variety and pleasant surroundings. Dads apartment is nice, and the cleaning and weekly linen service help out. A good value and a nice, clean place.

I work for a private caregiving company and come in to assist a woman living here. The staff at this facility are OUTSTANDING. They genuinely care about their residents. Anyone and everyone feels welcome here.

Mom so very much enjoyed her time at Cypress Court. She said she wished she had move there several years ago. She loved her apartment, the food (coconut shrimp!) and the staff! The staff was amazing! My grandmother is satisfied living there. She seems to like most of her fellow residents. Her apartment faces one of the big streets, so its noisy sometimes but not during sleeping hours. The regular meals are decent but nothing special. I do enjoy visiting on holidays when they have special food offerings. I believe my grandmother pays extra for her guests meals; I guess these kinds of places charge extra for lots of things.
