My father absolutely loves The Carlton. The convenient location within walking distance of downtown Concord parks, stores, and restaurants and is perfect for a morning walk. Fantastic residents, staff, services, and atmosphere.

We feel very fortunate to have found Carlton Senior Living apartments for my mom and she seems content and happy there as well. The facility is well run and seniors have a great choice of activities available to them such as games, parties, day trips, shopping excursions, exercise classes, too many to mention them all. The parties we have attended there featured good food and, usually, live music. The caring staff keeps close tabs on the residents and we do not worry about her safety. She has been living there for two and a half years.

The staff here likes to work here--and is good at what they do: a fundamental benefit to any type of community. The residents are wonderful, while also allowing the privacy of each other enjoying the comfortable, remodeled apartments. I am so grateful for the reasonable monthly rent package. The building layout is exceptional; the high-quality original building apparent. The variety of activities offered and the services offered--I cannot imagine living elsewhere. The neighborhood is safe throughout the day--and there is so much right at one's fingertips--by foot or by car. The pandemic hit this industry so hard. The management here is competent. I am happy I am here.

I have been here nine years and its been the best move i made at Concord Carlton.Everything is close within 4to5 block radius,stores,shops,theather,park, banks fast food stores etc.They have lots of activities,,card games bingo,etc.Carlton is the best retirement place to live in Concord,i rank Carlton 10
