Im really disappointed this time with Willow Creek. My mom has been there several times, dont know if ownership change or new service. First of all I noticed my mom her room very dirty, I dont know when they clean but same wrappers on floor for 2 days. The other is she was never accommodated with water daily or on her table. I always had to ask and they said they would go get it and never did. The worst part was the Social Service Director Jennifer Soriano. When I wanted my mom released she was rude and rolling her eyes. She also said she didn't know when she can get my mom released because she had other things to do meetings, etc and so much paperwork in which she never filled out the RN had to do it. This girl needs to go to a PR class or something to get a smile in her face instead of eye rolling with her fake lashes. Last when I got her released no one helped to transport to car or even get her ready I had to do it. I suggest you re train your staff. Im sure you already lost alot of patients and I would not recommend this healthcare. Like I said I used before but never have we been treated so poorly.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. It is clear that they truly care about the people they serve. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming experience.

The Willow Creek entire team went above and beyond to ensure my farther's recovery and comfort. The physical therapy was exceptional, providing him with the consistent, professional support he needed to progress. Beyond the therapy, the daily care was top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to Priscilla, Joann, and Shayna. Thank you for your incredible work and for making such a positive difference in my father's life. We are so grateful for everything you've done.

Willow Creek is the best facility in the Central Valley. Their Administrator Brett Hobbs cares greatly about each patient and their care. The director of Nursing and her assistant directors are phenomenal. Definitely the most caring staff and highest quality facility!

I’m updating my review to reflect how the facility ultimately handled the situation. After my concerns were raised, my mother’s missing item was returned, and the staff made a genuine effort to ensure she felt comfortable and supported. That meant a great deal to her and to our family. My mother is in rehab and relearning how to walk, and she now feels safe, respected, and cared for. The rooms are clean, the food is genuinely good, and most importantly, the staff have been kind and attentive, which has had a very positive impact on her mood and recovery. I appreciate the steps management and staff took to address the issue and restore trust. Based on how things stand now, my mother is happy with her care, and that is what matters most.

I have been trying to contact my recently admitted mother and have been on the phone for hours. The staff were heard laughing in the background in Spanish; got the recording again. I am still waiting to speak to my mother. Lady answers and hangs up on me again. I call back. No answer. I will be taking my mother out of this facility as soon as I can.

Great facility and workers are very pleasant and polite. Administrator hears you if you have any questions and Social Workers are happy to help. I would recommend to families .My wife and I have had our family here at Willow Creek.

I work in the medical field. I have had 2 relatives who have been short term residents. Both needed physical therapy as well as medical treatments to get back to independent living. Our family has had great experiences here and we will continue to use Willow Creek whenever we need to in the future.

My mother-in-law fell and broke her femur,and after surgery, she needed to go to a skilled nursing facility. We decided on Willow Creek, this is a large facility but very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Mom Came there on a Friday so the first weekend was a little tough for us trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone, but once we spoke with the staff in person and were given some phone numbers and we were able to reach someone after that (for the most part). The (ADON)Assistant Director of Nurses gave us her cell phone number so we could text her directly if we had a question or if Mom was in need of something and we were not there ,she would take care of it immediately! She was ALWAYS willing to help , no matter what day or time. Dolores is Amazing! Also, the physical therapy Staff were excellent with Mom, and helpful to us If we had any questions we need to answered. Mom herself was happy with the way she was treated and she said all the staff was very nice to her. I would recommend Willow Creek if you have a need to place a loved one in a skilled nursing facility.

My mother was in Willow Creek for over a month and the nurses and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The day my mom was discharged, many nurses stopped by to give her a hug.

The staff here have been exceptionally helpful and supportive. My friend has been in and out of hospital for the past year. At times, she can be at the very least,difficult. Priscilla and JoAnne in social services have been so incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the aspects of providing support services throughout. Also David, the charge nurse at station 3 has been a beacon of care. He demonstrates a gentle and proactive level of care and respect often lacking in similar environments. I must also mention Bobbie, her CNA who whom she mentions to be a spark of light in an often dim experience. Thank you to all of you for your genuine and unwavering dedication. Please know you are very much appreciated.

