I just moved into this nice garden setting, 55+ property! It's quiet. The units are very small.

One of the only truely pet friendly adult Apt. Complexes around. It has a full 1/4 mile walking path within the safety of security fencing. A dog park on site. A heated swimming pool. A clubhouse with a wall of jigsaw puzzles, books, and videos available to take out for use in your apt. An exercise room, beauty shop, laundry room, and trash pickup available. Many social events, including pot lucks, holiday socials with music, food, and fun. Exercise classes, aqua aerobics, bingo games, and Bible study. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly.

The Move Coordinator, Heather, contacted me after I inquired about pricing while researching housing for my parents. Heather was so incredibly friendly, informative, helpful, and compassionate. Although my parents will not be moving to Harmony Bay, I still had such a great interaction with Heather. She is a great representative of the company and I am grateful for her superior service!

Harmony Bay is one of the most beautiful properties in Clovis. Just walking around, and saying hello to a few of the residents really gives you a sense of community. The manager Cynthia has always been very helpful when I contact the office for information and its always a pleasure to interact with the office staff at Harmony Bay.

My husband and I have lived here in Harmony Bay for almost 2 years and could not be more pleased with the manager, Cynthia and maintenance man, Tom. We have always been provided professional customer service and quality care to detail. We feel our safety is paramount to the San Mar corporation and much appreciated.
