My Mum became a resident in January. She passed in April, so we didn't have a long stay. However, the medical services were very lacking. She payed to receive medication twice a day and could ask for comfort meds as needed. She was told she had to wait for them, she could not have Tylenol until they were ready to provide it. I had to ask for an itemized bill each month, it was never really itemized and I reminded them each time that I had not received it. My Mums monitor did not work and she called 911 for help in the middle of the night since no one from Well Quest responded. I also went over several times since no one responded. She became very scared at night We put my Mum in Hospice at the end of her stay. We'll Quest staff and Director did not work well with the Hospice. I was sorry I picked this place. It is beautiful and there are some good staff there, unfortunately we did NOT have a great experience.

I’ve had the honor of performing music for the folks at WellQuest Elk Grove with a trio for several months. We’ve been asked to perform on special occasions as well as normal schedules. 5 stars “ An absolutely magical holiday event at WellQuest of Elk Grove! I was hired as Santa Claus for today’s big Christmas celebration, and wow”this place knows how to throw a party! From the moment I walked in with my sack of ho-ho-hos, the energy was electric. Out front, a beautiful horse-drawn carriage was giving free rides all afternoon”kids squealing, grandparents (and "great" ones) waving, the clip-clop of hooves and jingle of bells setting the perfect holiday scene. Everyone absolutely loved it! Inside, the community area were packed and buzzing the entire time”live musicians filling the air with festive tunes, a hot-chocolate bar that never ran dry, cookie-decorating and craft stations keeping everyone happily busy, and a bake sale that raised nearly $800 for the wonderful local bird rescue, Hawks, Honkers and Hoots. Speaking of the birds”what an incredible touch! The folks from Hawks, Honkers and Hoots brought several stunning raptors and owls, and everyone (kids and grown-ups alike) got to admire them up close. I even snagged a quick photo next to a majestic hawk”definitely going in the Santa career highlights album! When the team handed over the bake-sale proceeds, their eyes lit up as they joked about the mountain of mice now on the birds’ holiday menu. The birds might not write thank-you notes, but you could tell they were thrilled! (I even played Santa delivery service and carried a plate of leftover goodies out to the carriage driver”his smile was bigger than the horse's!) One of the best parts was spending time with the Journey Care residents. The team had a lovely ornament-making area set up for them, and I was able to visit nearly every single resident for photos and chats. Watching their faces light up and hearing the musicians come over to play a set of songs just for them was pure Christmas magic. The staff were warm, organized, and clearly poured their hearts into making the day special for everyone”residents, families, and even us vendors. You can feel how much they care about their community. If you’re looking for a senior living community that goes above and beyond, especially during the holidays, WellQuest of Elk Grove is the real deal. My 93 yr. Old Mother's is a Residential at Well Quest. She loves it here, been here 2.5 yrs. Great staff care, great food, lots of activities. I no longer worry about her. I visit 4-5 times a week. We are happy with WQ in Elk Grove. I highly recommend this assisted care facility.

My mother-in-law is very social. WellQuest offers a lot of activities to keep her involved and making friends with the other residents. The staff is great! They all make her feel relevant and loved. The PT and OT on-site is an extra plus! This has helped my mother-in-law tremendously to keep her strength up and keep her as independent as possible.

The staff are friendly and attentive. I have witnessed several sweet interactions between the residents and staff. It seems like they take the time to know each resident and build genuine connections with them. I have also enjoyed attending their special events. They always have a great selection of food and fun activities for the residents and their guests.

I am a daughter of my mother that has been at WellQuest for almost 4 years out of their 5 years of existence. The staff are very friendly and go overboard in answering any questions she might have. The food is excellent and there is a lot of activities for every individual. There is a pool, putting green, bocce ball and a ton of board games and puzzles. My mom will be 99 in a few days and everyone here loves her. That says a lot!

I’ve visited this property a couple of times now and can confirm that residents and staff all seem generally very satisfied. This is a well run community, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their loved start a new chapter in their lives.

My mom loves the memory care unit. She chose to go there after having a broken shoulder when living at assisted-living. Three of her friends from her Del Webb neighborhood were already at Well Quest when she went into assisted-living. She loves seeing her neighbors and occasionally having a nice meal with them at the assisted-living dining room. This is a picture of the Del Webb neighbors at the four year anniversary party for Well Quest. It was a wonderful party and everyone enjoyed it. I can’t say enough good things about The Journey! Heather is the Director, is a go getter and definitely gets things done! The caregivers are awesome, so loving and caring!

After visiting many assited living facilities in the area we selected this one for my father. After over a year, we couldnt be more happy. The staff is amazing. The genuinely care for the well-being of my father. They keep the facility impecably clean. The food is diverse and well prepared. There are many activities for residents everyday. The amenties are countless, movie theater, gym, pool, and library. We are so happy to know that my dad is well taken care of at Wellquest Elk Grove.

WellQuest is extraordinary! I cannot say enough about this facility and staff. My Grandmother moved in February 2024 at 101 years old. They make her feel at home and part of the family right away. They are incredibly attentive to her every need. As a family, we were so nervous about this next step entrusting our beloved family member to people outside of the family. We could not be more pleased. The facility itself is gorgeous and pristine every time we visit. Everyone has such a positive attitude and always trying to be helpful. What can be a difficult transition they made a happy event. Molly the program Director and Elena the security director threw an incredible 102nd birthday party for all of her friends and family, and we will forever be grateful. I highly recommend.

Truly amazed by the supportive staff at WellQuest that go out of their way to attend to every detail for the resident's comfort. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with it's cleanliness and the variety of wellness activities and most importantly the ever changing delicious and freshly made meals prepared three times a day by world class chefs. As a retired RN I am so relieved to see my mother thrive there as she wears a GPS bracelet at all times and help is only seconds away if she should happen to fall or become suddenly ill with shortness of breath or chest pain. Lastly, I walked all over the community with my dog and it is beautiful and lush with a pool and several independent cottages and the city of Elk Grove is new, clean and easy to navigate. I felt very safe there. Although I currently live in Portland, I can see where I may come to WellQuest when it's my time. I love it there!
