My sister is a patient-Ellen Williams Zilinki. I want to commend several people: 1. Melani-works in area of room 300-she is caring, competent, and works hard to make a great experience for my sister-also creative, a 10+ 2. Fabiola (not sure of name) is a friendly, smart nurse. Seems to have a good relationship with those under her authority. 3. Krystal-very kind and friendly to my sister, who wasn’t even her patient. Cheered and calmed her. 4. Sarah-kind and friendly caregiver.

This place is understaffed. My loved one has been there for days at a time without a TV remote, sitting staring at the wall. They don't have the time to do a basic thing like find a remote so he can at least watch TV. Besides that, he has falled and broken his hip, has had several UTI's that turned to sepsis and had to be hospitalized. I don't think the staff doesn't care, they just don't have the time or resources to take care of the residents with any level of quality care and level of dignity they deserve. It is awul and if you can find another facility, I would highly recommend it.

This place is horrible. Physical Therapist were degrading my father during his therapy sessions and the nursing staff are always neglecting to properly care for my fathers needs. There have been several times where "equipment" was not working while taking vitals and nursing staff have taken upon themselves to enter whatever number on chart. Nursing staff at one point left my father in his wheelchair for hours, stating that they will be right back to help him transfer to his bed. Nursing staff decided to take a break and lunch instead. There has been several times when my Father has requested something and it has taken up to 6 hours for that request to be filled. Please be careful and do your due diligence before putting your loved one here. This place is absolutely not what it us to be. The people here are only here for a check and they have shown multiple times that they do not love or even care for what they do

This place has really impressed me, I wasnt sure at first if I wanted my grandma at a nursing and rehab facility, but to my surprise she received great care and the staff was very friendly and kind. I definitely recommend this facility over all the other ones. I was not disappointed one bit.

I brought my dad here and honestly I was afraid. The first day they made us feel so welcomed and just put us at ease. The employees are so kind and gave him so much compassion I would never send any family anywhere else. I left 5 stars because of the staff. The staff is what makes this place feel like family. They took care of all his needs and most of his wants lol. If you have someone needing a place, you should consider this place. I live a few hours away and they always called with any concerns. Ive read some of the reviews and that was not my experience so I wanted to at least give them a good review. My dad is home with me now and will be needing to return soon after another surgery and he will not go anywhere else. Thank you willow creek for you kind hearts and hard work.

Living across the street from Willow Creek I have been able to meet some of the incredible staff at Willow Creek, who have made it clear that they care deeply about each resident and do everything they can to make their stay comfortable. This is a place I would choose to send my loved ones.

I could not be happier with the care my mother received at Willow Creek. The staff was attentive and friendly which was comforting considering the Covid restrictions. Most importantly, the staff helped my mother recuperate and gain the strength she had lost prior to her arrival. I am grateful to all those who cared for her, especially under the challenging Covid conditions we have experienced.

My dad was at Willow Creek convalescing for approximately 30 days following a recent lower back surgery. Although no place is perfect, Willow Creek tries very hard to make sure their patients are taken care of. Specifically, Admissions Director Shayna Nagle fielded a few calls for me with questions or concerns and she emphatically and with solid enthusiasm, handled each and every question or issue to my and my Dads satisfaction.Also, my Dad told me how much he enjoyed his Physical and Occupational Therapy while at Willow Creek.They worked with him and encouraged him daily to get stronger so that he could ultimately return home and be able to care for himself!

I want to thank the sraff for great care of my father in law. There was a mix up with clothing. Due to the situation of limited travel staff and visitors its been difficult. The situation was handled immediately and with great care. My father in law Loves the people there and extremely happy. We all have been through difficult times and this has been awful hard on everyone. I must say through it all the Staff has been real troopers and we are very grateful for this wonderful facility and people that care for the patients -residents. Again Thank you So Much for the wonderful care.

Our family recently went through a very traumatic time with the loss of our grandpa and subsequent need for skilled nursing-rehab for our grandmother. We made the difficult choice to place our grandmother in skilled nursing after a bad infection and surgery that didnt go well.It was an especially difficult decision to place her with everything going on with COVID-19. I want to say unequivocally, that the care and compassion received from every individual at Willow Creek Healthcare from the CNAs, rehab personnel, admissions staff and directors, was far and above any expectation we had. They knew about the prior difficulties our family had recently had and they treated our grandmother with the utmost compassion and respect. It was so meaningful to us because we were unable to physically see her. It wasnt just the compassion that was wonderful, the actual care she received was amazing. She went into the facility unable to bear weight after a bad infection and surgery. Upon discharge, she was walking over 100 feet and her progress has continued to improve after discharge. We received updates everyday from her nurses and from the rehab director. They called us with updates on her vitals, progress with walking, etc. Not one time, did we have to check in for an update and that was so appreciated. This staff really went above and beyond and I could not be more thankful for everything they did. No skilled nursing facility is perfect, but this experience was as close as you could get. I would highly recommend Willow Creek Healthcare if you are making the difficult decision to place a loved one, either temporarily or long-term. They will be well taken care of. Thank you Willow Creek!

This supervisor has been the backbone of our nursing department and has been a great mentor to the nursing staff. She is dedicated to the patients for their well being and care and is very understanding and kind with staff.

My grandmother was a resident there for nine years. Willow creek became her home and the staff treated her as if she was their grandmother. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones care needs.

My Grandmother has been at this facility for 3 weeks or so. The staff is very attentive and concerned for her. They call my mother if Gramma has had a bad night, or if anything has changed with her. As for the food, Gramma loves it. Before she got in the hospital, she was living alone. She almost died because she wasn't eating, wasn't exercising, and wasn't caring for herself hygienically. This place has been a total blessing for her and our family. Thank u! 🙂
