I have been working with Claremont Manor for 15 years. Thier managers and staff are great to work with and safety for their residents and employees is one of their top priorities. They make sure they follow fire protection systems testing, maintenance, and fire life safety procedures per state fire marshal codes. Steve's initiative to implement the safety regulations has proven to be critical.

My aunt has been a resident at Claremont Place since February 2020. She began in the Assisted Living community and has since transitioned into the Memory Care community. From the very beginning, she was warmly welcomed and very well taken care of, both by the administrative and caregiver staff. We definitely appreciate the organized activities, especially for the memory care residents, we feel it’s important to keep them active and engaged. Claremont Place offers our family peace of mind knowing she is being well taken care of...when we visit with her we always ask her if is she’s happy, she always says yes with a great big smile, and that does our hearts good!!

BRIAN is the main reason I am giving 5 stars. He is consistently kind, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable ... everything someone wants for a loved one in Assisted Living. Though my family and I have been satisfied overall with Claremont Place, I would not be taking the time to write this review if it weren't for Brian and his exceptional customer care.

My dad came to Claremont Place 4 years ago in a very debitative state. He was mal nurished with increased medical problems brought on by not eating regularly. With the staffs help dad gained weight and began doing things more. He now has an enjoyable life and is content and healthy.

If you live in Southern California and have to place a parent in a memory care facility, Claremont Place should be your first call. After touring multiple facilities, it was obvious to my family and I that Claremont Place would be the best place for my father. Upon making that decision, the entire staff worked 24/7 to ensure a smooth and loving transition for my father and all of us as well! I have found every employee to be extremely professional, compassionate, and kind in their care of my father. From the concierge at the front desk to the attendant constantly helping my dad with his TV remote, are now members of our family! While a difficult decision for any son or daughter to make, I thank God for Claremont Place and its amazing staff every single day!

I would highly recommend Claremont Place for anyone looking for Senior Living. I have attended many family events here over the years and they have all been top notch. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The residents are happy and well cared for.

Claremont Place is one of the very best communities I've ever been to and I've been going there for about 8 years. From the top-notch activity program, to the department heads who love what they do, to the residents who look engaged and happy every time I visit, I love Claremont Place. They do a terrific job and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place for a loved one.

We spend a lot of time there and like all the current staff. They care. The meals are good, the staff is patient and gentle with these sometimes difficult residents. The memory care unit needs a larger social/tv area; the residents are forced to sit too close together.

This place is a gorgeous home for elderly. Peaceful I can say! Very well taking good care of the staffs, caregivers etc. Huge spaces beautiful and great care. The best place to be for elderly.

Claremont Place is the BEST senior living facility my grandmother has lived in. I have a hard time calling it a facility because it's more like a home. The staff is wonderful and treats everyone like family. You can't wrong with your loved one here

The best staff! Very pleasant surroundings, quick to respond for assistance, full schedule of daily activities, nice meals with choices and off menu options. I'm very lucky I chose Claremont Place for my father, 93, who has resided there for 4 years in the assisted level. I appreciate all they do for dad and myself. I have great peace of mind that dad is perfectly alright when I need to travel. All levels of administration and staff are easy to reach and quick to respond. A lot of continuity with staff which is really important to dad. His daily caregivers are such lovely people and they clue me in on his needs. It's a pleasure to recommend Claremont Place.

Great place!! Nicely decorated, clean, friendly staff, lots of activities. Only issue that needs some work is the food. The "alternative menu" never changes....it should rotate weekly so that it does offer an alternative. Have had some nice meals but several mediocre/cafeteria tasting meals. Salad bar is great!!
