My wife Barbara and I have resided at The Park @ Laguna Springs for just over six weeks. This has been one of the best decisions of our lives in our later years. The staff is wonderful, the accommodations are great and the food is superior. Move in specialist Dee made our transition very easy. This is definitely a five ***** star home for us.

We are so impressed with The Park at Laguna Springs. We were fortunate to spent a complimentary 2 night stay there to experience the community and all it has to offer. We had an amazing time meeting the staff and the residents. Everyone was so welcoming, so warm and friendly, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed all the amenities available; and especially enjoyed the amazing food in the restaurant. The place truly has a feeling of community. They offer so many activities, day trips and social events. Our tour guide, Tina, made the entire experience very positive. Her personality and helpful ways made it a true pleasure. The staff which includes Tiffany, Dee, Dimitri and Dave to name a few, made us feel like we were part of The Park family. We look forward to moving there in the very near future.

The Park has been the best thing for my Mom. She lived alone for a few years after my Father passed away. She had a strong support structure of family and friends, but life was a struggle. She finally looked into Senior Living, and visited a lot of sites. She chose The Park, and I'm so glad she did. She's involved in so many activities, and has made so many friends. The apartments are great, and so is the staff. Recommended to all!

We've lived here almost a year and love it. Everyone is so friendly, the food is excellent, and the accommodations are beautiful. It feels like we live in a luxury hotel. So many different fun activities to choose from and we love that we've made so many new friends. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always there for us if we need them.

I have lived at The Park at Laguna Springs for 2 1/2 years. I absolutely love it here. The people here are so warm and friendly. I have made so many new friends. I enjoy the activities and the entertainment that we have here. It is like living on a cruise ship without the rolling of the ocean.

I moved into The Park at Laguna Springs in Sept. 2023 & absolutely love it. If you're looking for an independent adult community to move to, the apartments are great. There are also casita's that have yards & a garage. The Independent Living Adult Community is less than 3 years old & has so much to offer for adults 55+! There is a magnificent dining room where Executive Chef David provides great breakfasts 7 days a week & fantastic dinners 5 days a week. Plus he puts on a buffet for the residents once a month, as well as for special occasions. There is a Bistro that also has great food & is open for lunch 7 days a week, plus open longer on weekends. We have a billiards room, movie theater where all the seats are recliners, a Library & even a beauty salon. We also have a swimming pool with a large patio. We have a fantastic Executive Director named Tiffany who stays on top of things to make sure things are running smoothly. We have an Activity Living Director named Demitri who puts out a monthly calendar to let us know all the activities planned for the month. Believe me, there are "plenty" of activities to suit everyone's needs. We have a Physical Plant Director named Brandon who takes care of all our maintenance needs. We also have a Director of Community Relations named Tina who welcomes potential residents & gives them a tour of out beautiful apartment building. We even have a tea party once a month hosted by ,Chef David & Activity Director Demitri. The first thing you will see when you come in the front door is the most friendly receptionist you could ever meet named Dee. Check it out & you probably don't look any farther.

Lived at The Park In Laguna Springs for 1.5 years. Could not recommend it. Like my wife and I , many residents have moved , about 1/2 of them ,to other Senior Living Facilities. Why? My opinion---Management does not listen to or correct resident concerns, value for $$ spent is not there, Changes in staff are numerous and often seem ill advised. Many positive reviews you read were made by employees (past and present) of Koelsch. In the midst of numerous and varied resident complaints the company had the chutpah to raise the rent 8% !? Similar and/or other facilities offer the same amenities at a more reasonable rent/cost.

The Park at Laguna Springs Elk Grove is a wonderfully designed 55+ Independent Living Facility! From the moment you step into its luxurious amenities, you feel at home. Can't imagine anyone not wanting to live there. It brings to mind the Willy Wonka song, "If you want to view Paradise, simply look around and view it."

Many of the reviews seem to be of people who have visited there. It does present as a very posh and active place. Make no mistake though... if you are a senior who develops any health issues making even a small change in your level of independence -even temporary, this place isn't for you. The cost to live there is staggering with meals only available M-F for very limited hours. Saturday and Sunday, the residents are on their own for their meals -and if they don't drive, it can make it a challenge to have meals on the weekends when not really cooking anymore. If you don't want to eat dinner at the restaurant Monday thru Friday, you can "pre-order" your food to pick up at either 4:00pm or 6:30 pm (those 2 times only) and MUST have your order in BEFORE 2pm. It's definitely not a very accommodating place for the price to live there. I will say the front desk associate, Dee, is FANTASTIC. She is a hard worker and seems to genuinely care for each resident. Can't say enough good things about her. Again, from the outside the place looks and shows wonderfully. But as seeing the struggle of someone who has recently needed a bit more assistance, there is absolutely nothing offered like there is in many other places.

I moved into this beautiful place two months ago and immediately felt at home. The facility and outdoor grounds are kept immaculate. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. My apartment is even two hundred square feet bigger than the house I just sold! The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly! Everyone knows my name and they even know the name of my dog! We are extremely happy here. Great facility, awesome food, and wonderful amenities. I have nothing to do except to have fun, enjoy myself, and meet new friends. I highly recommend this beautiful community!

I've visited The Park at Laguna Springs Retirement Community several times. I'm a Professional Organizer and I work with a client who lives in this facility. The place looks like a luxury hotel! From the grand dining room (it looks like a huge upscale restaurant) to the outdoor pool area (it even has an outdoor mister to cool you off) to the salon/spa (that offers an array of services to beautify and relax the residents), to the Presidential Room (that entertains with a live singer- among other activities). It's FANCY!! But there are just too many amenities to mention. Their staff is warm and friendly and they always greet you with a smile. Lyn is the Director of activities and Dee is one of their Receptionists. And according to the residents, they "love" and they are so "grateful" for both of these women. And the feelings seem to be mutual because Dee and Lyn always seem to have a jovial and warm demeanor as they interact with the residents. If you're a senior, come and tour the place. But let me warn you, you may not want to leave!

I recently visited The Park and was highly impressed with the facility. The living quarters are spacious and smartly designed for comfortable living and the hallways are wide for easy navigation. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed with multiple rooms for varied gatherings and large courtyards for activities and relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive making for a welcoming environment, clearly a very selective process to find the best staff attainable to attend the long list of activities that are offered daily. The food was absolutely delicious and the selection of entrees' was ample. I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Terrie who was quite knowledgeable and seemed to know the name of everyone in the building, she was genuine and acknowledged every resident we met by name and with a warm greeting. Overall The Park is a fabulously gorgeous resort like facility with a wonderful staff that would exceed the standards of the most discerning taste.

Their chef prepared food, the gorgeous setting, all their events and even an auto garage that is a huge selling point for my father! The Park at Laguna Springs is really reaching out to the community to make collaborative connections! Executive Director Irene Charnell and her staff have welcomed the Rotary Club of Elk Grove to hold their weekly lunch meetings in their beautiful dining room hosted by their amazing chef, David. In addition, they are providing us with the Captain's Room for our monthly board meetings. The friendly staff, beautiful decor, spacious meeting rooms, and happy community members makes this a perfect location for our meetings.

The Park at Laguna Springs has graciously allowed our non-profit, Christy Cares Outreach, to have our craft fairs on premise. We truly appreciate their availability for our events. All staff are always pleasant, patient, and helpful. We love working and coordinating with Lynn!!! She's always accommodating and positive to work with. The quality of the facility is top notch, and very inviting. All of our vendors like this location and appreciate its ambiance and cleanliness. The food from the bistro is also very good! Love the walnut salad with chicken and poppyseed dressing - yum!!!!
