I recently attended a mixer event at Windchime of Chico a senior living community and I wanted to take a minute to share how beautiful and resort like the actual facility is and I've visited many and then mostly rave about the amazing inviting staff there! Renee Vaughn the Marketing Director invited me and organized a beautiful holiday themed feast for everyone and set something up where you had chance to win a prize and pick out of a handful of giftbags. All of their leadership team came out to welcome myself and my visitors and introduced themselves despite their busy schedules. They were all so kind and outgoing and engaging. They took time to listen to me about what company I work with and why I was there and seemed genuinely happy to see me. They all gave me their cards and said feel free to contact them which is rare because most of the time you never get to see whose working behind the scenes because of their gatekeepers and if you can get to them u mostly never their contact info to reach back out. I feel like this goes miles to show these are real people working diligently and confidently with nothing to hide no alternative agendas besides to do the job they are paid for to give kind, attentive, personal care to the residents, their vendors partners, and visitors. Their website is a place for mom and I can say its fitting because of the places I have been nothing feels like checking in at home like Windchime of Chico! 5 stars from me!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Windchime,they took my step grandmother in on hospice and the staff took amazing care of her. The rooms were immaculate. Thank you for providing a nice space for our family to celebrate our mother, grandmother and GG's birthday. Her room is spacious and the courtyard is a lovely space for a quiet visit. The staff is pleasant, caring and friendly. I feel good knowing my dear mother-in-law is getting high quality care.

I am so beyond grateful for Jon Robins (in marketing) at Windchime of Chico. He was always helpful, available, followed up, helped with move in, easy to communicate with and all around a pleasure to work with. This has been a huge change for my step dad and immensely stressful for my sister and I. I couldn't have had a better experience at Windchime. I have no doubts Scott will thrive in that community and get all the support he now needs.

Beautiful views of the lake @ Cal Park & a cozy, comfortable & clean assistant living home. I want to express my gratitude and heartfelt thanks from myself and my family to the wonderful, loving, caring, and amazing staff at Windchime of Chico for taking care of our father. From the smiling faces at the front desk, the wonderful team behind the scenes, it was the best decision of our lives to have Windchime be my dads home for the last few months of his life, and to last but not at all least, the incredible care staff who selflessly gave so much love and care - genuine care - to my dad, and to all of the residents. The staff who greeted me daily with hugs and concern, who held me close the day my dad passed, and who cried with us because they too loved our father. Being there, I only witnessed authentic goodness, I am forever grateful. My dad loved you all, and so do I.

if you need assistance with your daily health some if they can no longer take care of themselves..they go to Windchime. They seem to like it there and are well taken care of. They have good food and the place has many activities for the Seniors and they seem to like it there . The housing is nice and comfort able.

My father in law was in the memory care unit for 6 months until he finally passed away yesterday. The staff there was unbelievable. They loved him like he was their own. What a blessing to know that your loved one is being taken care of so well. They kept in contact with us (the majority of us lived in town but could no longer take care of him at home for his own safety). They made his passing as pain free as possible and allowed us to stay with him through his journey on hospice. Since we did come and go so much to visit our dad, we really got to know them and the way they treated the rest of the residents. Their touch was always gentle and their words and voice was always kind. Thank you again to the staff and administration for a job very well done.

MOne of the best facilities Ive seen. The staff there took great care of my mother during her 4-1, 2 year stay. Each time I visited her, I was warmly greeted by the front desk person who knew me by name. They were always good about informing me about things happening with my mother. They have a wide variety of activities to keep busy and promote socialization. My mother was very happy and made a lot of friends there. They helped make my moms final years peaceful. Thanks Windchime!

Hollace Shear went above and beyond during the campfire evacuations. Three care givers were left to evacuate the residents. the other employees (care givers) called off. these three care givers worked tirelessly for over 20 hours to make sure the residents were safe and reassured. Heroes they are. Employees of this caliber is so rare. treasure and take care of them.