Where do I even begin? Esmeralda, the receptionist, is always professional and greets everyone with a warm smile. Visiting a medical office can be nerve-wracking, but her calm and friendly demeanor immediately puts you at ease. She truly creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

From the hospital I chose from a list of at least 20 care facilities that was given to me at the hospital to look over and choose from. I'm glad I chose Willow Creek. I was there for about a week and I was very well taken care of. Clean facility and friendly staff. The nurses were great and my meds were given to me correctly and on time. All the staff was so friendly and I was even able to have my little chihuahua come visit me for a day which made us both so happy and I appreciate it so much that I was able to do this. I was given such good care at the rehab sessions and good tips on how to strengthen myself and take care of myself when I leave. Just would like to thank everybody and wish everybody well.

Terrible Experience at Willow Creek for My Grandma’s Rehab Our experience with Willow Creek has been incredibly disappointing. Most of the nurses don’t speak Spanish, making communication extremely difficult for my grandmother. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone for updates”after calling the social worker repeatedly for 3 weeks about her discharge, I never received a call back. The nurses also failed to follow her proper diet plan, leading to her losing over 30 pounds in just the first two weeks. She’s been there for 2 months, and only recently was I able to speak to someone in person to get real answers. To make matters worse, we found a bed bug in her bed. The facility is unclean, poorly managed, and it’s clear many of the staff don’t care about the patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for proper care for their loved ones.

My 85 y.o. father is there currently for rehab 06/18/2025. While there he encountered a few hiccups but the staff and administration are very receptive and took my concerns seriously and acted immediately. Happy with the response and outcome.

My father had the best experience there he was well taken care of especially from a Nurse that would come once in a while to work there she went by Lee but her first name was Leeann S. My father said she was the best nurse there wished they had more like her there!!! Unfortunately she wasn’t hired on permanently!! . She had the best sense of humor and heard my dad just laugh all the time wether I was in the phone with him or in the room with him he loved her a lot it’s ashame not other nurses weren’t like her that took the time to talk with him and she also helped with CNAs doing patient care required by CNAs to do she had no problem getting her hands dirty!!! I hope they find her to hire her on permanently so she can bring a smile to other folks like my dad unfortunately he did pass away!!! But I’ll never forget her so thank you Lee!!! You are amazing where ever you are

My sister is a patient-Ellen Williams Zilinki. I want to commend several people: 1. Melani-works in area of room 300-she is caring, competent, and works hard to make a great experience for my sister-also creative, a 10+ 2. Fabiola (not sure of name) is a friendly, smart nurse. Seems to have a good relationship with those under her authority. 3. Krystal-very kind and friendly to my sister, who wasn’t even her patient. Cheered and calmed her. 4. Sarah-kind and friendly caregiver.

This place is understaffed. My loved one has been there for days at a time without a TV remote, sitting staring at the wall. They don't have the time to do a basic thing like find a remote so he can at least watch TV. Besides that, he has falled and broken his hip, has had several UTI's that turned to sepsis and had to be hospitalized. I don't think the staff doesn't care, they just don't have the time or resources to take care of the residents with any level of quality care and level of dignity they deserve. It is awul and if you can find another facility, I would highly recommend it.

This place is horrible. Physical Therapist were degrading my father during his therapy sessions and the nursing staff are always neglecting to properly care for my fathers needs. There have been several times where "equipment" was not working while taking vitals and nursing staff have taken upon themselves to enter whatever number on chart. Nursing staff at one point left my father in his wheelchair for hours, stating that they will be right back to help him transfer to his bed. Nursing staff decided to take a break and lunch instead. There has been several times when my Father has requested something and it has taken up to 6 hours for that request to be filled. Please be careful and do your due diligence before putting your loved one here. This place is absolutely not what it us to be. The people here are only here for a check and they have shown multiple times that they do not love or even care for what they do
