I've written many reviews but the one I'm about to write is the most important of all. My mom has been in four different assisted living homes. I've never felt complete with any of them until Lo-Har. The entire staff is warm, kind and caring. I truly believe they enjoy caring for my mom. They let me know if she's having a good day or a bad day. My mom is comfortable at Lo-Har where she wasn't in the previous homes. I wholeheartedly believe it's the way they treat her and communicate with her that makes her feel comfortable. The whole staff is so nice. Kandy administration, Louisa the activities director, Amy the wellness director, Jenna the med tech, Adriana runs the kitchen, and all the rest Katie, Carol, Nancy, Annabelle Samantha and the ones I'm missing. The staff is kind. My Father seems very happy when I visit. He always reports good things. My family is pleased.

Our father was a resident at Lohar Senior living for 3 years before he passed away this past June 2018. He had vascular dementia and was progressively deteriorating. Pace brought our father to Lohar where he started in the cottages and shortly thereafter moved to there Memory care unit. My sister and I lived outta state and dad never wanted to leave California and truth be told his health wasnt The best to live in Florida or N Carolina. The staff at Lohar from Kandy (the manager) to Michelle (head nurse), Amy and all the other staff, took our dad and treated him like family. They always let us know when dad needed anything, never made us feel like a bother when we called, and notified us of any changes immediately even at the end they called us so we could tell our dad one last time how much we loved him before he took his last breath. They gave that previous moment to us. We cant tell anyone enough how wonderful Lohar Senior Living is!!! They truly are just amazing! Our father loved them as do my sister and I!! If your looking for a loving place for your loved one, we highly recommend them from the bottom of our hearts!! Without them these past 3 years, I dont know how we would have cared for our dad. Try them, you too will love them!
