If I could, I would give this place NEGATIVE stars it's that bad. I honestly do not know how they are still operating. This place is nothing like the description. It is deplorable. They are exploiting the elderly, low income, and mentally ill population. Owner/upper management non-existent, day to day staff inattentive, residents needs NEVER met. They do not operate as an "assisted living facility" and I do not know how they are able to call themselves one. Do not place anyone you love in this place.

Unless you have you work at a mental institution or have a family member with mental illness. Keep opinions to your self. People are easy to judge when they see things from an outside perspective.

This facility is awful and the positive reviews here are from the workers themselves. I agree with the poster above, this place should be shut down or fined by the state of California due to unsanitary conditions. Local and state authorities need to be looking into your business practices. Pamela Pineiro— you need to be fired immediately.

Well. I think this place is good I worked here about 8 years. And the owner I see him take care his resident. The manager shes very careful the residents but they can not control them. Theyre free to do wherever they want. But they have food. They eat until they stomach fully. They shower them. They change clothes shave. So I think they are in good condition.

RUN THE OTHER WAY I am giving one star only because this review site required me to do so. This place deserves no stars. This place is an absolute dump and should be shut down by the state of California. The residents that live here sit in the parking lot, chainsmoking, picking food out of nearby dumpsters and harassing customers and tenants of local businesses. I know this firsthand because it happened to me last week and to my daughter today. The police contacted the manager on duty who stated that she has no control over the residents and that they can do whatever they want. I am all for resident rights but harassing others is not a right. I feel bad for the residents that live there. They are not getting the support or supervision they need to have some semblance of a normal life.This place is awful. Do not let your loved one move here.
