We visited this assisted living and memory care facility earlier for Hot cocoa, and I was truly impressed. The entire place is incredibly pleasant—bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the first things I noticed was how clean everything was. Not only is the environment spotless, but it also smells clean, which immediately gives you a sense of comfort and care. The staff members are wonderfully welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. It’s clear that they truly care about the residents and take pride in creating a supportive, homelike atmosphere. Overall, this facility stands out for its cleanliness, friendliness, and the peaceful environment it provides. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality assisted living or memory care.

This facility sucks.I have been trying to contact them for over a month since my dad has left the facility to get the stuff that is missing back.They refuse to return my phone calls.Answer the phone.He is missing clothing.Two pairs of glasses, a nightstand which I really don't understand how you can lose that.My dad acts like he's been beaten.I would not recommend this place for your parent.At all

Roseleaf memory care was the perfect place for my husband. Kelly, Don and all the caregivers went above and beyond. The facility is sunny and bright with four dining rooms, four activity rooms with spacious gated and secure outdoor areas. My husband loved to be outdoors so it was perfect for him. The activities were very nicely planned. Roseleaf has very compassionate caregivers and I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

Roseleaf is a beautiful facility with nice garden area where guests can enjoy. Fully fenced. My wife seems to enjoy meeting the people and staff and has made friends. Guests are well cared for and planned activities are open to all. Food is well prepared with several dining rooms. Snacks are served morning and afternoon. There is a movie theater and classic films are shown daily. All in all I'm very impressed with Roseleaf.

Only one caregiver for so many clients this is fine for people that can feed themselves but my aunt can't and wasn't fed lunch it was 1pm and the girl said last time she ate was 8am so my sister had me ask if she can feed her and my aunt ate all 3 puree bowls and her mouth was dry and crusty she drank 3 glasses of water this poor worker had everything to do and didnt have time to attend to my aunt she was very sweet and way to much for one person my aunts eyes were crusted together she couldn't open them my sister had me ask for a warm wash cloth and then my aunt was able to open her eyes first appearance this place is very clean and nice but so under staffed my aunt was so hungry and thirsty basic stuff she should be entitled to but come on owner get it together hire help thank God for one of the people thats visits often we found out so much as well as seen so much neglect no fault of the worker she was trying but way to big of a work load PLEASE OWNER DO BETTER FOR YOUR CLIENTS THAT CANT DO FOR THEMSELVES!!!!!

The facility itself is beautifully lit inside with natural light from the large windows, the outside gardens are stunning and safe for the residents to walk about and enjoy. The themed bistros, movie theater, art studio, library and Tuscan themed eatery room were a delightful suprise that I've never seen in a residential facility before and help the residents relieve any boredom. Everyone is very nice and helpful, from the janitor all the way up the chain to the executive director. They will stop and chat with you, answer any questions and help in any way that they can. Activities vary from day to day, and they even play light background music in different relaxing areas around the facility. This is without a doubt one of the best facilities I've ever seen.

I love this community! Everyone is extremely friendly. It is also very well maintained and clean. The staff here are amazing and really go out of their way to make everything comfortable and welcoming.

I looked at all memory care facilities in the area for my Mom and Roseleaf is by far the best in Northern California. Roseleaf Gardens Dementia Village offers my Mom socialization and opportunities that she has missed living alone at home. All staff are well trained and are responsive to my Moms needs. They are also supportive to me and my family in dealing with her progressing dementia. The community is beautiful and is always clean. My Mom and her friends enjoy the gardens which they can access freely. The food is very good and families are offered complimentary meals. The Bistro serves hot and cold beverages and variety of snacks. We are very thankful that we found such a special place!

The care concern and compassion is palpable at Roseleaf, and that positive vibe is what made it easy to decide on this facility over all the others in Chico.
