Garrett, It was great to meet you and I enjoyed the invitation and had good time and talk with you. And the food was delicious with nice environment- it's like 5-star hotel restaurant. Also thank you for the tour, very nice floorplan: Each unit has patio which is very private and impressed and has washer/dryer. And thank you for the goody bag contains useful book, pen, notepad, screen cleaner. Thank you again and have a great day ~ !!

My mother, now 91 has been living at The Gardens for almost 2-1/2 years. The care she's received throughout has been very compassionate by everyone;; custodial staff, health aids, activity and kitchen staff, administrative staff. I've never worried about her care in my absence. Management and staff changes have occurred several times over the past couple of years unfortunately, but care has remained consistent. Memory care is their specialty, my family came I so thankful to have found " The Gardens "

My husband has been at the for a year now and as of now I am very satisfied. I had issues and brought them to their attention and they took care of my problem and the director always asks if everything is going good, which it is. They have monthly meetings with the family of the residents which is so nice for the family to get questions answered. They so want to hear your concerns. Caregivers are very friendly, always say Hi to me. I just feel comfortable knowing if I have an issue , it will be taken care of and that is important to me.

Last fall I had to make the difficult decision to move my father to a facility that provides more care. The Gardens at Laguna Springs stood out for its clean and well designed residence. It feels cozy and homey even though there is lots of space and it's actually quite large. The staff there have been incredibly helpful with everything. My father is getting the care he needs even as his health deteriorates. The staff at The Gardens have been amazing and I could not imagine not having their support as I navigate the sad process of losing my father to a horrible disease process.

I have found The Gardens very well run and organized. The moment you come in you are greeted by one of their staff. Always with a smile on their face! They are anxious to help you. The caregivers are top notch! I feel very confident that they will care for my daughter, who has early onset Alzheimer's. They have a lot of love and compassion for her.

My Aunt has lived in this assisted living and memory care facility for about 8 months. I would highly Not recommend this place to anyone that actually cares for their special person. The level of care is poor. They take short cuts on the care whenever possible. The people just don't care. Your first impression of the place is good because it is new and everything looks nice, but how the people are treated is by far the most important piece of this type of establishment and they clearly fail. They are constantly understaffed and the staff that are there are not highly trained caring people.

My mom has been at the Gardens for 8 months. The facility is beautiful and very clean. She receives excellent care from the staff. They are very attentive to her needs and very patient. Her A1C is the lowest it has been in years. Their communication with me is excellent, always keeping me informed with any needs or concerns. All the nurses have been kind and quick to assist her when needed. The aides all know her needs and support the goals we have for her. The activities director does an excellent job differentiating activities to meet the needs of all residents. The cook knows each of the residents and provides appropriate meals for their dietary needs. She takes time to interact with them so she knows their likes and dislikes. I am always warmly greeted when I come to visit or call. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I would like to see more staff to assist the residents.

My mom has received great care at The Gardens. When it was clear that she needed 24 hour care, my husband and I checked out several different places before deciding on The Gardens. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for until we visited The Gardens. I was struck by how beautiful the facility was and how many little things are done there to stimulate the memories of the residents, things like visual displays of memorabilia from their era, the smell of bread baking, and these personal “shadow box” displays outside each resident’s room. So thoughtfully done. So very respectful of each resident. The staff have made such a difference in my mom’s day to day life! They have made my mom feel so welcome, they are kind and genuinely care about her well being. I am so grateful for the staff at The Gardens!

My family is forever grateful to The Gardens Staff. Our Mom was at another facility and they almost killed her. When we moved our Mom to The Gardens we were greeted with such compassion and concern for our Mom and our family. She is now thriving and has been treated with such kindness by everyone. We are thankful for everyone.

My family and I are very happy that we moved our mom into The Gardens memory care facility last July. I visit several times a week and have observed very positive, caring, kind, and trustworthy staff and caregivers! What we are all learning together is that Alzheimers is a devastating illness that effects each of our loved ones in different ways, and we must understand how hard everyone works to meet the personal needs! It takes so much patience and commitment to reach this goal each day, and I greatly appreciate the effort the leaders, staff and caregivers give our loved one every day. Thank you at The Gardens for working with us to help our mom be safe, engaged, and active each day!
