From the beginning contact to move in and beyond, Veronica Moreno, our sales and marketing contact, gave us all the information we needed and assisted us in our transition. She smoothed the way through the entire procedure unchecked back with us often to make sure that we had what we needed. I highly recommend Claremont Manor not only because the other residents are welcoming and interesting, but because the staff shows extraordinary dedication to our health welfare and happiness.

My parents became residents of Claremont Manor a month ago. It has been such a welcoming positive experience for them and our family. Everyone is always so cheerful and helpful with any questions or concerns. Things get taken care of promptly and efficiently. Residents here are very friendly and always inviting them to join in whether it be at mealtime or just activities. My Grandmother was a resident here years ago and spent 10 wonderful years here and it's nice to see that Claremont Manor continues to thrive and keep up its great standards.

After researching and touring several assisted living facilities for our 94 year old mother, we selected Claremont Manor in Claremont, California. We were entirely impressed by the facilities, capabilities, and staff we met while touring the facility, which made it an easy choice. We met with Veronica Moreno, the sales and marketing manager, who gave us a very comprehensive overview of the operations, answered all of our questions, and was extremely welcoming during this very challenging transition for our mother. The staff are nice and caring. The facility is very pleasant to the eye. I can walk around and feel safe. The cleaning in side my room is little negligent. The housekeeper doesn't remove things to dust properly or clean in the bathroom. The foods are tolerant, nothing special. Actually, I struggle in the beginning but finally I accepted it. The staff from the kitchen very kind, but doesn't go with the quality of foods. Anyway, improving those remarks the place from my point of view could be 5 starts. I rated 3, because of staff and gardens.

Absolutely impressed with the level of genuinely caring and super helpful staff for my mom and our family when we visit. They're all very friendly and everyone we came across was cheerful and patient with any of my mom's needs. That's first and foremost. Now, in terms of the actual environment, our family couldn't be more happy and grateful to have found such a clean and well maintained facility and with all its beautiful grounds. It's basically a resort! It's amazing! Thank you to Miranda for her patience and always cheerful attitude in helping us with all of the questions and needs in getting our mom set up and moved in. Also, thank you to Minerva and all of the AMAZING staff at the Summer House who have great patience, wonderful caring hearts and such a friendly attitude towards the elderly that love there! It made flying out from Texas to visit our mom such a memorable visit and it comforted me greatly to see and experience the environment my mom was in. Although it shows daily in her voice and her level of happiness, appreciation and gratitude towards all her interactions and daily experiences. It really is a whole other level of amazing to witness it directly for yourself when you visit. Just can't say enough! Thanks everyone!

This facility use to be a pretty good place. But, i don't know what happen the last year (pandemia year) the service is really bad. Today in the Lodge dinning room the odor of urine was so strong. This people pay a lot money and the attention is really bad. This people deserves better service for their money. The caregiver has 10 clients for each one. My question is: The business profits are more important than customer service?

If you or someone you know estill intellectually vibrant but no longer desiring to take care of a personal home, I highly recommend the Claremont Manor. It's inhabited by intelligent, curious, thoughtful, social folks. They have plenty of events and exercise opportunities. then fight a lot of outside entertainers to come to perform in the great room and I'm fortunate that my father invites me to many of these events. Their dining hall looks like a fine restaurant and the servers are courteous and prompt. The Manor building itself is undergoing an upgrade and the third floor, which is completed, looks fabulous the hallways will soon look like the hallways of a five-star hotel. There's even a swimming pool on the grounds where they teach water aerobics, and there's a weight room on the first floor level.

Wonderful facility for rehabilitation and assisted living. Everything was clean and beautiful, all the residents looked happy and well cared for, the nurses are friendly and easy to approach, and there are so many entertainment and activities options! My grandfather was placed here the other day and I am completely blown away by the quality of this facility. Thank you for maintaining such an amazing facility and thank you for what you do for your residents.
